External - Funnels

All right Jim, let's just talk about the funnel. I'm not going to get into the details of how to edit the funnel because most of y'all should already know that. And if you don't know that, go back into the lead gen section inside of either launch 3.0 or go into the lead gen section, the paid lead gen section in hybrid and review how to edit funnels. So the share funnel link is down below. So when you click on that and you're logged into your ClickFunnels account, that funnel will now be transported and transferred into your account and you'll have the access to be able to adjust these and edit these. Now there's two funnels I'm going to show you. Both of them are in the same link because they're split tests. And so you can split test which one does better. Just make sure that as you're walking through this, this is just the lander when they come in, you want to make sure that all zaps are connected, everything is connected to this so that you're capturing all of this.

So again, go back through the lead gen section. I'm not going to regurgitate information that's already in the portal. And then just make sure that on the next page when they actually reserve their spot, they click reserve my spot that you have your scheduling link on the next side so that you can go ahead and schedule them. Alright, so this is back to School Challenge Funnel number one, split test number one. And this is super simple. Enter your information below to schedule a quick chat so we make sure this program is a good fit for you. Then you got your back to school with that little waving book. You got some school stuff in the background. Pink dumbbells again, for most of you, you're going to be targeting women. And so the color schemes and everything else are going to be around here. You got your countdown and then they're going to put in their first name, last name, phone, and email.

As we scroll down, you're going to see some testimonials here. So you can upload your own testimonials. By all means, please do that. If you have great testimonials and phenomenal before and afters, use them without a doubt. So claim your spot now and then down below you can adjust these numbers. So when you go in to adjust these numbers, make them yours. You want to make them impressive though. Make sure they're impressive and use these. So the reason why it says pounds lost in our 28 day challenge, summer shred challenge 28 D detox is to give them the idea of cool, this is a 28 day back to school challenge. They've had tons of amazing success with people in the past with their shreds and summer sizzle, all that stuff. So you're good. And then you got your 100% satisfaction guaranteed. And then are you a good fit?

So this will go through, make sure you read everything. If you want to add something to it, by all means you can do that. And then during this program, you'll learn all of this stuff. Sign me up for the back to school challenge. And then you've got more testimonials at the bottom. So make sure you adjust these as needed. You can add to these or keep these. It's totally up to you. But these testimonials work really, really well. Now, if you were, again, only targeting women, only have women on here, don't have men testimonials on here. Just get female testimonials and use those. By the way, pictures with text and with a first name for testimonials is really, really good. So if you put first name and then their last names initial, that's phenomenal because it's actually like a real human being. And so you can use those. Highly suggest that. Now the next one is this split test right here. So this one, shoes ball. And you can notice that

This is just stacking up on the side slightly. Different color scheme. This is what we're split testing. The same format though applies. So everything still applies. You got your testimonial, you got all this stuff, you got your numbers. Nothing changed on this. It's all pretty much the same. And then as you get into the rest of it, you your, are you a good fit? And then the color scheme on this is slightly different. It's a blue. During this program, you'll learn, sign me up and then the sign me up. By the way, you're watching this video. It looks black, it's actually green for some reason when I record these green doesn't show up. And then you can have your testimonials here. All right, now go in, edit these. Make sure that all your stuff is set up. And then you're going to start running these ads 21 days out. Again, as a reminder, if you do not know how to set these up, that's totally fine. But we have full trainings in the lead gen section to walk you through how to do that. You're just going to use this funnel for it. Alright? Enjoy. Crush it, sign up a ton of people, change some lives, stack some cash, and enjoy and.

Lean For Halloween-Overview

Guys and welcome officially to your Lean for Halloween overview video. Alright? Now what we're going to do today is we're going to talk essentially about the lean for Halloween internal play. The way this thing works is, is we're going to talk about understanding the offer, using the tools to get started, signing your members up, how to run the orientation, the fulfilling process, and then celebrating with your people because everybody loves a good party. Alright? The first part is the offer. Alright? Now just before we get rocking the roll, I want to run a quick thought experiment with you. Alright, so what if you could generate an additional $7,500 without running a single ad and selling to already qualified leads? These are already warm traffic people who you know that know, like, and trust you. Alright? Would that be cool? Alright, thought so would it be great to sign up people for a program that had 99% ROI, right?
Wouldn't that be cool? Alright, now let's do the math on this thing really quickly, is that if you have a hundred active clients, alright, and then essentially speaking out of that 140 of those current members join the program, alright? And then you're reactivating because you're sending out the emails to the reactivation, tore reactivate previous people. So then you pick up 10 reactivated members and you have 10 member referrals. So this is 10 people that, of the 40 people they've brought in one additional person, alright? That's 60 total people that are joining this program. And now if we look at this from the other view, that's 60 participants at $99 per participant and then we're going, that's $5,940 to the, yeah, that's pretty dogg on. Good. Alright? Now, and that's not even including the supplement commission that goes along with that. Let's say that the referrals and the reactivated clients buy supplements, it's just them who buy the supplements from.
Alright? So then that's 20 purposes at $238 per purchase. Now with this program, you actually get a $15 discount. So that drops it down to $223 as long as they buy a four pack. Alright? Now, so that means that per client, what you just did was that means you made $97 in commission payout, which gives you an additional $1,940. Now. So what that means is, is that you got 5959 40 from the signups and then an additional $1,940 from your supplement sales that gives you a total of $7,880 and that's all profit that you just made, essentially speaking by getting people to join this internal play. Alright? Does that make sense? Awesome. So here's the deal. What this is is this is a 28 day lien for Halloween challenge, alright? This is for current members, reactivated members, and referrals only. Alright? Your price points are going to be from $69 all the way to $149.
That just depends on you and where you want to price it. This can be done in gym or online. You just choose how you want to fulfill this thing and there will be a challenge winner. Now, the part about the challenge winner is this. Here's how that person is going to win, is that the participant will submit a weekly progress photo on the final weigh in day. Your team will vote on the top three based on those photos. So they're going to vote on top three based on aesthetics, the winner of the top three. So the winner of the top three will be based on compliance. Alright? So that's like if you have the app, you're already given the compliance score, so it's going to tell you which one of them comply the most, or if you're in sessions completed or if you're in gym, you can do it based off of sessions completed.
Alright? Now, if there is a tie, you can do it based off of supplement purchase, alright? And that can hold as the tiebreaker or anything else that you guys can essentially think of beyond that, but those are the basic rules for this thing. Alright? Did we just become best friends? I just quickly helped you make about $8,000. Alright, next is, here's how you get started. Alright, so here's in getting started, what we have to do is that you guys have pre challenge emails. These are emails that are set up. They tell you what days that you need to send them out to individuals to make it even easier for you and you just follow a string of emails. The next part is that you have pre challenged text messages slash in-app messages. And what I mean by in-app messages is that these are messages that can go inside of my accountability or if you've personalized your app, these are all messages that you can plug and play and just put in there or you can plug and play and put in any other text platform that you have.
Alright? The next part is that you actually get pre challenge Facebook posts. And in these pre challenge Facebook posts, these are all posts that are made for engagement. These are posts that are made for engagement. They push people either to schedule with you, they push them to be able to talk to an individual to be able to set up that appointment so they can essentially be sold into the program. Alright? And then what happens next is that we want to sign them up and in addition to signing them up, we want to make sure that we're setting up the meeting. These two things go hand in hand and the way it works is, is that you're going to choose a path, alright? Your path is either in gym or your path is over the phone. Alright? So both of the meetings have the same makeup.
Essentially speaking, you want to make sure that you assume the close to the program. And what I mean is that if they're sitting with you, they've seen it, they have read the emails, they've seen the text messages, they may have talked to you or talked to a coach, they may have even talked to a friend about it to figure out where it's at. So you want to assume the close for the program. Alright? The next part is that you want to discuss the program details. So you want to let them know, Hey, there's a special nutrition plan, here's what we're doing. You just want to reiterate the fact, essentially speaking of what they are signing up for. The next is that you want to charge the card that's on file or you want to accept a new card. Now depending on which platform that you're using, there are different things that go along with each one.
If you're using my accountability, there's a portion that goes along with that. You would sell it as an add-on if you're doing it offline, then you could essentially speak and just charge it directly to their card on file. So there's two different ways to be able to do it. The next part is that you want to talk to them explicitly about their goals. And so we want to figure out what is they want to accomplish big picture and then also what do they want to accomplish over the course of the next 28 days with this program. Then we want to make sure that we're selling 'EM supplements during that time. Now, I know what you're thinking is the fact that like, hey, somebody that may have had supplements before and didn't do it or whatever situation may be, but at the end of the day, this is a perfect time for you to be able to sell 'em supplements because now we're getting them essentially to reset and we're getting them to go through the process because they've been down throughout this whole virus situation.
And so this is the best case for them to be able to pick back up and get everything rocking and rolling again. And you have the ability to sell them meals as well if they just want some consistency and they don't want to cook. So you can even sell them meals there, especially with the fact that they actually get a piece of candy with each meal. If that's what they select to do, it's an opportune time to get them to take meals because essentially speaking, this gives them some normalcy outside of the chocolate that they're going to have. You also want to ensure that they know when the orientation is or when you want their initial photos uploaded. So depending on how, it's that you want to facilitate this thing, you want to let them know when you expect for the program to get started, but more importantly when you expect to go through the orientation with them and we'll break down the orientation here in a little bit.
Alright, next, the orientation. So this is when they weigh in before photos, and then we go from there. Now there are two types of orientations. So again, we have our in-person orientation. So this is if people are walking through your doors and they're coming directly into it, or we have our online orientation. And our online orientation essentially speaking is if people are using the app and they're putting their information directly into the app by a certain time on a certain date for orientation. Now in person, what they're going to do is they're going to weigh in, they're going to take their progress photos with you, they're going to discuss the nutrition plan. So you're going to go over it with 'em there just to ensure that they understand it. And then you want to discuss the best use of the supplements. A lot of times when people have supplements, the reason why they stopped taking the supplements, it isn't because of anything negative.
It's essentially because they couldn't figure out how to fit it into their lifestyle. So you're going to talk to them about fitting how to fit the supplements into the lifestyle to ensure that they're taking the most so they can get the best results. Alright? The next part is, is that if you were doing online, alright, this is all done through the app, so it makes it super simple for you. Now, even with it being all done in the app, what they're going to do is that you still want to give them a certain date that they're going to weigh in. So it could be the Sunday before the challenge. You want to make sure that everybody has weighed in before them. They're also going to take their progress with photos before that point too. Alright? And then they also, you want to message them to remind them like, Hey, here are the other things that we need to make everything super simple for them as they're going through the process.
The online fulfillment process is all done throughout the app and then all the touch points in the app as well. Alright, the last part, I'm sorry, the next part is the fulfillment. So with the fulfillment, what you're actually getting is that we actually give you follow up emails that you can distribute to individuals. So you have the follow-up emails that are there, alright? You have the text slash in-app messages that are there. You also have the challenge workouts. Now these challenge workouts come in a multitude of different ways for you guys. If you're doing in person, then we have a PDF version of the challenge workouts. Now you can take these things and you can distribute 'em in your Facebook group. You can take them and do whatever it is that you like to do with those challenge workouts. Alright? You can send them an email with the workouts each week, that's perfectly fine for you.
We actually also have links to the videos, to the workouts to make it easier for your members to be able to understand and see the workouts on. The other side of it is that if you're administering in my accountability app, you've got two ways that you can administer. One is that when you administer, you just understand that hey, if you do it, and if we do it the way that we normally do is that we add 'em to a master program, is what's going to happen is it's actually going to remove the previous master program. So we may not want to do that. If you decide that you want to do that, that's fine. It goes there and then as soon as the 28 days are up because they've had some success, now you can put them into another program or you can upsell them into a higher level of service directly with you if you want to.
What we've also done is we've created the same workouts that are in the program we have created as master workouts. Now the reason why we've created them as master workouts is that this will allow you now to be able to take these workouts and then you can put them in any existing program that you offer. So any program that you have that's already set up, you can actually take it and put it in there and it makes it super simple for you to import those things and you can take them and you can customize that individual's program. So you can choose one way or the other that part's directly up to you and how you want to work your fulfillment. Alright? The next thing is that you have your custom lean for Halloween nutrition plan. Yes, there is candy included in this custom nutrition plan.
Now this is a plan like nothing else that you've probably seen and the reason why it's that way is because we understand that at the end of the day these are things that are going to be in front of their face. So why not give them an easier way to be able to have that piece of candy without feeling guilty about it and still be able to lose the weight because they're still going to be going through your program and it should make them more compliant to the workout because now there won't have to feel the temptation because now it's just a part of what they're already doing. Alright? The next part is the party. Alright? Now with our party, what we've talked about is there are a bunch of different ways to do so, but we have to be very mindful of the fact that you need to adhere and make sure that you're paying attention to whatever the CDC guidelines are.
So the different ways that we thought to do so to be able to give you guys a little bit of social distancing is that you can have a barbecue. Alright? So this is an awesome time to do so. You can do a charity car wash, you can do a potluck where people are bringing in their own food and you guys guys are social distancing. You can do Frisbee golf, alright? You guys can take a hike if you live by a canyon or if you live by the mountains, you can do paint and wine. So that's something great that you can do. You can spread across or you can do
Party. A virtual party is absolutely awesome. Legitimately speaking, you can tell everybody, Hey, get dressed up in your best Halloween costume and then you can make it a family event. And so with that, you can hand out the awards virtually to the individuals, congratulate everybody online, but make it a big deal, make it fun, make it even easier for us to adult and for us to go through the process now. That is it. That's how simple the lean for Halloween play basically is. So my work here is done. Have an amazing day.

Nutrition

All right guys. Welcome to the Lean for Halloween, the nutrition overview. Now, this sheet here, the one that I'm showing you right now, is the one that we provided as a template for you guys, and you can actually download this in the Canva When you download it, I suggest that you download it as a PNG, but do not make it with a transparent background. Just leave the background white. That way that you can download it directly as a picture and then you can disperse it however you want to. You can even download this thing as a PDF if you want to make it a PDF that you email directly to your members. That part is directly up to you. Now remember that this plan essentially is based on the fact that we want your members to eat proper meals, but on top of that, we are making and setting in some leeway for them by giving them candy because we know that during this time it's going to be readily available.

So what we do ask is that they follow the guidelines. So with following the guidelines, what that means is that the first guideline is that they only want to eat a single serving of candy that comes in a wrapper. So we only want them to have candy explicitly that comes in a wrapper. So no homemade candy, no homemade treats, no buckets of unlimited candy. This makes it even easier because this gives them the ability to not over consume, right? So they have one treat that's essentially, and that way it makes it easier for 'em. The next thing is that we want them to set the window of opportunity, and what I essentially mean by that is that we want them to pre-plan when they're going to have their candy and then stick to those windows no matter what obstacles are in their way. No matter if somebody comes in, they have a birthday party, no matter what is in their way, we want them essentially speaking, to stay focused and only have their candy during those windows of opportunity to given each other.

If you look at the nutrition plan, you can see that we've even set out times for lunch and for dinner for them to have their candy. Then, alright, next is we want them to diversify. And so what I essentially mean by that is that we want them to, essentially speaking, is that we want them to have never eat the same sweet day after day, is that we want them to have different sweets throughout the days as we're going just because we don't want them to get tired and we want them to plan ahead to make it even easier on them. The next thing is that we don't want them eating alone in the dark. And what I essentially mean by that is that we want them to enjoy this, right? This isn't punishment for them eating the candy. We don't want them to feel that they're being punished for doing that, right?

And so in order for them to feel that way is that we want them to be proud about having their candy and we want them telling their friends, you know what? My trainer actually told me it's okay for me to have this chocolate candy, so I'm having my mini piece of chocolate candy, but I'm having it along with my salad and with my chicken. Therefore, it makes it even easier for them and then they can wow their friends with their knowledge. The other part to this is that we want them to compensate for their candy. What I mean by that is that if they're a macro based nutrition plan, alright, they can fit the candy in there with the allotted macros all day. So if they're following our template, your candy will replace half of the carbs for that day. Alright? So

What does that mean? It means if you get one cup of quinoa for lunch as your carb, then you can satisfy that with a half a cup and your candy. Now if they look at the nutrition plan, it says they get one piece of candy and half a carb. So we already have it lined up and itemized directly for them. So that's the quick overview of the nutrition plan.

Nutrition Plan Overview

All right guys, and welcome to your official lean for Halloween Nutrition plan. Now, this nutrition plan is brand new and it's something that is going to absolutely wow your members. Now, the reason why it's going to wow them is because it's a little bit of something new, plus it's a little bit of something old, right? And what I mean by that is that this is the nutrition plan, but the greatest part about this is it has the parts that they've already seen before. So it's got their proteins, their fats, their carbohydrates, so it actually has all their serving sizes that are there. You're actually looking at the 2.75 plan, alright? And so with that being said, that's why all these serving sizes are set up for 2.75. Now, what's great about this too is that it also has down here is that they can have one piece of candy.

So they can have one piece of candy. And if you're looking down here at these nutrition circles, like following our color scheme for breakfast, they would have one serving of, one serving of vegetable, one serving of protein, and then one carbohydrate. Now down here for dinner, they would have a vegetable, a carbohydrate, I'm sorry, half carbohydrate a protein, and then a candy. And so this makes it even easier for them to be able to coincide along with the nutrition plant. Alright? Now on the other side to this is that this is the backside. And so what this essentially allows them to do is to follow those guidelines like we talked about in the overview. So step one is to mix it up because you have options. If you have one pool card portion on your meal plan, then you have, and then this is what those serving sizes would look like if you had half a carb portion.

Alright? Then that half a carb portion would equal the one fun size candy. Alright? Now, so this makes it even easier for them to be able to rock and roll and to be able to customize a nutrition plan so then they don't get bored, they're still able to do the things they need to do next. This is, they don't want to forget their protein in between their meals. So we still want them to have a protein shake in between their meals. And then step three is to just check off the flavored option. So this makes it even easier for them to be able to do all the great stuff that we want them to do, but still be able to be lean while they're going through and while they're eating their candy. So this is pretty great.

How to Sell Current Clients

All right guys, let's start really quickly on how we're going to sell this product to our current clients. So we're going to come again to our product page. Once you get to your product page, we want to add a product. Now, when we're adding a product, what we want to do is we want to make sure that we call this Lean for Halloween challenge. Alright? You can put a description of the challenge there if you like. Now, the biggest part about this is, is that we want to essentially assign this as an add-on. Now the reason why we want to sell it as an add-on is because we know that we can only have one live core product at a time, right? So, because you can only have one live core product at a time, that's why we want to do so. Now down here is that we want to set it as a one-time payment.

And then with that one-time payment, you put in whatever that you want to charge, you can do one. I'm going to say that we're going to sell it for 99, alright? And then we want to make sure that this thing lasts for days. We want to make it last for 28 days. Right now, from this point is, is that you essentially speaking, you can set up to charge them whatever that you want to, alright? And then we want to make sure that it starts on a fixed date. So whatever date that it is that you're starting your program, you set that thing up for that date. So let's say we're starting on ten one, alright? We don't want to sell on Train Rides me, and then we hit add. Now what this will do is that this will allow us to be able to get paid today, but the program itself doesn't start until ten one and then you hit add. And at that point, that's how you're going to sell them your Lean for Halloween challenge. I.

Programs Provided

All right guys, so welcome officially to the part about what we've built inside of your master programs and master workouts. Now, I do want to be very, very clear in this, in that if you decide there's two ways that you guys can administer these things using your automated fulfillment system, number one is that you can do it the old fashioned way. What I mean by that is that when you click on the master program, you go directly into your master program, and then we would just administer the lien for Halloween play to the individual. Now, once we administer that lien for Halloween play individual, you understand completely that what's going to happen is that the lien for Halloween program, we'll take the place of any current program that they currently have been assigned. Now, what's great about this is that we're using this as a way to be able to rejuvenate and reset those people.

So that's great. Now, on the backside of this, what happens is, is that any progress or any place that they've been prior to this, any messaging or anything that's popped up before then that would actually be removed from the program because we can't stack programs. So you have to decide if you're okay with that. And if you are amazing because what you can do directly after that is that you can administer a program to them, the 52 week or another program, and then you can select which data start it on, so you can actually start it in the middle of the program or however you see fit to make it even easier. So that's way number one is administer the program that you have. So administer the lien for Halloween, which is three days a week. And then even in the lien for Halloween, essentially speaking, I give you all the description of the program.

And then what we also do too is that we also tell you the habits that we've administered. So we've a couple of 'em, but we also give you ones like suggestions that you can add to legitimately speaking to Habit coach individuals while they're on your program. So that's the first part. Now, the second way that you can do this thing is that you can go into your master workouts. Now, what's awesome about this is that in your master workouts, we've actually taken and we've built out the other workouts. So we've built out all your lean for Halloween workouts. So let's say that you don't want to work at the first wave. All you essentially want to do is that you want to get your people going. So if that's the case, then what you can do is that you can take your lien for Halloween workouts and then you can import them into any of the programs, master programs that you've already handed out to an individual.

Now, if you do that, it's great because there's no overlapping, legitimately speaking, you're just assigning them three days of these lean for Halloween workouts and then you're just holding them compliant from that point. So you have two ways that you can administer this program. Way number one is the old school way to do it. And in that old school way to do it, what you're essentially are going to do is that you are going to replace their current programming with the lien for Halloween program. Or way number two is that you can take the exercises, you can import them into whatever program that you're,

And then you can administer those lean for Halloween workouts directly to that person's profile. And then that doesn't change anything. So that part is up to you guys. You make the decision on whichever way works best for you, and then that's really it. Alright, so have fun. Go change some lives and definitely kick butt with this program.

Welcome Card Automation

All right guys, let's talk about this. Lean for Halloween, the welcome card. Now the beautiful thing about having the welcome card for Lean for Halloween is essentially speaking, this will allow you guys to be able to give somebody just to thank you for joining your program and for them coming directly into it, it's just a great way to get 'em rocking can enroll into your program. What's awesome about this is that each card that's sent out, it goes out with postage for about $2 and 55 cents. And so at the end of the day, it's a small amount of money for a big gesture. Alright? Now when you come to this step, what's going to happen is that in looking at the automation is that we want to make sure that once that client tag is added, alright? Now this is super important because once the tag is added, it's a custom tag.

There are a couple different things that go along with this tag and it's pretty awesome. And so once you click on this, you want to make sure that it says trend rise because that's the app that we're using and then tag added to a client. Now next is you want to make sure that you choose the correct account, which is your account, and then we want to make sure that we're choosing the correct tag. Now the tag is going to be a custom tag and it's going to be lean for Halloween. Welcome. Now what's great is that it's already in there. If you haven't built it, I mean if you should be able to build it. Now, if you have already built it but you don't see it as you're going through your tags, not a problem is that you just hit refresh. Now, once you hit refresh, it should pop back up and then you just select it and it'll come directly there.

Next is that if you hit find data, then what'll happen is that Zapier will attempt to find the data to make for it to all make sense. Alright? And then the next thing is is that we want to come down here. Now what this is is that this is going to pull directly off of your Google spreadsheet. Now this is that new intake sheet that they filled out beforehand and this is going to have all their information directly on there. When you're doing that, what we want to do is that we want to make sure that we have it going to Google Sheets because that's the app that we want it to do. We want it to look up a spreadsheet row. Now when it's looking up that spreadsheet row, the reason why we wanted to do that is because we wanted to look for certain assets on those spreadsheets.

With that being said, we want to choose that action event and that action event is look up spreadsheet row. The next part is, is that we want to choose the account. So make sure that you have the proper account associated with this so it can pick up the right one. So now the next part is is that we want to customize the spreadsheet row. So what it looks like is, is that it's going to ask you which spreadsheet and then which worksheet. So you select those and then we want to look it up by email. Now the reason why you want to look it up by the email value is essentially speaking because this is the email that is going to go along with their trainer Rise account. So why this is important is if you have 10 Emily's and you try to look up by first name, then it's just going to pull up 10 Emily's. But people only have one unique email address that's inside of Train Rise. So it's going to find that one unique email address to be able to rectify the two. Alright? Now the next part is is that we want to make sure that it sends the data

Again, right? So we would test it and then once we test it, it's going to come back and then mine's telling me that it's making a mistake. Now the reason why mine is telling me that it's making a mistake is because I don't have any values that are in there. Alright? So what that means is I don't have anybody on my spreadsheet. So if you're getting it and it's telling you like Bargo there's a mistake, the reason why there's a mistake is because you don't have anybody on your spreadsheet. Alright, so we're going to skip the test. I'm going to hit done editing, and then once I hit done editing we've added this last part, which is a thanks to card. Now when you're doing the thanks to card, what you're going to have here is that what the thanks to card is that we're going to choose app.

Thanks there. Thanks. There is how you're going to send out your individual or your handwritten card. We want to choose the account. So this would be the account that you've already associated with ter. Alright? And then the next thing is that you just want to put your information in. Now have also, there's also a video on how to be able to create a project for ter. And so you select the project that you've created that goes here. So that's going to let it know which card to associate with this. We've given you a couple different examples of your cover photos for your cards, and so you can use any of those to set up your project. You put in your personal information and then the next part is this part down here. Alright? Now you're going to select that you wanted to pull from the information that's provided.

So we want to tags added. We wanted to pull from the client's first name and then the receiver's last name. And then these are the important parts because you wanted to pull directly from the information that's on that spreadsheet. So the information that's on that spreadsheet is that the receiver's address, the city, the state, and then the receiver, the receiver zip, and then of course it's going to put up there in this us. Now this part is awesome too, is because this part down here where it says main inside message. Now in this main inside message, this is where you can put any message that you essentially want to for the individuals. This is the message that we have laid out for you, but you can change it if you want to. You can change so many different things if you really wanted to. However, this is just what we suggest in this situation. And so this makes it super simple for you guys to be able to send them a handwritten card. You can elongate a little bit if you want to talk. If typically speaking, want to send a longer card, that part's directly up to you. But this part makes it super simple for you to send your clients thank you and just show a little gratitude for them joining your program. And it's all for 2050 5 cents for legitimately speaking unparalleled happiness from your clients. I.

Creating A Thankster Project

Alright, what's up guys? Let's talk about creating your projects. And remember, these projects are important because these projects are the link between your thanks to account and the Zapier card basically that we want to send out directly the handwritten card that we're going to send out through Zapier. Now, the way this would work is that you log into your thanks to account. Once you log into that, thanks, their account, you want to come to projects. Once you come to projects, you're going to click there. And then once we go here, we want, essentially speaking, create a new project. Once we create that new project, or once we go here, it may ask us a problem. It's asking us to verify. So we'll verify, hit, confirm, and then now it takes us directly to the project. Now what I want to do though, is I want to use one of those cards that we uploaded.

So I'm going to go to the 25 1 and then I'll hit search, right? Based off whatever the name is. So you see how it pulls us up directly here and then down here. What's needed is that it actually gives you the price of the card shipped that you can see directly there. So we want to hit that. And then you see over here, it has all the dimensions behind it. And then we want to hit choose this card. Now, once you hit choose this card, it will directly take you there. Alright? So then you're like, if you want to, you can do the right card walkthrough. I'm going to hit don't show me again. Alright? And then we want to hit yes, this is a template because this is a template. A template that we have that space for our ZPR integration. And then you can put your return address here.

That's fine. And then we want to save this as our default all. So we want to hit our address is three, four. We'll just put those there. Save changes. Alright, now it's going to show you what's going to be on the front of this thing. Now that we've selected our card. Alright, now we've collected this thing and made it a template, and then that's great. We don't have to worry about checking out. Now once we go back to our Zap though, you'll notice that as I've showed you in the other integrations that go along with that will be in and to integrate.

Master Program Automation

What is up guys? Alright. What I wanted to do now is I wanted to go over with you the automation that will automatically put the master program to whoever has your custom tag for your Lean for Halloween program. Now this is great because it expedites the process and it makes it even easier for you guys. Now only use this tag if you are okay with their program. Immediate, I mean being swapped out, right? So what I mean by that is that if you tag them, then it will bypass the natural ability to ask you if you're sure that you want them out of the current program. It'll just automatically put them into the lien for Halloween program, which is great because then you can plan after that. And then once you plan after that, then you can directly put them into another program once the lien for Halloween is over.

Now, if we look in here, the way that you wanted to do it is, is that you come here. Alright? Now you guys have all this information, but what's great about this is that you don't have to choose the app because it's already there. You want to make sure that it says tag added to client because the biggest thing is that we want to make sure that when that custom tag is added to our client, then they automatically will receive their program. Next is that you want to choose your account just to ensure that you have the right account associated with it. Next is we want to make sure that you see our lean for Halloween welcome. And so that Lean for Halloween welcome is already on your list of customs. And so all you have to do is add, is make sure that it's added to your custom tag list and then you should be able to pull it up directly here.

If you don't see it, not a problem, hit that refresh fields and then you should pop up after that. After that, it'll testify in the data. Alright? So once it testify in the data, you click continue. Now the next part is the fun part is that when this happens, then it'll do this. And so what it'll do is that it will automatically subscribe them to a master program. Now this is great because once we go here, you select that you want Trainer Rise, we select Subscribe to a master program is the Choose in Action. That part should already be there directly after that, we want to make sure that our Trainer Rise account is selected. And then we want to make sure down here that we've selected that the right program, so you can select any of the programs that you have. Now this is great because you can select anything in your shared or anything in your personal, so this is any program that you have, so it's awesome.

Next is email. So this is going to test the trigger of the owner's email. So this is going to be your email that is going to pull from. And then the next is like you want to start type. So you can select one of three start types. You can select immediate. You can select next Monday, or you can select for it to start on a fixed date. Just depending on when you start the program or when you plan on administering. This way would be when you would want this to happen. So if you're waiting to the orientation to be able to hand this all out, or if you want to wait till the night before that, the program starts to hand this all out, that's great. If you want to go ahead and set it up that you're doing it now, but they all start on the same one with that fixed start date, then go ahead and do it that way, right? So that part just depends on you and then you just hit done editing. Once you're done editing, you're good. Now, let's show you this in action. And so what this looks like is this, is that we're going to go to our client account.

All right? So I'm going to pick a client here is that we want to pick Daniel, and then Daniel is already into a program. He's actually in week four, and then we're going to auto tag him. So I'm going to auto tag him with Lien for Halloween. Welcome. You hit that. Now, what's great is that we go to Daniel, we can click on his workouts here, click on his workout, and then there you go. He's already got his lien for Halloween. All of his workouts are directly in there, so that should make it super easy for you guys to be able to see it, and that's what it looks like in live action.

In Person Workouts

All right guys. Welcome officially to your Lean for Halloween at Home Sessions. Now, I know they say at home, but you can legitimately speak and do these exercises anywhere. You can administer these workouts anywhere that you want to directly to your clients for them to be successful in this Lie for Halloween program. Now, all these Lean for Halloween workouts are essentially made to be high intensity workouts. Now, you can use a dumbbell, you don't have to use a dumbbell, but in order to increase the intensity a little bit, you definitely want to and increase that resistance. Now, what's great about this is, is that they're actually going to have a total of 28 workouts. Now, what these 28 different workouts, this means they get a workout every day that they can legitimately choose to be able to push them along in the process. I would only suggest they do three out of the possible seven per week, and then you would give them the metric of being able, directly speaking to shoot you a sweaty selfie and then send it into you after each one, right?

That's just for compliance purposes, and that makes it easier when it comes down to the voting at the end for you to be able to make sure that you check off a person who's been the most compliant for them to win. What else is awesome about these is that I understand that there are a lot of workouts that are directly on here, and your clients may not understand them all, or they may not have seen them all. Not a problem. We've also put a glossary of exercises on the backside of this glossary makes it even easier for your clients to be able to click, and then they can understand what the exercise is, what it looks like, how it should be. To make it super simple. When you're administering these things, you can chop 'em up. You can send them three per week, or you can even take this thing and make it a post on in your private Facebook group. So there are multiple different ways that you can adminis to these workouts, but here are the workouts that they are. Alright, have a blast.

Sign Up Sheet

What is up guys? Alright, so I'm going to share with you right now this simple sales tracker sheet that will legitimately speak and allow you guys to keep everything in line while you're running this internal play. Now, there are a couple of cool things about the sales tracker sheet. Number one is that you're going to be able to keep a running list of the referrals, the reactivations, and anybody who you have that currently is on your roster that signs up for this. Number two, what's awesome is that anybody who pays you, you're going to be able to legitimately speaking to keep a run and tally. And then what's great about this run and tally is at the bottom of this sheet, it actually will give you a numerical breakdown or tell you the whole total of how much that you made the summation. What's great is that if you wanted to take this thing and you wanted to duplicate that column, you can duplicate this column.

If you wanted to know how much that people actually paid you in supplements, basically if they bought the four pack, if they got the, and if they took advantage of that $15 deal, right? Or if not, you can just leave it as it is and then you can just check for supplements because all you're selling are that four pack. You're not selling anything else, right? So that part is completely up to you. But use this sheet because it keeps everything nice and clean and it makes it super simple for you guys. Not to mention that when you go to run an internal play again within another 90 days, when you go to run an internal play, 90 to 120 days, because that'll be right around the new year when you go to run another internal play. What would be great is that you can look back on this list to see who actually did it and then how much they spent. Now, this is powerful because as you're going back into it, you're going to be able to assess and then you're going to be able to know that those are the first people that you should hit up for your new internal play.

Holiday Accountability Challenge-Overview

All right. Welcome to the Holiday Accountability Challenge Overview. Let's dive into this. So the first question everyone always has is, what is the accountability challenge? Very simply put, it is a 28 day team internal play designed to increase retention and get referrals during the month of December. Now, what's really important about this is that your goal should be that a hundred percent of your members take part in this, and we'll talk about why that is and how you can make sure that this happens. Okay? So the real reason behind why this works so well is that it's an amazing offer and we know that every great play, whether it's an external play or an internal play, starts with an even better offer. So the holiday accountability challenge offer is what we would call a triple threat, meaning it's a win-win win. And how we define that is on this side for the clients, right?
It's an accountability challenge for them. AK keep the holiday weight off. The average person typically gains anywhere between three to five pounds during the holiday season because holiday parties, obviously, the diet around the holidays tends to obviously go downhill. There's a lot of stress involved with holidays and people are typically going on vacation. There's lots of different things that are happening right now, and in the gym business, we all know that a lot of times this is a prime time where people will actually put their memberships on pause and cancel or do any of those things. And so our goal here is to minimize that as much as possible and to get everyone to keep working out. This is not a nutrition challenge. This is literally just an accountability challenge. Let's keep working out. Let's keep doing what we need to do. Let's make it through this month of December, and then let's start ramping up and hitting those goals in January, February, March of next year.
So the whole part of this is accountability challenge. Let's keep the holiday weight off. The next piece, and this is the anchor of the offer, you can see a little anchor there. It's a charity drive. It's a donation for Toys for Tots. So the idea behind this is that the cost of the program, 50% of whatever they pay Now, they could literally give as much as they want, but 50% of the entry fee into the challenge is going to be donated to Toys for Tots. So now they're not only being able to keep their weight off, so that's a win selfishly for them, but now they're able to give back to the community, put smiles on kids' faces, be able to help them get toys for Christmas, especially for kids that don't have the ability to do that. So this is a massive charity drive for you.
In fact, we had one member one year who was able to collect over $18,000 in donations for Toys for Tots, which is absolutely insane. And then on the other side, we've got a holiday party. So this is the last piece. So obviously, who doesn't love a bomb holiday party? There's tons of them, but this one, you can make it however you want because the other 50% of the proceeds that they pay to you, half of it goes to Toys for Tots, the other half goes to the holiday party. Okay, so here's the actual offer. It's a 28 day challenge. Again, team challenge for $99 to $149 where 50% is donated to Toys for Tots, the other 50% is basically reserved for the holiday party. Now, the people that go to the holiday party have to participate in the challenge, hence the a hundred percent participation. Okay? One important note to understand with this is that
You know your clients, if $99 or $149 would diminish your chances drastically of getting a hundred percent of your clients to join, then we suggest $49. The whole goal is to get everyone to do it. You don't want to give it away completely for free because it's a charity drive and you want to also have a holiday party. So you're trying to cover your costs for that as well as be able to give money back to the community as a charity. But your real goal is to make sure that everyone actually takes part in this. Okay, so let's talk about what's included, right? So there's 12 workouts three times per week, so four weeks, three times per week, the holiday party at the end, it's obviously only for those that participated. And then they have two weigh-ins. They have a before the challenge and after the challenge just to make sure that they tried to knock in any weight.
Another way that you could spin this is, you could call it the zero pound challenge. Personally, I like the holiday accountability challenge, but you can call it the zero pound challenge, if you would prefer internally. Now, as a bonus, you can add in a meal plan if you would like to. This is for people that want to stay on track. My personal preference, whenever we ran this, we ran this for two straight years in our gym before we sold it. I'm not really a big fan of running this with a meal plan included, because most it just adds extra stress in the holidays. And I would tell my clients, I'd be like, listen, the real big key here is that by now, you should already know how to eat healthy or to stay on track and to choose the right foods, make the right choices, all that stuff.
And so if you want that, that's fine. I will give you the plan. However, the goal is not to add stress or to make you feel like you, you're not accomplishing something and you're not being successful during the holidays. The goal is really just to come in, work out, have the community, and let's crush this. Let's have some fun. But if you want to feel free to, and my suggestion would be give them the six week challenge meal plan, the ones that are 1.25, 1.75, et cetera, and you can have them follow those during the timeframe. Again, you're going to have some crazy people who are like, nah, I want to lose 10 pounds during the holidays. And to be fair, all of those people that ever told me that ended up not losing that, they would typically gain a couple pounds anyway, because they would get so wrapped up in the first day and then they'd be like, nah, screw it.
I'm out. I hate this. Right? So they'd still work out and they'd still do that stuff, but the goal is, again, let's just maintain, come in, work out, have some fun. Now, how does this all work? How do we get everyone on? How is this a team challenge? Well, the thing is, your teams will have captains, and your captains should be your coaches. Now, if you don't want your coaches, you could also have your members. You could take some of your members and have them captains, but basically your coaches are going to recruit members to join their team. One thing about this is that they can recruit as many people as they want because the scoring system on who wins the challenge is not based on the amount of people, so it doesn't really matter. You could have one team with 20 people, another team with 10, another team with 12. It doesn't have to be evenly split, but your coaches are going to recruit the members, and we'll get into how they can recruit them in the marketing piece and kind of the lead gen section. But this is how it works. Now, your members are going to join their team.
They will pay the challenge donation, very key here. Words matter, call it a donation, not a fee. And the challenge will then obviously begin right now, the winning team will be the one that has the highest percentage of what we call potential workouts for perfect score. Right? Now, how does this work? A perfect score for a team would mean that every team member completed the following within the 28 days. Now, you have to do the next two things here that I'm going to go through. Two of those things equal one point, and you have to do that 12 times. So you have to complete 12 workouts, but every time you do a workout, in order to get what we basically at literally a sticker, in order to get that, what you need to do is you have to post a workout selfie and tag the gym on Facebook or Instagram.
And so there has to be 12 workouts and 12 post-workout selfies that they post to Facebook and IG and tag the gym. That's how that works. These will be all tracked on scoreboards, right? And the best way to do this is literally use giant poster boards. So go grab giant poster boards, make these out. You can notice this one has week one, week two, week three, week four. So let's say John and Susie with their names here. So John, at the top week one, his goal would be to get three stars in week one, week two, three stars week, three week stars, week four, three stars, and you're set because then he has a perfect score. You could also do it where you do a poster board for the team, and you do workout one, workout two, workout three, workout four, and they just get one star in each box.
It's up to you. But every time after they have a workout and they add the selfie, a sticker is added to track the progress. Now, you can do this as a giant poster board for everyone or have poster boards for each team. Personally, I prefer the poster boards, each team, because then what you do is you have the captains and the coaches, or whoever's the team lead is a person, and as a team, they create their poster board and they create their name, all that stuff. It's really fun, and they get into it right now. At the end, the team with the highest percentage of potential workouts for perfect short is going to win. Okay? Now, here's how you work this out. Here's an example. Team A has seven people. Now, there are 12 total possible points per person available. They have the 12 workouts, and then they have to put the selfies together.
If they do both of those, they get one point for each time they do that, which means that you have seven people times 12 potential points per person. That means they have 94 total points available for a perfect score. So they get 94 points as a team. They have a perfect score. Team B has 11 people, 12 total possible points per person, 11 times 12. That's 132 points for a perfect score. Now, if at the end of the entire challenge, team A had four people hit all 12 workouts and three people hit 11, that would mean that they got 91 points out of 94, which is a 96.8% potential workouts basically to a perfect score. So that's 96.8% of perfect. They got a score of 96.8. The
Team B has seven people who hit all 12 and four people who hit 10. Then they got 1 24 out of 1 32, which is 93.9, which means that team A would win. Notice how team A had less people than Team B. It's possible it doesn't matter whether you have more or less people, it doesn't matter. What you're looking for is the percentage. How close do they get? It's a grading system. That's it. Now, in the case of a tiebreaker, which is highly unlikely, but if it does happen, this is the tiebreaker, you either are going to use absolute weight lost on the team. So you take everyone, you weigh them in before and you weigh them out after, and you take absolute weight loss, right? But if you want to be super fair, you use the percentage of body weight lost averaged out. So you take their percentage, their starting weight, how much weight they had, what's the percentage of the body weight that they lost for each individual, and then you average it out across the team and whoever has the highest that team wins.
It's way more fair, but it's also kind of a pain in the butt from a math standpoint, but that's on you, not on them. So all they have to do is weigh in, weigh out. That's it. Okay? Now, if you have a bunch of individuals and team members at your gym that are very, they like to win and they're sticklers, especially with rules and stuff like that, this would probably be a better shot and a better choice to do. Okay? Now, the prizes winning team gets any of the following, right? Bragging rights. Everyone loves bragging rights, especially following into the next year. They love it. The next piece is gold sprayed, gold spray, painted dumbbells. You can think of them as a trophy. We did this the very first year, and we kind of treated it kind of like the Stanley Cup where we just gave one, and then each team member got to do it, and they take pictures of where they were using it at home, working out doing Ron Burgundy.
This is 99, 1000, all that stuff. So that's one option right there. The other piece is you can do custom swag, like hats, shirts, tote bags, shaker bottles, you name it. Recognition at the holiday party is a must. You should definitely do this no matter what. Side piece. While you're watching this, go ahead and write this down right now at your holiday party, make sure that you set up a station to grab testimonials from your clients. Do not waste this opportunity where people are gathered. Energy is high. Grab testimonials. Write that down. Okay. Now, the other piece would be anything that you think your clients would love. That doesn't cost a lot, so it could be anything. We did the second year, actually, the first year we added this where we did a banner for the winning team, so it was like 2017 holiday accountability challenge winners, team name right there. Then we hung it up in the gym. Then the next year we hung up the next one, and so it's kind of like your favorite sports team unveils their championship banner. That's what it looks like. Okay? So that is a challenge, overview. That's how it works. We're going to start diving into the rest of it in the next videos.
