CoachBot Video Transcripts-33

Chaos Class

Alright guys, let's go over Chaos class. So this is going to be your paid specialty class that you do once every B month. Alright, now let's get into it. Below this video, it's going to be a link to this document. And this document is going to have the templates for every Post for Chaos class. Now here's the deal with chaos class. This is going to be done sometime, usually on the weekend, sometimes around a holiday, if it works out where it's on a Saturday or a Sunday, maybe Friday night, where you're going to do a specialty class. And this class needs to be different. Usually what you do to make this different is you play the music louder, you make sure it's an absolutely packed class. Maybe you have a different playlist for music. You get all the staff involved. So all the coaches, if you have multiple coaches, they all come and participate, which is huge for the members.

You give everybody a free T-shirt or a tank top, and you only sell it for that event. So put the date on it, put the time of the class, put the title of the class, the theme of the class, whatever, to make that shirt special so that anybody who attended that class are the only ones having that shirt. It might not mean much the first time you do it, but when you do it 60 days from then and 60 days from then people start talking of like, oh, you got that shirt, you got that shirt from two months ago. I wish I had that. And then because of the class, the main reason the class is so popular is because it's scarce, there's limited spots and you need to keep it. You need to have it sell out fast, okay? You need to have the urgency and the scarcity so that when it's full, it's full.

So this is one of the classes that you're going to tease when registration opens. And then you're going to say, okay, registration opens on this day. At this time, be ready. We only have 15 spots, 20 spots, 25 spots, whatever it means for you. Make sure you tell 'em that number. And then you close the doors and you only have one spot, and then only those 15, 20, 25 people will get that shirt. Now, something to note here is that you need to make sure that you are going to have a custom shirt. So this could probably be the most inconvenient part of this, but it's going to be worth it because you're going to be charging for this. So this class could be anywhere between 30, 40, 50 bucks a class. It's going to definitely cover the T-shirt or the tank top and more. So you need to make sure that well in advance you have a design.

It doesn't have to be anything crazy. Think about the theme of the season or the holiday. Put the date on it, put what round it is, chaos class round 1, 2, 3, depending on how many times you do it. And have it just special so that there's no other class, there's no other shirt that looks like this. Okay? And you're going to want to have it prepared because you're going to have the design before registration so people can see the shirt when they sign up. You're going to want to take down the size, and then you're going to want to end registration probably a week or so before the class actually starts. So you can have the shirts printed and ready so they wear them at the class. Okay? So you can see that there's a template for just reminders of what chaos class is. Make sure you add the details of what you're doing that's different. Is it a different style? Is it crazier? Is there a

Finisher? Do you have staff going? What's going to make it different? Okay? It needs to be crazy, it needs to be chaotic. You need to have a bunch of people slammed in a small room with lots of music that could get extremely hot, and that's just part of the fun of it. Okay? So you have all these texts that are all designed and then boom, what it should look like is something like this, where on that day you're going to post an awesome picture of everybody matching and matching shirts and just the craziness of the class. This is the perfect time to get promo. You're going to have a packed house with a bunch of people, shoulder to shoulder, all wearing the same shirts. You should get people in there, take pictures, take videos as much as you can, and that should fuel your social media content and maybe even your ads for a long time. Okay? So make sure there's scarcity and urgency involved there. You make it crazy, you make it fun and exciting, and you have a shirt to go along with it.

Social Events

All right guys, social events. So this one's pretty simple, alright? However, there's still templates to go along with it. So below this video, there's going to be a links to this template. Social events are simply a get together outside of the gym. Alright? During on challenge months month A, you're going to have end of challenge parties. You're going to have a big one, a picnic, it's going to be catered or potluck. It's going to have food. It is going to be somewhere relatively nice during the B months. You still want to have an event every month, but you don't want to go all out. So this is going to be more just to get all the members out of the gym, get them out of gym close, and have a nice time going somewhere. Could be pub crawl, it could be a restaurant, it could be doing a fitness challenge if you really wanted to, whatever it may look for you.

Any kind of events that you have locally around your gym. You just want to have a get together. And here's the thing, these events are going to be critical to getting referrals. So if you have an event, everybody should pay their own way. This isn't something you should pay for them. This is more of just a get together. Hey, we're a family, we're a bunch of friends, let's go and go to this place and enjoy this thing together. So everybody should pay their own way, but you should encourage everybody to bring their spouses, bring their kids, bring their friends, and then those are your opportunities to grab referrals because the social events are strategically placed on the calendar in between hype week for the next internal challenge, and right before the referral blitz. So on this Saturday, typically you're going to have a perfect offer to give these referrals of like, Hey, we have our next challenge starting in about a week.

We have this crazy offer for people that, for our friends and family discount, let's get you in here. Let's schedule a time for you to come in, right? That conversation's going to happen very often and organically. Okay? So you just want to have an event, some kind of social outing, make it fun, make it exciting, make it interesting to the members, and do it every month and do it regularly. You might start with a small group of people, but after you post and you celebrate it and members start talking, even if you start out with three, four people over time, this is going to become part of the culture and more and more people are going to talk, and every time you announce it, you're going to get more takers. Okay? So running through here, we have an announcement of here's the location, date, and time. If you need to RSVP, have a time to RSVP and really just celebrate and let them know that you appreciate them and we want to get out of the gym close and meet some new people. Looking forward to seeing you guys. So these are all of the texts and posts, just letting them know what the event is and reminding them when they need to SVP, just so you can get as many people together outside the gym as possible to again, create that culture in that community.

June Calendar Breakdown

All right guys, let's go over the June specific calendar. Alright? Now, if you're watching this video, that means you're with us for our initial release of this system, and I'm super happy to have you below this video. There's going to be a link to this spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is going to be your Bible for the 60 day LTV system. This will have everything. So if at this point you feel overwhelmed, how am I going to keep track of all of these different templates and documents and posts and all the different tools? It's all right here. Okay? So take a breath. This is the only thing you need. Alright? And as we release, we're going to continue we to add taps to the bottom here for June, July, August, September, until you have an entire year. Now to break down June specifically, you have all the templates that are embedded in all these different dates.

Now, before I get into that, this tab is going to be a legend and this is going to be a way for you to assign owners if you want to. If you are delegating this to your team and you want to have certain people dedicated to certain things, maybe you have a lead trainer that's doing the KX class. Maybe you have a front end manager that wants to do the social event is better at that, totally fine. I'd recommend making a copy of this and then adding the owner name here. There's no confusion with your team of who owns what events, and everything is color coded. So if somebody owns chaos class, everything in red, they're responsible for owning. Okay? And then you can see here if there's any kind of abbreviations, if that confuses you at all, then this is just the breakdown of what those actually mean.

Alright? Now let's get started. So June, so if you were at the release, what you need to do is you need to prep your calendars. Okay? So thinking back to the communication channels video, you want to have up both. You want to have up at least June dry erase board in the lobby as a calendar, okay? You want to make it sure it's fancy, make sure it's crazy, creative colors everywhere. Just looks like chaos happening. Okay? And then you're going to have that standing whiteboard easel with the upcoming for the next seven to 14 days. Alright? And then you have that in-class announcement system where you or your coaches know exactly that. This is the clipboard that I need to look at and verbally say every single point that's on this for that day, okay? Before class and after class, I want to make sure the people that are attending classes are the ones that know these are going on.

Those are going to be your cheerleaders. So all of those things need to be done by May 29th. Next shirt design. So you can see it's red here. So this is chaos class, so we need to make sure there's a shirt that is designed. Don't spend too much time on this, right? It doesn't have to be anything crazy. Just think about the theme. Think about summer. Think about any kind of summer sayings, any saying that you have in your gym. It's the first one. So make it something about the first or new beginning. Put the date on it if you want to. It should be unique to that specific class and the members that buy that shirt should feel special that there's nobody else with this shirt, right? You want to that done because on Saturday is when you're going to have your initial post, and on Friday is when you're going to have your in-class announcements.

So you need to get that shirt done before you announce what's happening. People are going to say, what does the shirt look like? Then you're going to have your first free, free cash Fridays post. Probably not going to have anybody celebrate because the system didn't happen yet, but it's going to be your Go live opportunity to also talk about everything else you have going on and then tell people that they can win X amount of cash when they refer somebody for all of next weeks, it's a perfect opportunity to bring 'em in because they're doing sweaty selfie sweepstakes. Okay? So everything just layers on top of each other. There's always going to be things to talk about and there's always going to be multiple announcements happening at the same time. So you just need to go through your list. So that Friday you're going to have in-class announcements for the Sweaty Selfie Sweepstakes Chaos Class and free Cash Fridays.

Okay? Then that Saturday you're going to have post one for chaos class that they only have one week to register for classes, seven days. You can see here registration closes because you need to order your shirts so that they're in by the next week. This is totally going to depend on what vendor you're using, how fast the turnaround time is. So I would double check to make sure that you're given the vendor enough time to come up with shirts, but that is there for you as a reminder. And then as we go through this every Sunday, there's going to be your Sunday morning newspaper announcement for the posts, text messages, and in class announcements. You want to make sure that people are expecting. Every Sunday I'm going to reach out to you and let you know what's happening because we've got a bunch of crazy stuff going on.

Then you go right into Sweaty Selfie Sweepstakes where every day you're posting about who participated in that class or taking a picture after class. You're going to post about it, and then you're going to announce in the class of what they need to do the next day to earn more points. You're reminding 'em about chaos class. Chaos class is opening for registration because you only have six days to register, so it's going to sell out fast. Then you have on Wednesday, you're going to do that random winner. So you're going to celebrate through the sweaty selfie sweepstakes, who is somebody that posted, and you're going to give them their cash prize as a random winner. You're going to be reminded about kale's class again, and then you have sweaty sweepstakes. So you're going to do this every single day, taking a picture after class and then posting everybody that participated.

Okay? Then this is going to be your first in-class announcement for the next week, your summer theme week. So you're going to start telling members, Hey, on Monday, wear this on Monday, wear this on Monday, wear this, and then drive even more adoption there. Friday again, free cash, Fridays sweaty selfie sweepstakes, and then chaos class. This is going to be your last chaos class post because registration closes the next day. Alright? And then you're going to post about theme week, about, Hey, it's Saturday, get ready for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Wear these things to have a chance to win these prizes. And then you're going to have your big grand prize winner on Saturday

For the social media contest, right? You're going to close registration and you're going to order those shirts to make sure that you have seven days that they're in for that class the next week. Then you have the Sunday morning newspaper again, and then your role read in theme week. So theme week's going to be every day you're going to be posting about who participated and what the class looks like, and then you're going to be explaining in the class what they need to wear the next day. You're going to have a gentle reminder for chaos class. Anybody that did sign up, remember it's on Saturday, you're going to have an in-class announcement for the first time here and a post here for your event on the 22nd, alright? And then you can make that event whatever you'd like. If it's an outing, barhop restaurant, what have you.

Every day through the summer theme week, you're going to be posting Wednesday, you're going to have your random winner. Saturday you're going to have your main winner, and then that Saturday is stacked. You have chaos class round one. So the first time you're doing your paid specialty class, you have your grand prize winner for theme week registration closes for the event if your vendor needs seven days, RSVP for the event in seven days. If not, don't worry about closing it. And then you have your reminder for that event. And then that is as far as we went. On June 5th, we're going to be releasing part two, which is going to be all of this July play internal hype referral blitz, and then the entire July challenge, internal challenge you can be running for July. Alright, have fun. Bye.

Red Carpet Ready 6 Week Challenge

Let's dive into the red carpet ready six week challenge. In this section, we're going to go over how to set up your Facebook group if you don't have a Facebook group for your current clients or prospects. So it should be one combined group. If you don't have that, you're going to want to go through that. But if you already have a Facebook group for your clients, you can go ahead and skip that section. We're going to go into what the red carpet play is, how to launch it, how to make money from it, how to get referrals from it, and how to fulfill on it so that people rave about it. Alright, so let's not wasting time. We're going to get right into Facebook group setup in the next video. I.

How To Setup A FB Group

All right, let's dive into the Facebook group setup. So before we get into the challenge itself, one thing that we're going to want to make sure that you have is a Facebook group because it makes it easier for you to be able to contact your clients, get their attention as well as your prospects. So here's what we're going to cover as we go through this. We're going to talk about why you need a Facebook group and then how to create one in this video. So everyone is fighting for your clients and prospect's attention. And the company that is able to capture more of it will win now and forever, as long as you're in business. And Facebook groups are a free and easy way to capture and maintain your client and prospect's attention. In a very busy world, we have, I know for myself and my gym, we use this.

I know countless gyms in our million dollar gyms and our most successful ones have groups where they manage the attention of their clients and they cultivate a better community within that group. So here's a couple stats that should make this decision very easy for you. If you don't have one already, there are 2.9, 2.09 billion daily active users on Facebook across this is worldwide, 2.09 billion. Most social platforms are trying to get to a billion total users, and Facebook has doubled that in daily active users. And here's a crazy stat for those of you in America, 70% of the total population of America is on Facebook. That's huge. That is massive. So you walk into a room, there's 10 people in the room, seven of 'em on average will be on Facebook. And the other thing is it's free. It's a part of everyone's everyday life. That is why having one group for both your clients and prospects is an incredibly effective way to build a stronger community and get free leads and referrals.

So I highly suggest it. Now, it takes work to maintain it, but I guarantee you it will not only help your business grow, but it will help your business, your clients, be able to have better access to more information, stay on top of stuff and help you capture their attention. So how do we create a Facebook group? Well, if you have no idea how to do this, let's walk through this real quick. You're going to log into your Facebook account and you're going to click the button with the nine dots, like the keypad looking thing. You're going to click on that. Then you're going to click the group under create. So you're going to go there, click group, and then you're going to pick your group name. You can choose your gym name. You can choose what you call your clients like. In the past, we've had a Facebook group called Gym Lords.

You can use that whatever identity you have, or you can go with something more broad, like whatever your city's name is, like our city here. Where I'm at currently is St. Augustine. It could be St. Augustine's Best Gym FitFam. It could be St. Augustine's Best Fitness Tips. It could be St. Augustine's Best Fitness Transformations. It could be like Mike Ferrera on our team, his is Glastonbury Kickboxing. FitFam. You can do a whole bunch of different things, but the biggest thing here is just choose a name that's going to attract number one, it's going to be easy to find and it's going to be easy for people to be able to understand what it's alright. Next, you're going to pick your privacy setting. Either option works, you can do public or private. It's really up to you. I prefer private personally because you want to get people

To join the group. So it's not a public group. So I personally prefer private like this one here. This is Glastonbury Kickboxing. FitFam. This is a private group. They have 2,500 members in here. That's a ton of members. They allow prospects and clients to be in this. So on the next step, you're going to create a group banner Pick. You can use Canva for this. So just go into Canva. They have templates already. You can just create one. You can use text, you can use pictures, you can use testimonials. I'm a big fan of using your logo and testimonials, but honestly, at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter because you don't want it to be crazy, salesy or anything like that. It's a group. It's for your group, so it doesn't have to be anything crazy. Then you're going to write your description.

Here's an example of a description that is on the Glastonbury Kickboxing FitFam page. So welcome to Glastonbury Kickboxing FitFam. Dig in our gym and want to say thank you. Add your local friends to this group. Again, asking for referrals. We believe strongly in building and uplifting, positive and inspiring community. We pride ourselves in our welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels like family. This is a place to get after your goals. Surround yourself with positive, inspiring people. Get support in a judgment-free environment. Receive motivational tips and tools. Hear from coaches, posts and live videos and so much more. Know somebody who wants to join the fam and rock out in class with us. Send them here to get a free class on us. So now you're automatically, again, you're giving them a free option. They can go to glass and bury kickboxing.com. You put your website in and they're asking for referrals as well as more referrals.

They get a free class, okay? So have that in your description. And now that you have a Facebook group and you've invited a couple people, you're set. If you didn't have one before, you'll use a red carpet challenge to get your clients into the group. So you'll look at the emails, you can adjust the emails if you need to, but you'll add your Facebook link into the emails, your Facebook group, link into the emails, and now you're going to use this to get all of your clients in there. And then from there, every new client and prospect should be added to this group. So if you're working them or doing anything, they get added to this group. And then encourage them to add their friends and family and all this stuff. And to get the most out of this group, just make sure you're consistently posting in the group and making sure that your members and prospects are kept up to date with what's happening in your facility.

If you've gone through our other trainings in the past and you looked at the additional resources in Mighty Networks and you've looked at things like the free, I think it's free Cash or Free Sweat Mondays or something like that, or Friday, sorry, the Free Cash Fridays, this is something that Mike Ferre and his team do. They do it inside their Facebook group every Friday. They go live and they give cash away to members who referred someone. So that's another reason why you can do it, and you can keep 'em up to date on exactly what's happening, what your challenges are going on, and it's just another channel that you can communicate with your clients on. So make sure you get this set up. It's a huge value add for you and your business and will help you grow. And the next one we'll talk about what is the red Carpet Ready six week challenge?

What Is The Red Carpet Challenge?

Alright, what is this challenge, right? Well, this challenge is an internal play, which means it's a specific challenge that you offer to your current paying clients. So like e, FT, reoccurring, however you want to name it. Okay. There are two types of internal plays when we think about internal plays. There's type one, which is paid, meaning your clients will need to pay to take part in the internal play, and then there's free with an upsell, meaning all of your clients can sign up for free and take part in the challenge. But what you'll do is you're going to schedule a nutrition orientation with all of them and upsell them subs. This one, this challenge is type two. That is what the Red carpet challenge is. And the reason for this is, and the reason why this is typically your very first challenge that you do is, number one, it's free for all your members.

It's a great addition to what you're currently doing if you're running the six week challenge or doing anything else. But it gives you an opportunity now to introduce supplements to your entire community. So this is why we do this, and it absolutely smashes. Okay, so why free with an upsell? Well, number one, it gets the highest percentage of your client signed up, it's free. Two, it creates the most amount of goodwill in your community. It's free. Three, it slashes churn the most because you get the most amount of people to take part in it. Number four is it creates the most opportunities for upsells, obviously. And then number five is generally makes you the most money. It actually does. It makes you typically more than what you would do if you were doing a paid one. How does this challenge work? Well, it's really simple.

First, you're going to market the challenge to your members using our already built out emails, SMS and Facebook group posts. You're going to drive your members to watch a live release in your Facebook group. This is why the Facebook group is really key. They're going to sign up by scheduling a free nutrition orientation with you. So it's basically an onboarding for the challenge. At the nutrition orientation, you're going to follow the nutrition orientation slide deck that we've included in this. All you have to do is just say the words on the slide, then the challenge will start. It's that simple. And at the end of the challenge, you're going to throw a party for the participants and announce the winners of the cash prizes. There's cash prizes here. It's another incentive for them to get in. And then we've also built in incentives here to help raise the cash prizes by asking and incentivizing your members to get referrals for this. Okay, so the next sections, we're going to get into the details of each of these so that you're fully prepared and set up for success. And we're going to start with how to launch the red carpet challenge.

How To Launch The RCR Challenge

Okay, how are we going to launch this? Let's get into it. Well, there are four channels you're going to use to hype this challenge up to your current members. Number one is emails, SMS, Facebook posts, and then in-class announcements. We put all of this together for you already and the emails and SMS campaigns are available for you in a snapshot for your go high level account. We've also linked all of the documents down below as well, so it's all below. Then this includes emails, SMS, Facebook group posts in-class announcement scripts in gym flyers and posters, how to choose cash prizes. You name it, it's all in there. Alright. To get the go high level snapshot, you got to do the following. You're going to want this, you're going to want this. This will save you a ton of time. All you do is go to get support in Mighty Networks.

Then you're going to click on Gym Launch Support. This will open up a new window with a support form. So you're going to fill out the support form. When you get to the category on here under this, you're going to click down, so it'll open up a dropdown menu and you're going to select go high level, add-on plays. Make sure you select that, and then in the notes section, just put Red Carpet Challenge. And then our team, once you submit that form, our team will get the snapshot into your GHL account, your go high level account within 72 hours. But I'm going to just let you know, typically we try to get it to you same day, okay? So that's what you need to do to go ahead and get that set up and available for you and the team will go ahead and get that into your go high level account. Make sure though that you review all of the assets and make sure you edit them to match your dates, your times, and any other information you want. Do not send them as is. Each document requires edits as do the go high level emails and SMS. So do not skip this part. Make sure you review all of them. Alright, the next one we're going to go into the red carpet emails.

Red Carpet Challenge Hype Emails

All right. Here are the hype emails that we have. This is the document that was linked down below in the previous video, and what you have here when you go through this is there's 12 emails. This is used. This is also uploaded into your go high level account if you've submitted for the snapshot. If not, you're going to have to do this manually on your own, and I suggest just using go high level. So first one, 14 days out, did you hear The biggest thing here is just anything in yellow highlighted in yellow. You're just going to want to make sure that you edit and make sure it's all set so it unlocks bonus workouts, which means that if you don't want to do bonus workouts, don't do that. Take it out and just delete this for the first 20 members. Again, adjust this however you want.

Make sure that you adjust these, so the date and the time. Your live should be on Sunday though, by the way, so it shouldn't be on any other day. It should be at Sunday. You just have to adjust the date and the time. Okay? We'll be going live in our brand new Facebook group filling you all in. So click here to join the group. This is for if you don't, didn't already have a group for your members, but if you do have a members, all you're going to do is just delete brand new. So it'll say it'll be going live in our Facebook group and filling you all in, and then delete everything else. Okay? Then just make sure everything is all set. Next one, same thing. Just review it, go through, change any highlighted stuff. All these are pretty much set guys. All you do is just go through, change the stuff that's highlighted yellow, make sure it's all set, and you are good to go. In the next one, we're going to talk about the SMS sequence.

Red Carpet Challenge Hype SMS

Hi, let's talk about the text. So this is the red Carpet six Week Challenge Marketing text. Again, highlighted information in yellow. Make sure you adjust. So first one's going out 14 days before the release video. That's at 11:00 AM. You'll see the times on all of these. These are all set 12 days before. So go ahead and just work backwards. Just like the emails, just make sure you're adjusting, make sure everything's set and you'll be good to go. Sometimes you'll have to insert a link, go in here. There are some after the release video, so you'll notice that one hour after the release video you got day after release video Wednesday after the release video Thursday. So make sure again that your release video and remind you release video needs to be on Sunday evening, has to be on Sunday evening. Just got to do it that you'll get the most amount of attendance there. If it's during the week or on a Saturday, you're not going to get the type of attendance that you want.

Red Carpet Challenge Hype FB Group Posts

Okay, let's go through the Red Carpet Challenge Facebook group post. So this is linked down below as well. Make sure that you change anything that's highlighted yellow. They need to be customized to your business and your goals. So you can schedule these out well ahead of time within your group. So just make sure each one is scheduled for the right day and time. Each post in this document is divided into three sections. The copy of the post, the image for the post, and then a screenshot of what it should look like because formatting is really key here. So there are seven posts total. First one goes out 13 days out from the release video at 9:30 AM So this should really be like a Monday basically. But hey, gang, feedback needed, blah, blah, blah. This is all here. Everything's in here. The image is here. Use this image.

The screenshot is right here. Apologies for the formatting on this page. It just kind of sucks just the way it is frankly. And then Facebook posts number two, 11 days before the release video at 7:00 PM all the stuff. Make sure you change everything highlighted. You're going to put a pick of your team here. And then screenshot looks like this. And then number three, seven days before. So Sunday at 7:00 PM everything in yellow, you're going to use your red carpet flyer image. So this thing right here, this is a screenshot to show you. And then by the way, screenshots are cut off a little bit from just because the size of everything. So just put the flyer. It doesn't have to match exactly like this. And then number four, this is three days before at 9:30 AM. Again, same thing. If you need to adjust this, use this link.

It's a gif or gif or however you pronounce it. So use this link and then download it to your computer and then add it in. So this is a screenshot. And then number five, morning of the release video at nine 30 image. This is the screenshot. And then morning after at 6:00 AM go through, edit anything that you need here. Registration is open and then screenshot. And then last one is five days after. So this would be Friday at 8:00 PM letting 'em know, change anything in yellow. And there's the image and screenshot. So use this and absolutely crush it. Make sure you schedule these ahead of time, by the way. Okay.

Red Carpet Challenge Hype In-Class Announcement Script

All right, let's talk about the in-class announcements. So these are broadcasts that you're going to make for every class. So best practices around this are do the announcements during the stretching warmup portion of the workout when they are most focused, and remind them at the end as they leave to take action RSVP for the Facebook live call. So the announcement is going to be, what's up y'all? While you're warming up? Who's feeling good? I love it. Okay, and who wants to make sure that this year, screw it, even just the next month or two. They're feeling like this all the time. More consistent, really on their game. Awesome. Awesome. Well, hey, if you're like me and you want to get a jump on your insert, whatever bod, anyone hands in the air, ha ha, I've got big news for you. We're kicking off a new six week challenge for our most motivated members.

Cool. If I tell you guys how it works, okay, so for those of you that don't know, a challenge is like a sprint where we're going to go all in on you and get you max results in the shortest amount of time We map about your nutrition for you weigh-ins, do before and after picks even. Check in with you one-on-one so you get insane results. This is normally just about results, but this time we're giving away cash for the best transformations. We're calling it the red carpet Ready six Week Challenge. So we can all rock our best fit at the end of this. Yes, believe it or not, we do own more than just do close. Maybe it's just an excuse to throw a party. Anyone that gets in on this challenge is going to be invited to our red carpet party. Yay. Best party is we are going to pay you guys to do it $500 in cash prizes for the best transformation.

Again, you can adjust this to however you want to do it. Sweet. Okay guys, all you need to do is be on the live kickoff call. So all you do is just edit this for the date and times inside our client only Facebook group. If you're not, and you can add in if you don't have a Facebook group. You guys don't know this. We created a Facebook group. We'll get you guys a link, we'll add you in and you guys can sign up. Cool. Alright. All right, awesome. Now, you can also announce bonus workouts, unlocking extra sessions during the week or any other wild bonuses you decide to throw in if they sign up. So the more you give, the more people will show to the call. Now, it may feel like this is really important. It may feel like overkill to you, but announce it every single class every day for the entire hype sequence.

So the two weeks leading up to the actual release call, do it. It takes people seven times of hearing something before they believe it's true, real talk here. So just make sure you do it. So do the basics. Have enthusiasm and excitement. Every single class for two weeks leading up to the release call. And now it doesn't have to be word for word like this. You can say whatever you want, but this is just an example of what you can use. Just make sure it happens every single session before and after for the two weeks leading up to the call and just let 'em know.

Red Carpet Challenge Hype In Gym Flyers/Posters

Okay, here are the templates that we've created for the flyers. So these are in gym flyers that you can have. We have two different sizes that you can choose from. I believe we have, let's see, we have a 22 by 34 inch, and we have an eight and a half by 11. So this is what they look like. We have Canva templates that you can edit. I'll show you that in just a second. In a document down below, click that it will have the links for Canva and I'll show you what that looks like. But here's what we have prebuilt got testimonials on here. All this really cool stuff. You can edit these testimonials. You can edit all the information. Make sure you edit the dates, make sure you edit what to expect, registration, all this stuff, okay? But these should be put up everywhere inside of your gym.

So in the bathrooms, in the hallways, in the entryways, it should be everywhere. Okay? So that link that's down below is going to take you to this red carpet Ready Challenge. Poster sizes. You got your poster sizes here. And the templates. When you click on this link, it's going to open it up like this. And then inside of Canva, you can edit and have the ability to edit whatever you need. Alright? So make sure you get these done, print it out, and make sure they're all set so that you can have 'em plastered everywhere around your gym and people understand exactly what they need to do.

How To Choose Cash Prizes

Let's go through how to choose cash prizes. So there are always lots of variables when it comes to cash prizes, but after a few thousands of these, we've put together, we have an SOP on determining cash prizes to give out, and there's a link down below to the document. It's basically what's in this, so you have access to it easily, but the average Jim Lord, with good culture and coaches who works hard and care will see 60% of their clients sign up for the challenge. 85% of clients purchase supplements at a $200 average, and 10% of clients will refer one friend to join them. So this is what the average gym Lord will do. So you can kind of run your numbers off of this. So here's an example of what that looks like from a money math standpoint. Let's say you have 150 clients, that means 90 of them will sign up, 77 of them will purchase on subscription at $200 a month minimum, and you'll get nine referrals at whatever price point you want.

This is just an example of 1 99, and what I mean by referrals here, just to clarify, referrals will have, and there's more on this later on, but referrals will come in and get a discount off of the six week challenge. There's no cost of acquisition for you. You can go anywhere between 50 to 75% off. My suggestion is start at 50. But again, always if you give a bigger discount, it always helps. Alright? Here's what on this, when we look at this, you've got sub sales. $15,400 at a 40% commission means you're making 61 0 6 referrals. Get you $1,800. That's nine referrals time, basically 200. Then you have sub sales in month two. That's 11,550. So this is the continuation of that. So people will continue on past that and then add 40% commission. That's another $4,200 on top. If you convert five of the nine referrals into 12 month memberships, and you get one to P, that's 2K to three K.

This is typical. Is that the three week mark? Remember halfway point, treat it just like any other challenge, everything stays the same. That means that your total profit in six weeks would be roughly 15,000. Okay? So that's not including new clients in the extended LTV of your current clients. This is just within the first six weeks. This is how much you would make if you just did this. Okay? Now the formula here is take 3% of total potential profits. Not a ton, just 3%. In this example of 15,000, it would be $450. What you're going to do next is you're going to add $50 to the pot for every referral. You get to incentivize referrals. So in this example, there were nine referrals, which would add another $450. So total prizes. When you say what you're going to do, because you don't know how many referrals you're going to get, so on all of your posters, all of your emails, all of your communication, you're going to let them know that we have the opportunity for a limitless pop, but we're going to start at $450. And then once they refer more people, once you start selling, that's when the pop becomes limitless. So when you advertise, it's four 50. But as you add, as people refer people and you sign them up, that pot continues to increase. So hopefully that makes sense. Make sure you always advertise on the pot based off potential profits, and then referrals are just

Icing on the cake. It is extremely important that you have multiple chances for people to win here. When you think about your cash prizes, not just one overall winner. That way everyone feels like they have a chance and they don't give up halfway through if they're way off the lead or don't have a chance. Okay? So here's an example of what you're going to do for the cash prizes. You're going to do best before and after pictures. You could do a 300, let's say your cash prize. Your total cash prizes are going to be $600. You do $300 for best before and after picture. You could do $150 for most pounds lost, and you could do most supportive challenger and give them $150. Just an example. There's lots of different things that you can choose however you want to do it, but definitely have the best before and after pictures.

You could also do most inches lost. You could do whatever you want, but make sure that you have three chances for people to win. Always make sure that you have three, right? Once you have your cash prizes set up, make sure that you update your red carpet onboarding, challenger meeting, which is later on in these lessons. And also make sure you edit all of the emails, all of the SMS, anything that go back through. Make sure before you launch this, make sure that you have this all set since you have the right amount of cash prizes that you're advertising, make sure your posters are aligned with this, all of your emails, everything else. Alright, so make sure you have that in the next one. We're going to go through the checklist for the live red carpet release call.

Checklist For Red Carpet Live Release Call

Okay, let's go through the checklist for the live red carpet release call that you're going to do. Again, as a reminder, this call has to be on a Sunday evening, so make sure that your two week leadup, that is, it leads up to a Sunday evening live inside of your Facebook group. In this checklist, we've basically made everything, we got the Facebook Live PowerPoint. You can click to make a copy of this and edit this. You're going to want to make sure that you test zoom to Facebook live streaming, because when you go live, you're going to want to do it in Zoom. So Zoom go in because then you can share your screen. It's way easier. So you're going to use Zoom and you can watch this YouTube video right here to show you how to stream Zoom into your Facebook. Then what you're going to want to make sure that you do is you send personal video messages to every single client, 48 to 72 hours before all the people that you have, make any edits to the presentation needed.

Make sure you add bonuses, cash prizes, all that stuff. Do one full run through with your team, set up your calendar link for the call, whatever calendar you're using, whether it's go eye level, whatever it might be, because make sure that this works though. So this is down here. Test your scheduling to make sure it works because this is the link that your clients are going to use to schedule it in nutrition meeting with you. And then use this copy right here for in the video. So there's a document here. Make sure you use this copy. Alright, and then the last thing, and this is so important, this has happened before for us, make sure, always make sure that you assign a team member to drop the schedule link inside of the Facebook comments multiple times during the live call, you get multiple points. Here's a pro tip on this, and this is if you want to absolutely smash it.

If you have tons of members and you can make a ton of money here, don't bother if you don't have a lot of members. To be fair, it's not worth it. But if you want to make a redirect to something, go in and take your website or take a really short URL, find one, purchase it, and make a redirect. I'm not going to go deep into that for many of you, you can Google it. Use Google how to do a redirect. I use it for my Zoom. I use it for all this stuff. Just make a redirect to the scheduling page, but it will help because then you could actually add that link into your slides so it's visible. But most of the time, links don't matter in your slides because they're just a bunch of texts and numbers and all that stuff, and it doesn't really work. But always make sure that you have a team member dropping this inside your comments in the live video. So important. If you're a one man, one woman show, all good. Make sure you do it. Just make sure it happens no matter what. All right, this is a checklist. Go through this. You'll be all set. We'll see you on the next video.

Red Carpet Live Release Deck

Okay, you should already have downloaded the red carpet release call deck. If you haven't, it's also linked down below. So let's get into what this deck looks like. This is what you're going to use, this is what you're going to share when you go through it on Zoom and it's super simple and all you do is just read the stuff on the slide. That's it. And you can make sure that you edit anything in yellow, highlight it, edit any of the slides that you want to. You can add more pictures, all this stuff. But my suggestion is don't mess with the overall flow and organization of this because it's built to get people to sign up. Alright, so I'm going to go through these again. If is, it's 2025 and you're looking at this, make sure you edit anything that you need to make sure that they're dropping stuff and creating engagement in the groups comments, all this stuff.

You're going to ask them a couple questions. Make sure you take your time on this milk. It doesn't have to be fast. If you've ever been on a call with us, you've ever watched us on calls, like you don't have to rush through these like crazy, but you can move at a good pace. Just make sure that you engage with people. Okay? This is just a buildup going through it, talking about what they're going to get here is, what I've done here is I've went ahead and edit. I've added this highlight here because you may not want to give them access to five workouts per week if you want to go for it. It's just for six weeks. So if you want to, you can give 'em five workouts per week. Many of you, if you're doing this for the first time and you have not pulled the capacity lever yet, or the membership levels yet, then you probably have a lot of members that are on the unlimited membership.

So it doesn't really matter. But in the future, when you pull that lever and you reduce 'em down to three times a week, this makes this way more valuable. Alright? Now, total value notice. Again, don't skip these parts. If you want to change the values here, go and change the values. It's not a problem at all, but make sure that it's there. They need to see this. If you're like, man, this seems kind of pitchy and salesy, you're right. It is a pitch. It is a sales. It is a sales pitch. And I can tell you this from personal experience that, and Alex told me this before, and this is a lesson that I've learned. He said, if you're going to sell your face off and make sure you go through every step of the way, and that's what we've done with this, if you're not going to sell, then don't worry about it.

But if your goal is to sell, don't be halfway in between. I have made that mistake before and it is not a fun one. So make sure that when you're ready to do it, you do it and just follow this stuff on here. It's super easy. We've already put all this stuff on here. You can adjust the cash prizes, you can change pictures, you can do whatever you want. All right, so before and after change these. Make sure they know all this stuff. It goes through how many spots. This also talks more about what they're going to get, bonuses they're going to get all the stuff that you would give a normal challenger because by now they should not have received this. If they have your normal members, because again, this is the first challenge is you're probably rocking out. So you got all these things, bonuses, what's it going to cost me? Notice the buildup first. We thought I'd sell this at 50% off 8 99 for all this would be a great deal. Hit the heart button if you feel like this would be a fair

Price. After some debate, we decided to really make it a wild deal. So we cut the price in half again down to 4 49, hit that heart button if that seems like the best deal ever. But we kept talking it through and decided we'd rather make it a price where everyone can do it no matter what. So we landed at 1 99, which is a 90% discount. Crazy, right? I know. Insane. And then two days ago at our final meeting, we made one final adjustment. So when you grab one of the only whatever X spots, you will get all of this stuff, okay? Go through the whole thing. Total value, say each one. You'll get six weeks of custom nutrition planning for 2 99, 6 weeks of personal accountability coaching worth $299 as well access to five workouts per week at 1 99 recipe book with 42 delicious recipes. And on top of that, you're going to get the restaurant ordering system for 1 97 Vanilla protein baking guide worth $99, the 90 minute meal Prep mastery.

We're $297 of value. Our new watermelon mocktail guide. Delicious stuff. You can add little things into it if you want to, but just literally keep saying it. Total value of almost $2,000 and a chance to win hundreds of dollars at our VIP Red carpet party at the end of this. An entire challenge worth over $1,900. A chance to win $500 in cash prizes is yours for three easy payments of free, right? Give it a pause, let it drop. We want to say thank you for your support over the last year and want to make whatever this year is our biggest year ever. Spots are limited though, so pay attention to get your spot. This entire challenge is yours for free, but you must book your nutrition meeting right now so we can customize your plan and set your goals once you book your nutrition meeting with the link that we drop you are in.

So get ready in 30 seconds, I'm going to drop a link in the comments to secure your free spot in the challenge to snag a spot in the challenge, click the link in the comments, book your mandatory nutrition, consult with me or the coach's name and comment done in the comments. Okay, you ready? Set, go. Then drop it. That's it. Then you drop it at the end. You don't drop the link until you get right here. Drop the link in there and then it's QA time and I can hang for a couple minutes and then make sure that they comment. Okay? Super easy. Follow through with it. Not crazy. Say the words on the slide. Edit the things that you need to, and you'll absolutely smash.

Red Carpet Challenger Onboarding Deck

Now we're onto the red carpet onboarding challenge or meeting deck. This is once someone sets an appointment, a nutrition orientation or onboarding appointment for the challenge, they're now going to meet with you or your coaches and you're going to walk them through this deck and you'll notice it is almost word for word minus some specific things around the challenge, the same as the typical nutrition orientation deck that you would use for new clients. So I will kind of walk through this a little bit, not a ton, but we're going to start here at the top. Welcome to your six week challenge. We've got our red carpet ready six week challenge. Congrats on grabbing a limited spot. You're going to go through the plan, what they're doing, make sure that you edit anything that is highlighted in yellow. We're going to talk about this, go through kind of goal setting.

What are they looking for? Go over the things that they're responsible for, and this is really key during the fulfillment aspect of this. They're going to submit stats by Sunday, 7:00 PM each week to you or their coach, and they're going to give them their weight, their average steps per day for the week. Biggest win, biggest struggle, next workout time. And so here's an example of this. Hey coach, here's my stats. Weight was 1 76. Average steps 8,200. Big win down two pounds, biggest struggle. Got a party this weekend, next workout Monday, 5:00 PM Easy enough. Great. Okay, so you're going to walk 'em through all of this stuff. You're going to go through the meal plan with them, walk through all this stuff, the 90 minute meal prep hack, all this stuff. You're going to break down everything. Give 'em the bonuses again, if you don't want to give them, have an extra session for them, that's fine.

We do have the red carpet ready workouts in A PDF. You can just give it to them. So if you want to do that, you can say, Hey, we have red carpet challenge only workouts. We're going to send you the PDF. You can do these at home on your own time, but these are specialty workouts that you can do. Now, you do not have to do them in an extra session. It is an added bonus and something that I think is really big helps the entire comradery and community of this challenge. So it's an option there. You don't have to though. And then it goes through all the bonuses. Here's really important, just make sure that you share your teams before and afters from here. Okay? So you go here and it's like you talk about, cool. Here's some examples of the results that our team has gotten off through this challenge.

We've done our own. You can use the sample slides here. Show them as many as you can yourself and others. Show them the before and afters and then now let's chat about how to increase the cash prize pot. Now you're talking about asking for referrals. Super simple. You can change the 75% off to 50%. You can change the pricing, whatever you need to here, and you go through this. Now, one thing with a family, friends, and family referral, we're going to add an extra $50 per person to the price pot that both you and your friends and family can win. So start thinking about who you can invite to join you in this challenge. At the end of this, you're going to always ask 'em. Cool. So do you have anybody? After you get through everything, they've already purchased the supplements, they've already done this. Do you have a friend or family member in mind? Great. And then you're going to walk them through the referral ask, which we have later on. I'll show you how to do that. And then you go through this. Then you go through the nutrition pack. What they're going to get, super simple. You get down at the very end. Again, just say the words on the slide. Literally just every slide. Just

Say the that are on the slide. You don't have to go into anything more. Just follow it. We've made it so that it's easy to sell. It goes ahead and anchors the pricing, tells 'em what they're going to get, the whole thing, wholesale pricing, why they should get it. Then it's how fast do you want to go? Do you want to do month to month? No commitment. So put you on subscription and then you can cancel it any time. Cool. Usually retails at 5 99. Your price is two 50, or do you want to go and get the premium version or the maximum results and just go ahead and get the double stacks where you can save a ton. It's 4 99. But here's the deal. You're going to save an extra 25% off on this and you get a free last minute cleanse and you're going to get a free sour smash or sour recovery and a sour smash energy.

And you get that all for 4 99. Okay? Which one would you choose? That's $200 in freebies. Okay, and that's it. Super simple. And then all you do is just like what's best for you? Say it. We're going to use a card on file. Let's go ahead and grab that real quick. Let's go ahead and put this in. You're all set. And then it's pull up your shipping address. Then you're all set. Walk them through one last thing and then go through all this. That's it. And then let them know that their VIP red carpet party is going to be here. Adjust whatever you need for the dates and the time and have it all set. And you are good to go. Just say the words on the slide and you will smash.

How To Get Referrals For Red Carpet Challenge

Okay. Let's talk about how to get referrals for the red carpet challenge. Super simple. You obviously saw on the onboarding deck in the previous video that about how referrals can increase the pot. You already understand this concept. They already understand it, but here's how you can ask them right then or right after the meeting. For a referral, what you're going to do is you're going to ask the client what friend or family member would want whatever the discount is on their challenge. That's it. Just ask them, what friend or family member do you have in mind that would love to get 75% off on this challenge? Okay, my suggestion is start with 50%. It just sets it easier for when you go to renew them and convert them into a long-term membership. But you can go 75% if you want to. Again, it's free acquisition.

It's no cost of acquisition for you. Okay? Next thing that you're going to do immediately is when they give you a name, have them take out their phone and record a 22nd video, and you're going to do it with them. So you're going to hold it. They're right here, you're with them, and you're going to invite their friend and family member to take part in the challenge. You can have them get into it, be like, Hey, hey Susie, this is my coach here at my gym. He had a special message for you, and it's like, cool. Record it super short, super fast, and then have your client create a three-way message, text message with you, them, the client, and the referral, and send the video. So you have an intro into this. Then what you're going to do is you're going to call the referral as soon as possible and use a referral script that's linked down below to get them scheduled for an appointment.

The referral script is all in there. Then when they walk in, you're going to use a referral sales deck, which is also linked down below to close the referrals on the challenge, and then schedule them for their nutrition orientation where you will then sell them subs. So not only will you make the money on the actual challenge, but then you're going to sell them subs and make more money on them. Okay? So super easy, super simple, nothing crazy. So link below, we have a document also with two text messages that you can send to all of your challengers, whoever signed up for it after the release, and those messages you can send to help them. Just remind them about increasing the pot, because every person that comes in the pot increases, right? Super simple. Follow the system, use the decks and the script, and you'll be good to go. On the next one, we'll talk about the fulfillment overview. I.

Red Carpet Challenge Fulfillment Overview

Alright, let's hit how to do your fulfillment. Super simple. Below this video, you'll find all the assets that you need to help you fulfill this challenge for your clients, which includes fulfillment, email, campaign, fulfillment, SMS campaign, the links for the meal plans, the recipe books, the bonus guides, which includes the red carpet challenge, bonus workout, PDF. You're going to see a link to Vistaprint to get everything printed if you need a printing option, and then accountability coaching, cheat sheet, it's all in there. All right? I'm not going to go through it because it's self-explanatory at this point, and you can read it. We built it so that it doesn't need a video, so super simple to follow. But for the challenge, your clients will work out three to five times per week. It's your choice. If you want to include more days per week for this, it's totally up to you.

They're going to follow the nutrition plan. They're going to weigh themselves weekly. They can do this at the gym or at home. They just have to weigh themselves weekly and submit their weekly update to you or their accountability coach, right? Remember those kind of five things that they need to submit. Here's a bonus though, if you want to, and I've talked about this before, every Saturday morning, you can have the bonus red carpet workouts for everyone. If not, just give them the PDF of the workouts that they can do anywhere so they can do it at home, and they can just follow that along. Now, the weekly update for your clients, what should they submit? We've gone over this before, but just kind of as a reminder, the first thing they're going to send is their weight, their average steps per day, their biggest win, their biggest struggle, and the next workout time schedule.

These need to be submitted to you or their accountability coach by 7:00 PM Sunday every week or at any time that you want them to. So you just set the day and time that you need it by and just make sure that you have it. Now. Link down below is an accountability coaching cheat sheet that we put together for you or your accountability coaches to use on how to reply and how to make sure that they're staying in touch with people. Alright, everything's linked down below. Make sure you grab those and you'll be all set. And the next one we'll talk about the red carpet party. I.
