Fulfillment Overview

What's up guys? Let's talk about the fulfillment part of this challenge. So the fulfillment of this part is pretty easy because we're going to use trainer eyes to be able to give out and administer all the fulfillment pieces that we need for this challenge, right? So with it being said, if you come down to your programs tab, and this is going to be in your shared programs, but you'll have the three versions of the 2021 takeover. Alright? Now you'll have the version, that's the advanced version, alright? Typically speaking, the advanced version is set up as to where it is for individuals who have barbells, and so the levels in the programming are set up based off of the equipment that they have, not the scale over they have, because each workout is pretty scalable. Next is that you would have the beginner version. Beginner version would be equivalent to the body weight version or an individual that doesn't have any equipment.

And then after that you would have the intermediate version. This would also be set up where they would have bands and dumbbells, and then all workouts are set up to be three times a week. There's also weekly accountability messaging, and then there's also cardio that's associated with it for the off lifting days, if you click on that person's calendar, you're going to see that the calendar is pretty filled up in regards to what they have here. So you have the workouts, which are like TBL or TBH or TVA. You have the track progress or take progress. Now this take progress photo is just a natural built-in reminder. So they can go in, your client would go into the system, they would snap their progress photos, and then they would upload them. So then you would be able to see what their progress looks like. You can even create before and after photos that are there for them.

Next is that you want to track your body stats. Now if you look, tracking their body stats is something that happens for them every day. So it's just a built-in habit that happens every day with tracking their body stats. You're just going to weigh in each day. This makes it super simple for them and it makes it really easy for you to be able to see what their progress is like. The whole part about this challenge, to be honest with you, to get rocking and rolling for 2021 is for them to be able to just build good habits. Because over the course of 2020, with all the craziness, we had a lot of individuals, if you think about it, who maybe didn't take the best care of themselves and maybe allowed other things to step in the way this new challenge will allow them not just only to be able to do that, but to make their life even easier.

Because now you're going to lay the groundwork for them to be able to have not just a successful 2021, but in some people's cases, this will be the best situation they can be in to be able to retake and refocus their life back again. Alright? The other parts to this thing is that there are messages that are embedded now, there are messages that are here and with the messages that are here, it makes it super simple for you to come in and then for you to even edit the messages if you need to. On the other side to that is that if you look on the off days that are training, so typically speaking, they train on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but if you look on the off days, there's cardio that is also built in directly for them. So if you look where it says general, then you come here. And so this wants them to get in 6,000 steps

Day. Alright? Now, as you're going through the process, what you'll notice too is that with each week, alright, we also increase the steps because as they're getting better and as their focus is changing, alright, then we can increase the steps as they're going so they can start to get some other wins that are there. The other parts to this fulfillment process that makes it super simple for us as well is that we've also got built-in habits for you. If you click on the habits and then come to the 2021 to takeover challenge is that there are three habits that are going to be there for you. One is to drink water. With each habit, you're going to notice that there's a brief description that is there directly for them. We're suggesting that they drink at least half of their body weight analysis of order daily.

Now, as soon as this is going to come to them in a habit and because it's going to come to them in a habit, they'll have to complete this. These three habits that they'll have each day are there and they'll pop up directly on their phone. And then once all your client will have to do is just click that they've done them. Next is that we want them to go to bed at the same time, and then there's a video even explaining why rest is important. Next is we want them to take pictures of their food. The reason why we want them to take pictures of their food is because remember, we're using that food list and with using that food list, there isn't really a ton of portion controlled portion sizes there. It's just eat on these foods because they're anti-inflammatory and they're great for you.

And so because of that we just want, again, we want to build consistency with the food lists and with them taking photos of their food. It's awesome because what's going to happen is that it's going to build and take away from some of the rigidness that maybe has been there. What's also beautiful about this is that as they're going, this will make the upsell or this will make parlaying into your next step program even easier for them because now they're going to have the foundational work that's there. Alright? Now that is all from the fulfillment side is once they're put inside of the system, all these things are there. You would just come in and then you would apply these habits directly to the individual and then they're good to rock and roll.

Habit Coaching

All right guys, let's talk a little bit about habit coaching and how that works, and then where you can find your habits inside of Train Ride, and then how we're going to administer those habits to our clients. Now, the way this works is that if you come here to your master libraries, in your master libraries, you're going to go and click on Habits. Once you click on Habits, then our habits will pop up. If you look at the top, there's already 2021 to take over challenge. There are already habits that are there for you. Now, inside of these habits, what we essentially have is that we have the name of the habit, and then we have a brief description of each one of the habits. Now, when it comes down to even like your go to bed one, there's actually even a video in regards to that that'll show you exactly and give people an example of why going to bed is important.

Now, these are videos that are just simple stuff, and if you want to add a video, not a problem. If you want to keep it as it is, not a problem. So you just come in here. If you were to add it, then you would just click edit, and then you come in and then that's how you can edit it. If you guys want to edit the verbiage or if you want to do something that works directly for you. Now, administering these habits are pretty simple. You click on clients, and then once you click on clients, you want to come here. Now what you want to do is, is that remember we already have that. You can create a filter. That's the challenge, but if you don't have a filter, that's a challenge, not a problem, is that you can look up and see who all is doing the challenge.

Now, once you figure out who all is doing, the challenge is that you can click and we want to add all, so we're going to collect and we got all our people that are doing it. Alright, next is that I would come over here to this horizontal hamburger. Alright. Now once I come over here to these three dots, then I'm going to select Add Habit. Now, once I click on Add Habit, what'll happen is that it shows you that all four clients are selected. You click here, we want to click those takeover ones. You'll click on Drink water. Now, because of the way it is, you can only add one habit at a time, and that's not a problem. And then you just select how long that you want them to do the habit for. So we got it there. You select the start date. So let's say your program starts on the fourth. You select that you want to start on the fourth, and then you hit add. Once you hit add, it automatically will add that program directly to that individual, and then therefore it makes it even easier for you guys to be able to administer those habits to the individuals for your program.

Master Program Automation

All right guys, welcome to your challenge automations for your master programs. So with the challenge programs for your master programs, what would happen is is that you're going to click on the link and then once you click on the link, it's going to pull you to this page. Once you come to this page, you're going to click that you want to make a copy. Now, once you make a copy of this, what'll happen is that it's going to bring you to this. So what this is, is that this is a copy of the three automations that we've created based on custom tags. To create a custom tag, you're going to go into your trainer ride site, and then you go to settings. Once you go to settings, you're going to hit that. You want to add a custom tag. Once you hit that, you want to add a custom tag, then you go down here, and then you make sure that you type in, you want to type it in just the same way that we have it, because that way it'll make it easier for it to pull up.

And then that way it should pull up directly that's there. So you can even copy and paste it from that sheet. Now, once you've added those tags to your tag library for your custom tags, then what we want to do now is that we want to click on this link. Once you click on this link, it'll take you to your Zapier integration. Now, it's going to bring you here and it's going to take you through the whole process, right? So this is going to give you a little overview, or it may ask you a few questions and just show you in the beginning. But we want to hit try this, zap. What this is going to allow us to do is that this will allow us to be able to edit this zap to make it work directly for you. So the first thing that we want to do alright, is that we want to make sure that we have our trend rise account hooked up.

Alright, so now we got our trend rise account hooked up. The next thing that we want to do is that we want to make sure that our trigger event is that tag added to client because that's when that custom tag comes into play. Alright? So from there, we want to make sure that we hit continue. Now, once we hit continue, you want to hit the action. Once you hit that action, we want to make sure that we choose the account. So we're going to keep that same thing, work with that account. So from there is that we want to select the master program that we want to send them to. So in this case, this is per se, we're going to say that this is our beginner program. So with our beginner program, we want to make sure that the program matches up. Now for you guys to make it match up, you just want to make sure that it says the date, I'm sorry, that you just want to make sure that it's the correct program.

And then from that standpoint, we want to make sure the email goes here. So from there, we want to add the tag to the client email. Alright? So tag added to the client. We've already got that part that's there. Alright? From there is that we want to make sure that this program comes with a fixed start date. And so the options are to get them started immediately next Monday, but we want to do 'em a fixed date. So this is assuming that you're starting on the 14th. Alright? And then you want the program to be applied at 8:00 AM and then Eastern Standard Time. These are all things that you would have to put in. Now when you're doing these, it makes it super simple because you want to do in this format. So you want to do a one digit month, a two digit day, two digit year, the time,

And then whatever, three letter time zone that you're in to be able to work from there. Next thing is that we'll hit that. Alright? So now once we get to that part, we want to make sure that we come down to the next part. So we'll come here. Now, this is awesome because what this essentially is, is that this is the ability for trainer rise, that once a program is added, you're actually going to send a message to your client. So we're here, we're back in Trainer Rise. We made sure that we select send a message. Alright, all that stuff is there. From that standpoint, we want to make sure that our Trainer Rise account is located. We hit continue. Alright? So then from there is that what it's going to do is that this will automatically allow train rise to pull, alright? To pull your information directly from your account.

So we want to go here. So we want to add the tag is added to a client, and then we want to pull it from there. So if you pulled it up, it would have the name of the client would be there for you guys to be able to do. And the next is the body of the message. Now, this is the general body of the message, but if you want to, you can essentially take it. And then from there, what you can do is that you can take it and then you would be able to edit the message if you want to. This is just a basic message that says, Hey, check out your new takeover workouts. If you have any questions, just shoot me a message. So this would allow that to happen immediately directly for you. So what we've set up now is we've set up the ability for your clients that once you tag them in, once you tag them with that automatic tag, it will automatically send them the workouts.

Now, why is this useful? This is useful because this makes the process super simple because now you can tag multiple people at once. So let's say that everybody signs up for your challenge. You create a tag that says 2021 challenge, and then you can pull a report that only has those people. So for instance, if we were in here, we would come to clients. So then once we're into our clients, what we could do is that you can clear all the filters, alright? And then you can add a filter. So we could add by tag or we could add by whatever. So that makes it great. Now, what's awesome is that we can take it, you select the client, you go here, and then we can select the tag that we want. So from that standpoint, you can tag him with the advance. Once it's hooked up, you hit save. And then once you hit save, it'll automatically take it and then add him directly to that programming. It'll just replace whatever programming that is automatically there.

Internal Overview

Gym Lords. What's up? All right, let's talk about the back to school, internal and external play. So this first video is just going to be the internal play. The next video will be the external play. Now right below this there's going to be a checklist that you can download that will walk you through the exact steps you need to follow to get this launched on time and correctly, including all of the resources that you need. Alright, so in that checklist, there will be links to all the downloads and everything that's required for this to make this successful. But this video is just going to be an overview of it. Next video will be an overview of the external play. So I think what's really important is to just go over definitions again really quickly with this. Now, an internal play definition is what? An internal play is essentially what you promote to your existing customer base to upsell cross-sell or reengage them.

So these are people, this is own traffic. It's for your current members. It is internal communication to an own distribution list, right? So it costs you $0 to market to this group. The cost is goodwill and relational capital. External play is what you market to the external marketplace. These promotions that you're going to use for this, this is like using it and you're going to use these promotions in your ads that say that you're going to use to bring in new customers. It costs you money to reach these people and to buy impressions. So it's very important to understand internal versus external. Okay, so let's talk about the internal play specifically in here, right? First question is what is it and how long is it? Okay, so very simple. It is a 28 day back to school internal play for your existing members. The goal here is to have 100% participation.

I'll get into why that's possible and the focus of this and the messaging behind this and what should be pushed when you talk to your trainers is that this whole idea is back to school, but back to normal as well as now it's time for you. Your kids are back in school, you just got done with summer, summer vacation, everyone put on a few pounds during vacation, summer barbecues, all that stuff. And so everything is trying to get back to normal. Alright? Now what do they get? What do your clients get? Alright, so they're going to get three workouts per week. So normal programming, you don't have to do anything crazy. The idea is really about on the meal plan side, and I'll get into the meal plan in a separate video down below, but this first one, just no review. So meal plan, they're going to get a carb cycling and a refeed style meal plan, which like I said I'll get into later, but it looks like this.

It's very similar to this. If you want to a little trick on this, you could upload this into Canva and add your logo to it if you wanted to. You don't have to, but that's an option for you. This is a very simple meal plan that they can use and I'll show you and walk you through how this works in another video down below right Now, another thing that they're going to get is they're going to get weekly weigh-ins and something that's optional on this, but recommended is whenever you do an event like an internal play, you always want to have some post challenge party or potluck. And the reason for that is just to wrap it all up, to recognize everyone to have a really great time, finish it up on a good note and to increase your community that way. It's also a great chance to get testimonials and it's a great chance to get referrals whenever you do parties

Or challenges. It's an awesome opportunity to use it for marketing in the future. Okay, now what does the fulfillment look like? What does the fulfillment? Well, the fulfillment is simple. Three workouts per week, normal programming. The next thing is one-on-one nutrition orientation. So your fulfillment will be, you're going to have someone come to you and they're going to be setting up a nutrition orientation. That is what they're going to be scheduling. That is the sales meeting with you. And during that meeting, you're going to go over the meal plan and you're going to do the sub sale. So you're going to sell 'em subs. And you're also, during that entire time, you're going to use this refeed calculator to configure their refeed meals, which is part of their plan. And I'll walk through this in a video down below to show you guys how this works.

External Overview

All right, we're back. Let's talk about the external 28 day back to school play. Let's talk about how this is going to work. Okay, so what is it? How long is it? It's very similar. It's a 28 day back to school challenge. Now, the goal should be for the people that are coming in. These are new clients coming in. These are people you advertise, you paid money for. They're coming in that treat this just like any other sale, but it's not going to be a diagnostic sale. It's a clearly defined program, so it's really just going to be selling 'em for the 28 days. Right now, the goal should be for them to lose 10 to 15 pounds. So you want to set a goal for them, and if they lose that amount, then you're going to credit their deposit back to a long-term agreement, like a 12 month agreement.
So you're going to take that money, whatever, it's 3 99, 4 99, 5 99, you're going to take that amount and you're going to spread that out across 12 months. So it effectively lowers their monthly EFT rate. That's how we do it for the six week challenge, the 21 day, 28 day, it's the same thing. Okay? Now what do they get? Same deliverables as the internal play. So the three workouts, the meal plan, the weekly weigh-ins, accountability and optional potluck and everything else at the end. Now, what's very important about this is that it starts on the same date. So you're going to have your internal people and your external people all start on the same day, right? So this is very important. So when you sell people, they're not actually going to join the gym. Then you're going to start pre-selling this and say, the start date is whatever start date you chose for the internal play.
And so everyone starts together, right? So what is the fulfillment? It's literally the same fulfillment. They get their three workouts per week. They get their one-on-one nutrition orientation. They get their weekly weigh-ins. They get their before and after picker pictures. They get their weekly accountability through trainer eyes, and then obviously the post challenge potluck everything else. So same fulfillment, nothing changes. Now, what is the price? Now? The price is anywhere between 3 9 9 to 5 9, 9. Take your pick. The goal again is 10 to 15 pounds. You set that for them, and if they hit it, then you credit their deposit tool. One year agreement. Very simple. Now, how, when and how do we promote this? Now, you should start promoting this 21 days out from the start, and so you have three weeks of selling and filling the entire thing up so that on day one, you've got a whole bunch of people to start.
So you're collecting money, collecting money, collecting money, selling, selling, selling, doing nutrition orientations on the weekends, getting them all set, and then you have your launch date and your start date. Now, if you're in a position where you're like, well, I want them to come in and do that, cool, you can if you want, but I highly suggest that you sell, sell, sell, sell, sell for three weeks, and then start it literally on the date that it's supposed to start with your internal play. So it all works together. Now, when it comes to ads, you need to be spending a minimum of a hundred dollars a day for this. So you should budget at least 2K, right? Or 2100 reason for that is what we're finding is that unless you're spending a hundred dollars, unless you're in some crazy market where you can spend less, you're not really going to get the traction that you need. So just be prepared. Set aside that 2K, let's talk about the math behind it. If you sell six people at 3 99, you're positive, you collect 3 99, you're positive on the front end. You just made money. Not counting all the people, not counting. If you just
Kept three of those people on the backend or two of those, or one of those, it's all profit on the backend. If you sell four at 5 99, you're positive. You don't have to sell a lot of people to be positive on the ad spend. So it's very important to understand that spending a hundred dollars a day is not a big deal when you're selling 3 99 to 5 99. You don't need a lot of sales to be positive on that. Now, your goal should be to sell 20, 30, 40 people in that 21 day mark and really just flood your gym. This is an incredible opportunity for you to couple this with an internal play, and you can even let your members know that you're accepting referrals right now and that you'll give 'em a bonus. And so this is an awesome opportunity for you to stack it, not only build your community internally to get more interaction and get people back in, but also to bring in more clients phenomenal opportunity right now.
So the copy is in the portal. So you guys will have access to this. If you check the checklist, you'll be able to use this. There's multiple different variations of copy, so you can use that. The ads. Now, we're not including ads in this because what we found is for something like this with back to school, it's much better for your local, you yourself, to do this for your local community. You know your schools, you know your area, everything else. Now, here's our suggestion. We all should be able to shoot ads. We should all know what works best, but here is what works best. So you understand that when you go to make them, you need to be shooting a minimum of eight to 12 videos. 15 seconds long is what works best. So things like group movements in unison with text overlay that comes on with 28 day challenge, back to school challenge you want to do, you can do direct to camera style where you're talking directly to camera, where you're talking about it's, Hey, local area, super excited.
We're starting our back to school challenge, starting on this date. We can't wait to see you, blah, blah, blah, whatever it might be. And then TikTok style ads also work best as well. So something that's super engaging, funny with a background green screen, something like that. You want to mimic whatever is the current trend and utilize all of those. And then you also want to throw in six to 10 image ads. Group smiling Pix are obviously always the best, where if you're doing a selfie with a whole group behind you, those are always the best. And just understand, you may need to make more videos. You may need to make more ads. Your ads may be, your burn rate on your ads is a couple days. So just be prepared. You may need to make more ads, but it's 100% worth it, okay? Oh, also, if you are a male and you're shooting ads, try to find a female.
Women will always do better in ads. So just as a reminder, if you have someone else do that. Okay? Now the funnels, we are giving you two funnels. You can split test these. Alright, so funnel number one, you can see left and right. They have different backgrounds, slightly different font, colors, all that stuff. So we put together two back to school challenge funnels for you. You're going to want to make sure that you go through and you edit those. There's a video down below. Going to walk you through that on that piece on how to edit those or really just the edits that you need to make and walk you through that. Okay? So those two, you can split test. And then how do we get them to show up? This is going to be the most important part. I cannot say this enough. People are going to be busy with end of summer vacations,
Everything back to school. Do not let that be a belief breaking thing for you or a morale breaking thing for you that you're just like, ah, no one's going to show up. That is not true. People will do this. People are getting back into the groove. They want to get back to a sense of normalcy and they want to focus on themselves. They've had their kids at home for the entire summer and they're ready to get back to normal. So here is how you do this is speed to contact. Speed to contact. I cannot say that enough. Speed to contact, contact all of your leads within five minutes. If you're like, ah, I don't want to, my team won't do it after 5:00 PM you pick up the phone, you do it. Getting that lead to show up is way more important than anything else. We all know that show rates matter.
So get those people on the phone, talk to them, send 'em a video, text message, send 'em text messages. Send them voice memos. It doesn't matter. Make sure that you're getting in touch with 'em within five minutes unless you're sleeping, okay? That's the rule. Unless you are sleeping, you should be contacting leads within five minutes when they come in. Okay? So you're going to double dial right away. And then if they don't answer, then you're going to ve a text message, confirm their appointment, and then you want to consistently reach out to every single lead, whether they're scheduled or not scheduled two to three times every single day until their appointment. That's the key. Now, how do we sell them? It's very important. I talked about this earlier. You can either do one-on-ones or small group. If you're going to have more volume, you might want to move to small group, like no more than five.
But that's only if you have experience in a group. If you don't have experience selling in a group, don't do it. Just sell one-on-ones. That's it. Very important to understand that because this is a defined front-end program. This is not a diagnostic sale. Now, that doesn't mean you can't use a diagnostic sale. If someone comes in and for a fact after talking to them that they're not a good fit for the 28 day program, they're a better fit for a longer term program. Switch that diagnostic sale. Do what is best for the client. But for the majority of people, this should just be simply a 28 day play. So it's a defined program. You're going to focus on the closer framework and the three pillars. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. That's it. Okay? If you're wondering about this, if you want to know, and you have never done this before, which all of you should have done before, but if you're wondering about this, go into the paid sales section and it'll walk through how to actually sell this. Okay? That's it. Super simple. You can watch the next videos. I'll dive into the next couple pieces on this and you'll see down below. I'm going to go over the checklist in the next video, and then we'll start getting into all the minutiae regarding all the little details about copy, all that stuff down below. I.

Checklist

What's up, Jim Lords. All right, let's talk about this checklist. So I'm going to go through both the internal play checklist and the external play checklist. You can also download it right below. This is put together so you can just kind of go step by step through the process, but first thing is it's super simple. Watch the videos in the portal. We want to determine a start date for the challenge. Now remember, we a reminder, the start date for the challenge should be at the closest to the start of the school. You want it to be around a week, a week after, but also understanding, I'm going to say big, but because it's a caveat to understanding your community. So if your community is, and all of your members are, they have a ton of kids and they have a ton of sports and they have all that stuff going on, you may want to adjust based on that.

You may want to push it back two weeks to give them time to adjust to the first week of school, but my suggestion would be somewhere within the first week or two of school starting, okay? Then you want to determine if you're going to do free and sell subs or if it's going to be paid in sell subs. We suggest obviously free and sell subs just because you're going to get a higher take rate on that and it's going to be better for the community, so you're not having to dig into your Goodwill bank on that. But if you do want to do paid, you got to determine how much, right? Is it going to be 69, 1 49? And then also you want to determine are we doing a shirt? Are we doing swag? Are we doing a contest? What is it going to be? So once you figure that out, then you want to make sure that you have an acuity scheduling link for the meetings, because these are going to be your sales meetings, these nutrition orientations, because that acuity link will now go into all the emails, texts, and Facebook posts and all that stuff.

Then you want to download the emails, text, Facebook posts. You want to read all of them, read them all, very important, read them all. You want to edit them as needed, okay? And then if you're running paid, you definitely want to edit them because you want to make sure you move anything that says free and you want to adjust the copy slightly to let them know about the price. Okay? Now, it's your choice on if you want to let them know about the price or if you want them to schedule a call with you. My suggestion would be to schedule a call with you and not mention price, but if you're in the $69 range, then I would just mention price and talk about everything that they're going to get with it. Okay? If you're above a hundred dollars, then I would suggest not stating it and setting up a meeting with them.

Now, download and edit the challenge poster. This is in Canva. There'll be a video down below that'll walk you through how to do that. It's very, very simple. You're going to print that poster and you're going to place it around your gym 14 days prior to the official start date. So you want to make sure that that's on the front door. You want to make sure that that is in the bathrooms on the bathroom door everywhere, and you want pins available nearby so that they can write their names on it and they can do that, and then you are going to want to check it every day, and you're going to want to make sure that you reach out to all those people and get them scheduled. Okay? Then you're going to download the meal plans. You can add a logo if you wanted to. You can upload it into Canva or something like that, and you can add your logo. It's not needed, but they're there. And then you want to make sure that you download and watch the video on the Refe calculator, which is going to be down below. One very important piece about the meal plans, there is no cookbook with this. It is a carb cycling refeed plan, which means, and there's a video, but I'll give you a brief introduction right now is that it's going to be proteins and

Veggies, and then what's going to happen later on is they'll get refeed meals, and in those refeed meals they'll get carbs, and so it's going to be very, very simple for them. Tons of protein, tons of veggies as they get into it, and then you're going to want to download and watch that video on the Refeed calculator that will give you the information on what you need to do during the nutrition orientation, okay? Then you'll want to schedule out the emails, text, Facebook posts to start 14 days out, ensure your coaches, trainers, staff are all bought in. They totally understand and once it goes live, that they're interacting with every single person about this. So every class, every interaction that they have, they're talking about it, they're getting people signed up, launch it, and absolutely have a blast. Now, on the external side, let's talk about this real quick.

It's everything in the internal checklist. Plus you want to watch the overview, which if you're here, you already did, you want to choose a price whether 3 99, 4 99, or 5 99. Then you want to download the ClickFunnel share funnels, which will be below. You want to edit those funnels with your information. You want to add your booking links, you want to connect all your apps, everything. Make sure that you're following all the basic Facebook ads protocols. If you need to go back into the lead gen section, do that. That's not going to be here. This is for people that have already run ads. So if this is the very first time you've run ads, you need to go back and learn how to do that, then you want to download the copy then, and this is my suggestion right now, if you're going to use this as an external play, which I believe that you should, and we believe here internally that you should is go and create ads right now.

Go make eight to 12 video ads. Make them fun, make them engaging. Just as a reminder, if you watch the overviews right, the ads need to be group unison, like movements are great, like kettlebell swings, jumping jacks, all that stuff, box jumps, it doesn't matter. Things that people are doing that are in unison, make it fun. Anywhere in that 15 second range is where you want to be, and you want to make eight to 12 video ads. Now, that might not be enough for some of you. You might be in a marketplace where your burn rate is a week, and if you're going to be running these ads for 21 days, you're probably going to need to make more ads, which is fine. Just make more ads, right? There's nothing that will give you a higher ROI than good creative and copy nothing. So make sure that you spend enough time on this, and then six to 10 picture ads.

You want group smiling, high fiving, selfies, holding dogs, anything that will get people to stop scrolling. Then you want to launch ads 21 days out, and then make sure you commit to nurturing your leads as soon as they opt in. So speed to contact, right? Contact within five minutes. Can't say it enough, unless you are sleeping. You should be contacting leads, or your team should be, you want to double dial. Don't leave a voicemail within the first five minutes. If they don't pick up, then you hit 'em with a video text message, and then you just keep contacting them at least two to three times a day until they show up. Alright? Now, in the sales portion, we're going to sell the challenge, not the diagnostic sale. With that said, you may have 5% of people that walk in that are much better fit for a diagnostic sale approach. That's fine. I trust you. Use your gut on that one, but the majority of people will be coming in and buying a predetermined timeframe or challenge, and so you want to make sure that you're following that process. It's very simple. Follow the closer framework

Why they came in. Label 'em, no problem. Overview past pain and experiences. Sell 'em the vacation. Explain away any concerns, reinforce the sale, and you're going to use the focus being the three pillar approach, right? Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. And why they haven't been successful in the past is because they didn't have all three, and now that they're doing this, they'll have all three and they'll be successful and they'll crush it, and then schedule all nutrition orientations to be one-on-one for 30 minutes on a Saturday and crush the challenge. Now, one caveat with the ads, make it free because if they do hit the goal, then they get that money back as a credit so they can earn it for free. So it's an earn for free, essentially, so you can still use the free on that. That would be my suggestion. You're going to get way more leads, way more opportunities for this. All right, so super easy. Download the checklist, have it prepared and ready to go. You have plenty of time right now because for most of you, you're probably school's not starting for at least another month or so, and so you want to go ahead and get this planned out and started right away.

Internal - Emails

All right, let's talk about the emails. So there are five emails in this sequence. They're going to start 14 days out and be spread out accordingly. So super simple as you go through this. The biggest thing is just reading it and you're going to want to edit anything in yellow, but read everything anyway because you might want to adjust some things. Maybe it doesn't sound like you or you want to make something different, whatever might be, especially you're going to want to edit this if you're going to do paid, because these are written for free. So please understand that as you go through. So the first one will go out 14 days out, and then the second one will go out. Let's see, you're going to want to make sure you have your scheduling link, everything else, people will start to do that. And then the next one will be 11 days out.

And then the dates don't matter the days themselves. So send it out on a Thursday or whatever. It doesn't matter as long as it's lined up with your days. And so lemme scroll down a little bit more. So this one's eight days out and then email four will be, sorry, there's a lag on this seven days out. And then the last one will be four days out. Alright, so very simple, just make sure you're reading these. A lot of this is about getting back on track, getting back to normal, making sure that they're all set, all that good stuff. It's hitting on the basics of it, talking about it being free, et cetera. Talking about willpower, talking about just really being successful across the board and finishing the year strong and setting themselves up for the holiday season the right way. So make sure you read these. Make sure you edit these as needed.

Internal - Texts

All right, Jim Lords. Let's talk about the text. So we've got a bunch of texts here available. All you're going to do is just schedule these out. If you have a texting platform, you can schedule these out. If not, then you're going to have to do 'em manually. But I would suggest having a texting platform, something like, Hey, market or something similar to that where you can send mass text messages or build out campaigns. Then it'll just make your life so much easier. What you want to do is make sure that if people reply back or they schedule or they click on the link, if you have that opportunity, you want to make sure that they get removed from the actual campaign on reply, or if they click on the link. So it's going to start 14 days out, just like the emails. Then you're going to match it with the emails as well.

But the only thing that's going to be different is you notice the last email is four days out. Then you have text three days out, two days out, and then you have interested follow-ups. That can happen. So if someone's super interested, you can have follow-ups there and create these sequences, but they're going to need your scheduling link, et cetera. Use shorter links if you can shorten 'em down and you want to make sure you use that. So you're going to edit all of these pieces. Again, read it because if you're not offering free, you need to edit some of the texts, but it's there available for you to edit. It's super easy, but these are going to be the texts that go out. So there are five total texts, not including the ones that if you're interested. Alright, so download these right below, and then make sure that these are scheduled out prior to getting started.

Internal - Facebook Posts

All right, Jim. Lars, let's talk about the Facebook posts. Okay, so these are, again, scheduled out. Starting 14 days out, you're going to want to use these links to the gifs or gifs or however you pronounce it. No idea how to do that. Either way, here's the copy. So 28 day Back to School challenge. Very simple. So the first post is a written copy with your're going to put the gif or gif on there, and the link is there. So you can use this if you want to adjust and create something else, that's totally fine. Just make sure you read this, make sure that you understand that. Again, it talks about free in here. And so when you're going through this, the next piece that I wanted to go over is post number two, which is 12 days out. This is a video post, so I made a rough outline for you, kind of a rough script.

What I would suggest is not reading directly from it, but to understand these are the points that you want to hit. A lot of this when you go into it is really about reminding them about the post and then talking about kind of the pain and what's going on right now. That's happened during summer. You've had a ton of vacations, barbecues, all this stuff, and now we're getting back into this new normal. And so we want to be prepared for this. We want to start the last half of the year off. We want to get set for the holiday season. This is an amazing opportunity. We're so excited, blah, blah, blah, and hit on the cost, which is free. I put a little joke in here because I want everyone to do this. I have zero reason why they shouldn't, but of course, if you like paying for it, I accept Amex, MasterCard, visa, PayPal, Venmo, cash app, just straight cash check Bitcoin, ha ha.

So there's other stuff in here, but this is a video. So just make sure that this, you want to understand this. And then the next post, these are all written after this, so very simple, very super simple. Then you got this one. This is a download. So you're going to use this button, this Canva button or this link right here, and you're just going to download it. It's got seven days left till the back to school challenge. It's like an animated one that you're going to drop in seven days out. This one is four days out, and then you've got your one day before orientation. So last call. So all those posts are there. There are five posts total, and you can schedule those out inside of your group ahead of time, so you do not have to worry about posting them every single time.

The only one that, and you could schedule by the way, you can schedule your videos. Quick tip, if you use OneStream Live, if you set up an account with OneStream Live, you can record a video, practice it, do all this stuff, record it, upload it to OneStream Live, schedule it out, and it will be posted like it's live. So it'll be posted like it's a live one. So you can actually script out what you're going to say and do it multiple times and test it. And then you can make it look like it's live by using a software called OneStream Live. So go to OneStream Live and you can set up an account and do that. Cool.

Internal - Poster

What's up, Jim Lords? Let's talk about this 28 day back to school challenge poster. Now, we created this poster. We put it into Canva, so when you click the link down below, we'll open it up in Canva. The reason we wanted to do that is because not everyone's going to have the same start date, and it's really important to make sure the start date is on there and we allowed you to be able to put, if you want to put a logo on there, or if you would like to put any other bullet points on there, by all means do that. So it's very simple inside of Canva. Everything on here is not editable except for where it says challenge starts and date. So here is where you're going to want to make sure you edit this. You can change this if you want. You can edit this.

This is what you want to edit so that you understand. I would put the start and finish date, so where it runs through, and then you can print these out directly into Canva. So you see how it says print poster up here? You can print the poster and you can actually create it. So this one would be, I would say a medium size 18 to 24, and then you can select however many copies you want and you can literally have it sent straight from there. So it's very easy, very simple to do. Now if this print poster does not show up, you can go here and then scroll down into print, and then you'll see the print poster somewhere around here. There we go, posters and just click on that. Alright, so super easy. That's all it is. You're going to want to make sure that you edit.

You don't have to edit. Challenge starts unless you want to, and you're going to want to edit this. Then if you want to put any bullet points, here's my suggestion, if you wanted to add anything down below what they're going to get, or if you're going to do a prize or something like that, then just add it down below by going to text. And then you can add a subheading here and then make it white. So white will stand out better, make the font white and you make sure that it's bullet pointed, et cetera. So super easy. Enjoy. Hope you guys like it and let's crush it. Make sure, again, on these posters, make sure that these are literally everywhere. So front door, every door to the bathrooms, inside the bathrooms. If you have a men's bathroom, literally put it above the actual urinal or the bathroom, the toilet.

If you have stalls, put on every stall door, you just want to make sure that it's everywhere and that it's on the front desk, it's on a clipboard somewhere. You want to make sure that this is everywhere and people have a chance to be able to sign up and notice they can put their name on there. So the key to this is to make sure that your staff is checking this on a daily basis so that you check out new names. As soon as they're on there, shoot 'em a text and get 'em scheduled. So you just shoot 'em a text, be like, cool, Hey, saw your name. Super excited to get you started. Let's go ahead and get you scheduled for your nutrition orientation. And then you send them the link to schedule and that's it. And.

Internal - Meal Plan

Jim Lords. Let's talk about the back to school meal plan. So you can download, these are going to be a PDF, and if you want to add your logo, I can make a suggestion. If you already have Adobe, you can use Adobe to add your logo or you can use Canva uploaded to Canva and add your logo there. Now you'll notice that this only has protein, veggies and carbs. That is not a mistake. So the point of this is that it's going to be protein veggie heavy for the majority of the meals. And then because it's a carb cycling slash refeed plan, they're going to have either certain windows to eat or they're going to have certain days where they're able to do that or certain meals. And so we're going to talk about that in just a second. But this is the meal plan.

They got their protein here so they can weigh it out or they can use their palm to measure it out. You've got your veggies, any vegetable except the ones on this list, they want to stick to green leafy vegetables, tons of salads, things like that. And then the carbs are over here. This is very similar to the regular meal plans. Now notice under here it says men, six protein servings per day. Women four servings per day. So to make this super simple, you notice the shakes in between. If you're selling the challenge stacks, which you should be, they can have two shakes per day. So now cookies and cream, all that stuff, women just have them one shake per day. Guys, two shakes per day. And so that will allow them to work through that. They're probably going to need to reorder the protein, which is totally fine, not a problem there.

And they can absolutely crush it. Now the cookies and cream is phenomenal. It's my favorite. Hands down, it's my favorite protein that I've ever had in my entire life. It's exceptional. And so if they're having protein at breakfast, protein for a shake, protein at lunch, protein for a shake, protein at dinner, they're going to eat plenty of food. They're not going to be that hungry as long as they're making sure that they're actually eating what's on here and they can eat tons of veggies. There's almost no limit to the amount of veggies that they can eat. So this is going to work for so many people. Now underneath you can see the stack. There's tons of stuff in there. So what they should be taking in the morning, their pre-workout stuff and bedtime. So that's there just as a reminder for them. They may not be in the challenge stack, but it's just a reminder that the subs are really important and that it's there.

And then when we scroll down to the bottom, the next page, alright, now there's, there's no big shopping guide here. This is more so of just, Hey, what do you need to go grab for your dinners and all this stuff. But what's really important is the carb refeed structured metabolism boost days. So this is where you're going to use the calculator. You want to use the calculator because it's going to make your life and their life super easy. You're going to want to print these off. And the reason why you're going to want to print these off and give them to them, hand them these is because you're actually going to write in where it says refeed plan notes. You're going to write in what theirs is going to be. Okay? And so let's talk about this real quick. So body type one with A BMI over 33, so A BMI over 33, and you're going to use the calculator for this. They're going to have 2 45 minute eating windows to eat whatever they want. That's during the week. So every week they're going to have 2 45 minute eating windows and they can eat whatever they want. So you can be like, go

Hog wild. Set your timer, 45 minute countdown. You can eat whatever you want. They're probably not going to, the biggest piece with this is if they get full, they don't need to force feed themselves. Body type number two, which is A BMI, between 26 to 32, again using the calculator, they're going to have 1 45 minute eating window to eat whatever they want. And right, they're going to have one carb heavy day for men. And the calculator will actually tell you how many servings of carbs that they're going to get. And for women, it's going to be one times body weight, essentially. We'll give 'em them how much they get. Okay? And then body type number three, which would be BMI 25 or less, they get one carb heavy day per week and that's all they get. And so they're going to get two times their body weight divided by again, just use the calculator.

The calculator will literally give you everything that you need. You don't have to worry about going off of this and trying to do the calculations this way. Use the calculator. So when you're going through your nutritional orientation, be like, cool, well let's figure it out. Let me use my handy day dandy calculator here. You put in their numbers, put in their weight, all that stuff, which you'll see in the next video. And then we'll spit out what they need and then write it right there. You want to make it as stupid simple as possible and make it even easier. Be like, cool, what day do you want to have this? Let's go and plan it out right now so that you know ahead of time that you are going into the week prepared so that every week, cool. I like to go out on Saturdays.

For me, I go on a date night and it's usually Saturday night and that is my time. When I tell my coach, I'm like, cool, this will be my cheat meal slash refeed meal. And he's like, cool. We plan accordingly for it. And so when you're doing that, just make sure that you're very crystal clear on what they can do. And then you're going to walk them back up into, if you notice this, walk them back up into the carbs. So if they have their carbs and you're going to make sure that they understand, these are the carbs that you can get, these are the carbs you can have, this is what you're going to want to stick to. And then at the bottom, just like most meal plans that we provide, if it's not on the list, you cannot have it for the 28 days. We want to eliminate before you moderate. That will come next. If it's not on the list, it's by design. And then you've got your other things like your spices and sauces, mustard, soy sauce, all those things are good. Water to drink, black coffee, sugar-free green tea, sugar-free iced tea, crystallized meal flavored water. So that's all there. Super simple. Alright, so on the next video we'll talk about thei calculator and how you can utilize that to make this extremely easy.

Refeed Calculator

All right, Jim Lords, let's talk about this 28 day meal plan calculator. So this will calculate their refeed meals and what body type they're going to be, as well as give you exactly the amount of carb portions from the plan that they're going to need to do. Or it may be an eating window. So it's very simple. All you need to do is any cell and green is what you're going to put information into, and then it will spit back out whatever they need. Alright? So it's very simple. So let's just use an example right now. We've got a female, they weigh 130 pounds and they are five, five feet, five inches. And so their BMI is 21.63, which means they'd be a body type three. And so they're not going to have the eating window here. They're not body type two, they're body type three.

They're going to have one carb heavy day, and this is the amount of carb portions from the plan that you're going to give them. Now I would suggest rounding up, so you're going to give them five. Just make it easy. Don't do the 4.875. This is very, very, very exact. And so you would just want to make sure that you have that. So I'm actually going to go ahead and change this to where it's at. So it's super simple. It'll round up. And then you're going to get, so one carb heavy day, that means one day of the week they can have five carb servings. And so let's go back to the actual meal plan. Let's see if we can pull that up real quick. It's right here. So if we go back up to the meal plans, you can see move my head out of the way here.

So now you can see they get to have five of these servings. So they get to have five servings of one and a half cups of mashed wheat potatoes. Now realize they probably are not going to eat all of that, but they will be able to use it. And so that's going to be available for them. So let's go back to the three calculator and let's walk through this real quick. So let's do a man. So let's go, man. You'll notice on the mail similar BMI doesn't change, but let's go. A man, he's 245 pounds. He's five foot nine. He would be a body type one, which means he's going to get 2 45 minute eating windows to eat whatever they want per week so he can eat whatever he wants. Now let's go. This dude's six four, and now he's body type two, which means he's going to get 1 45 minute eating window and he's going to get one carb heavy day.

On that carb heavy day, he's going to get nine carb portions from the plant. It's a lot. They're not going to eat all of them. So you can let them know like, Hey, this is there. This is your refeed day. This is making up for all the other days that you're not adding in carbs. You're going to get your carbs from your veggies, but you're not getting it anywhere else. So this is your day to refeed and replenish. And so all of this is here. So utilize this when you're going through your nutrition plan. And you can even talk to 'em as you walk through this. But this is going to be your calculator to walk through and show them exactly how much they're going to have. So hopefully this makes it super easy for you. Keep it simple. And I know your clients will absolutely love this because they're going to lose a ton of weight. They're going to have their refeed, which is going to replenish them. They'll get right back on track, and they're going to have a blast and they're going to lose a ton of weight.

External - Copy

What's up, Jim Lords. All right, so this is going to be your copy. There's a couple different examples. You can use different headlines, so you can use the same copy and just switch headlines as you go through, or you can rotate all of them through. But there's multiple versions here. Use emojis, make sure you check it, read through it, and adjust as needed. There's multiple versions like we mentioned, so use all these. If you scroll down, there's a little bit of a lag in this video right here, but we've got different ones. Attention All City natives. Make sure you're adjusting and editing stuff as we go through. And then we've got different variations here. You can use all of these test, not test them out, use them. These will work. And then just obviously rotate through the headlines. You can use the different headlines back to school, like with the two. Back to School to Transformation Challenge, back to School Detox, back to School Challenge. I prefer Back to School Transformation Challenge Detox does work really well, so you can use either or. Just make sure when you're reading through that you understand the copy and that if you're using Detox Challenge, make sure that you change it up and utilize that. So that is right down below. You can download that and make a copy of it and start using it right away.
