Nutrition Plan Explanation

All right, Jim, let's talk about this nutrition plan. So super simple. By the way, if you see black, it's actually green. So where the vegetables, the behind, the actual color behind that is actually green. It's just the way that this shows up on this recording. But let's talk about this 28 day summer Slimdown challenge meal plan. So you're going to get this in Canva. You'll have the ability as a template to edit this. So you're going to go into your logo here. You can put your logo right there. Make it super simple. Again, this is a really, really simple meal plan. This is called the Calibration Diet Thankful. Shout out to Dr. Trevor Cashy and his team. They have another document that they use, which is really, really cool, but I did not want to take that without their permission and use that here because it's got a whole bunch of really cool stuff in it.

So this is just simply the foods. Most of the foods from that list that are here, the point of this is it's a low FODMAP diet. Essentially speaking that it is available is easy for anyone. It is, no, it's a low inflammation style diet. It causes very little to zero irritability, no irritable bowel syndrome, no issues with bloating, et cetera. Very few people have any of these issues. The reason that Dr. Cashy starts all of his people off with this is to clear out any problems that they have with any other types of foods. Start them fresh with a clean slate of food and essentially just get them going with eating the right types of food. And he doesn't even add any types of measurements in there. And the reason why there's no measurements on here is because they're going to be eating nutrient dense foods, not calorically dense foods.

And so all of these, you'll see, you've got chicken, your protein choices, chicken, Turkey, lamb, goose, duck, pheasants, hair, and wild salmon. These are specific. So many of you, they're going to have people that are going to be asking it like, do I have to eat this? It's like, yes. And the reason for it is, is because it's been proven across the board that these do not have any other, these will not cause any issues with anyone's. Most people's, not a hundred percent, but 99.9% of people can digest this and have no problem with this. Now, they can choose, most people will choose probably between chicken and Turkey, and they'll just eat that the entire time. But then you're going to have your people that love salmon, that loves scallops, mollusk, oysters, pollock, clams, all that stuff, wild salmon. They're just going to love it, right?

And they're going to enjoy this, and they're going to have an awesome time eating this, right? And then you got your fruits, avocados, yes, fruit, bananas, berries, cherries, coconuts, dates, grapes, melons, papaya, pineapple, plantains, starches. You've got your brown rice, white jasmine rice, wild rice, sweet potatoes, winter squash, plenty of options here. And then you got your vegetables, lettuce, spinach, celery, cabbage, all of these. Now, you're going to let them know that, no, don't deviate from this list. Literally, you choose from the list. And the reason why is because we've eliminated all other options to keep it super simple. And because this is a low FOD map style diet, and it works like gangbusters, you'll notice people as they start to eat this, they are going to have less bloating, less irritability. They're going to have more energy, especially if they're drinking water and they're going to be able to eat as much as

They want. There's no measurements on this diet. And so what happens is people are going to start eating this, and they're going to be getting into their meals. So you've got your meal one, meal two, and meal three. So there's three meals a day. This is just naturally producing a caloric deficit because you're restricting it to three meals per day. Space them out accordingly to whatever they need, and they're going to add a piece of each thing. So they're going to have a very well balanced meal across the board. So breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And this gives them the opportunity to have this. Now, that doesn't mean that every meal is going to fit it, but that's okay. Now, if they want snacks, you'll notice there's no snacks on here if there's no snack, if they want snack, just let them know to have protein.

So choose protein, choose the protein source. Very simple. They can have obviously the protein powder that's involved with the supplements, but other than that, stick to everything that's on here. And then at the bottom, there's also, you've got your spices and oils that are here so that they can add these. And these are by all means, good to go. There is no second page on this. There's no shopping list. It's literally just go and grab these. Eat this because there's no measurements. The point of this is to keep it super simple. They will notice that they're going to start to lose body fat. They're going to start to lean out, not be as bloated. They're going to feel a lot leaner and tighter just by switching to this. And it's all they're going to eat for the 28 days. Okay? So you guys, it's very simple, super easy.

It's called the calibration diet. You can talk to 'em about Dr. Trevor Cashie. For those of you that have gone through it, you understand how important it's and how much it changed your life, even in just the first two weeks. So I highly suggest that. Now, you may get questions about eggs. No, eggs are off. So eggs have been shown to also be an irritant for some people. So it's literally just the things on here. And so when people are coming up, why can't I have this? Why can't I have this be like, because they don't fit within a low FODMAP style diet? And this has been proven by science across the board. You can look it up. There's tons of information about there that's out there about this. So keep it to this. This is Dr. Cashie approved. So for those of you that have worked with Dr. Cashie and have talked about him in your gym, you can edify him even more by offering this. Okay? So this is just the breakdown. Super simple. You've already downloaded this by now, and you're just going to walk people through it. Just be like, stick to this. You don't have to worry about measuring. This is the eat as much as you want diet. You can only just stick to your meals. Don't snack. Eat as much as you want during your meals, and you'll love it.

Trainerize Setup

All right, Jim Lords, let's talk about in Trainer Eyes. Super simple. In here, it will be dropped inside your programs. I'm showing you the behind the scenes of what it looks like inside of ours, but this is the 28 day ab workouts. So what it's going to be inside programs, we have it personally and we have it in the personal one, but it'll sue me in your shared folder. But this is what it's called. It's called a 28 Day Summer Slim Down. There's no description to it, but it's super simple. When you go to the calendar, you're going to notice this. There are no habits involved with this. If you want to add stuff to this, you can make a copy of it and make it whatever you want. So you can add in things like take progress photos every week, track body stats every single week, but we set it up to be where it's super simple and it is only at the beginning and at the end. That's it. Okay. You'll notice the workouts and everything are here. If you want to look at the workouts themselves, like the on-demand workouts, they're simple week one, et cetera, and they just continue on. So you can see these as they go. There's a couple pages. They include videos, and so that will be added to your master programs inside of trainer eyes, and you'll have access to these as long as you obviously have my accountability.

How To Finish In Style

All right, Jim Lords, let's finish this in style. So what we're going to talk about is the party at the end prizes that you can give out how to document and use this opportunity to get a bunch of testimonials as well as your exit interviews. Okay? So let's talk about the party. So a couple ideas. You do a massive cookout at your gym. You could do a potluck. The cookout could be as a thank you, we're going to provide the food you guys just show up and enjoy. Also, it's the first meal post calibration, so they could have a blast with it and get crazy with it. And then you also have a potluck option where you get everyone to bring in their favorite dish that they made during the entire piece that is calibration approved. You could also go to a restaurant, a local restaurant, and support one, maybe a food truck, right?

I'm actually going to put that in there. Restaurant food, truck party. And then another option which would fit would be doing a lake or beach barbecue. So you go to a lake or a river or go to the beach. I'm here in Florida, go to the beach and do a barbecue there. Everyone loves that. It's great for the family. Everyone can do that. Plus it's outdoors. For those of you that are in a position where maybe you're a little bit restricted indoors, so you can do that. Highly suggest doing that. You should definitely plan on having that. So you want to make sure you have a date weekend, middle of the day, or if you're going to a restaurant maybe at night. And the reason you want to do that is because you want to give away your prizes then. So here's some prizes options.

So again, top male and female transformation will get one of these or something else that you think would be really cool. So there's trophies. You could do spray painted dumbbells. You could do custom trophies. You could actually go out and get custom trophies, maybe I've seen people spray paint plates, rubber plates, and give people those. Then you've got your custom swag that you could do. So maybe shirts, you could get 'em a jersey with their name on it with 28 day summer slimdown or whatever it might be. So that'd be really cool. You could also do custom hats, you could do bags, all of that really cool stuff. On the other side, you could also do supplements as a giveaway. So give 'em a bag of supplements. So something you take with them. Don't just give them like, Hey, here's your code for free supplements.

Actually have the supplements, something that they can handle, something tangible that they can walk away with as a prize. And then you could also do bathing suits, like custom bathing suits. Find out what they really like. Congratulations you won. Have it ready for them so you could get 'em a really cool bathing suit. Maybe something that's a little bit more expensive than what maybe they would purchase, but as a way to say thank you and congratulations for winning. Have a budget in mind for this. You don't have to go crazy. You could be super creative and really make this from something that you have, but it's really cool, especially think about it this way, if you plan on doing this consistently, which I highly suggest, especially if you get really good feedback from this, is create a typical prize that people look forward to getting. So it could be a really cool thing, and it's like, Hey, I got this really cool prize, and then the next year someone else won it. It's like, oh, you got that one. That's amazing. I love that one. The next reason why you want to do the party is because you want to document and get testimonials. Now, you should have done your exit meeting where, or your post challenge recap meeting where you get your

After pictures and weigh-ins and everything like that. But you want to get pictures and video at the party. Now, here's my suggestion. Highly suggest this. This is a phenomenal way to never run out of creative for ads or content, is to make sure that you're grabbing pictures. But more importantly, video at parties. So if you're doing your prize, if you're doing your prizes, your giveaways, and you're announcing your winners, you should have someone videotaping that if you're doing a speech, videotape it, I'm telling you. And then also have a station set aside. You can either hire a videographer or do it internally where you have a station set up. You could use a ring light, whatever it might be, and set up a station where you are grabbing testimonials and do video testimonials. Grab someone from the crowd. Hey, do you have two seconds? Do you mind just doing a video testimonial?

This would be amazing. Talk about your experience with the 28 day. Talk about your experience here at the gym and walk them through the process. You can also set up, and I highly suggest either a picture station or maybe a TikTok station where you have a banner or something with your logo in the background and they're taking pictures and smiling, and I've seen photo booths, something like that where you can capture the evidence of the party as well as use it for social proof, right? And testimonials. You can flood it, flood, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, you name it with content so that more and more people do it. They're tagging you, they're checking in at your location, et cetera. So highly suggest doing that. Do not miss out on these opportunities. Alright? The best testimonials I ever received were at my Christmas parties and other parties because I set up a station for video testimonials, and I would literally take time out of the party, go grab people, ask 'em, come over, and I would literally interview them and ask questions about what's going on and how their experience was.

Do not underestimate the power of that, okay? Do not waste these opportunities, I'm telling you. Don't waste these opportunities. And then the last thing is just exit interviews. How to kick this off, make sure you're doing an amazing job, is you're going to do this. You're going to recap their achievements during this 30 minute meeting, which should be one-on-one, recap their achievements during it. Talk about the highs, the lows, what they struggle with, what they crushed during this entire experience. Then you want to get feedback. What did you not? How can we make this better? How can we make the signup process better? How can we make the next challenge better? What would you like to see on the next challenge? How was the accountability process? What did you think about the nutrition? Yeah, it was hard. Did you enjoy it? Did you notice effects? Different effects from it? Awesome. And then, obviously, use that opportunity to upsell them into a higher level program and ascend them so that you can increase their LTV overall. Okay? So hope that helps. I hope you enjoy this. Absolutely crush it, and look forward to the next internal play that we release.

2021 "The Takeover"-OVERVIEW

All right guys, and welcome officially to your 2021 takeover Challenge. In this challenge, what we wanted to do today is we're going to understand the offer. We're going to talk about using the tools to get started. We're going to sign you up or show you how to sign up your members. I'm going to show you how to run the orientation, the best practices for fulfillment, and then celebrating with your people. So in understanding offer, there are a couple of components, alright? The first one is the overview, understanding the timeline and then your price point. So the deal with the challenge is that it's a 28 day challenge, alright? And then in this 28 day challenge, it's for current members, you can reactivate members and it's also for referrals. Alright? Now you want to keep your price point between 69 to $249. Your price point can fluctuate just depending on how comfortable you were.
Most people are going to charge between 99 and 2 49 though just to be able to keep everything kind of uniform, to make it super simple. But you can charge more based on the fulfillment pieces and how well you can carry out the practices of fulfillment that we teach you. You're going to want to be able to allot at least 10 to 14 days to be able to roll this play out. Alright? Now this can be fulfilled either in gym or online. It doesn't matter because it's all going to be fulfilled in the app. So it makes it super simple for you guys to be able to do. So now let's go through and I just want to show you the simple math of the situation, and what I mean by that is that an understanding the offer is that we're going to pick the price point of 99, but let's say you have a hundred active members, alright?
And then from that 40% of them join, which means that you have 40 people join. We reactivate 10 members and then we get 10 member referrals that come in. So your members refer 10 people to get started with them. Now that's 60 people total have joined your program with those 60 people. Remember, we're going to charge $99 per person. So if we charge $99 per person, then they gives us $5,940. Now that's all money that you're making, that's all profit. It has nothing to do essentially with running an ad or anything like that. This is just from running this internally. The next thing is is to understand this too, is that as great as that is, that is all without thinking about the supplement commission that's involved as well. So let's say that only the referrals and then the reactivated clients buy supplements from you.
So then that means that you have 20 purchases of at least a four pack right? Now we also give you information in here on how to sell more than a four pack, but let's say on the basis of this thing is that they buy a four pack from you from Prestige. Now you also have a discount code. With that discount code. What happens is, is that means that you actually get it for $223 instead of the normal price that happens on that four pack. So with each client that you sell, that means you make $97 in commission. Now if we do the 20 times 1940, I'm sorry, 28 times $97 and that gives you a total,
Then that gives you a total of 78 80. Now these are awesome numbers, but remember this can actually increase by a ton depending on your price point. This is just setting it at $99, but you can actually charge more for the process and more for it to go from there. Next, hope that makes sense to you next. So in understanding what the deal looks like, is that again, is that just making sure to reiterate the fact that it's a 28 day challenge, it's for current members, you can reactivate members, it's a referral challenge. You can charge any place from 69 to 2 49. We suggest you to charge 99. It can be done in gym or online. We prefer that you use the app because the app doesn't matter where the person decides to fulfill it, it just allows you to always have that fulfillment piece there.
Here's how they win though, is that participants, they must submit their weekly progress photos directly to you guys. On the other side of that is that they have to follow and complete their daily habits. So we have a water habit, a sleep habit, and then a food photo habit. So basically just taking pictures every day of their breakfast, lunch and dinner and submitting them directly to you guys inside of the app. Alright, on the final weigh-in day, your team is actually going to vote on the top three people based on their photos From that side, the winner of those top three, alright, is going to be the person with the biggest transformation in regards to their body. Now you also want to look at the compliance for that as well because the winner has to have both of those sides. They have to have complied and then on top of that they had to have the transformation, which you'll see as you guys are going through this thing that it actually goes hand in hand and all this stuff is in the app.
So it makes it super simple because you actually will get a compliance score for these individuals and so you'll be able to see who complied or who was the most compliant in the process. Alright, now let's show you how to get started. Alright? Now the best way to get started in this process is using the pre challenge emails that we give you guys, right? All the emails, all the text messages and all the Facebook posting are set up to start off 14 days before the challenge begins now. And then on top of that, it gives you the days at which that they should go out and then you can pick the time at which that you want them to go out. You also have the pre challenge text messages. Those text messages will go out and then they make it easy. Now, keep in mind on the emails and text messages and on the Facebook post is that any place in yellow, you're going to have to change it to make it where it makes it easier for you.
And that way you can customize it directly to cater directly to your audience. Alright? You also have the pre challenge Facebook posts. Now in Facebook you can go ahead and then preplan those posts inside of when you go into your page or when you go into your private Facebook page, you can preplan those posts to go out at the times and on the days that you want them to make the process even easier so you're not having to post them on a regular basis with your Facebook posts. The best thing that I can tell you too is just be diligent on your Facebook post. Follow up and ensure that you're contacting the people reaching out or post next
Talk about how to sign people up. Alright? And then let's also talk about the meeting on going through the process to get them signed up for the program. You want to be able to choose your path and what I mean by that is that you can either do in gym or you can do over the phone. Now the key to these both though is that essentially speaking, they're almost the same meeting, right? Is that you start off with an assumed close. And what I mean by that is that the whole process is assumed just in the fact that when a person comes in, you don't have to sell them on the process, you just need to go over it and discuss the program details directly with them. Alright? You also need to just say, Hey, would you like me to use the card that's on file or would you like to add a new one for the payment?
The next part is, is that you want to make sure that you're talking to them directly about their goals when they sign up to make the process even easier for you guys. Alright? And then the last part is, is that you want to set up the next meeting so you can sell them supplements is that the process should be an assumed closed where you're talking to them about the program details, you're just grabbing the card information, you're talking to 'em about their goals over the course of the next 28 days, and then you set them up for a subsequent meeting where you're going to sell them supplements. Alright? The next part is that you want to ensure that that supplement meeting at the end is that they know when the program starts and they also know when their orientation is.
If you're having an orientation in person, that's one thing. Or if you're doing a digital orientation, that's another, alright, the next part is let's go over the orientation. Alright? There are two types of orientations. Number one is that you have the in-person orientation. The in-person orientation is where you weigh them in. You're going to take their progress photos, you're going to discuss all the nutrition plan with them, and then you want to discuss the best uses of their supplements that they just purchased. Or you have an online, so an online you do all the same things, is that it's all done inside the app is that you weigh them in, you take their progress photos and then you want a message to remind them prior to the date so they understand when you want it done. But the online orientation just kind of runs the same thing.
You can even run it via Zoom to be able to get them rocking and rolling and into the process. They would just weigh in on their own personal scale. They would take their progress photos, upload 'em in the app, and then that way it makes it easier. Alright? The next part is working on the fulfillment. Now with our fulfillment piece, just remember is that they're going to have these preset up the in-app text messages that are there directly for them. They also have the challenge workouts. Now these challenge workouts are scalable and remember when you're looking at challenge workouts, there's a beginner workout. That beginner workout is set up for anybody that needs to use body weight. You have the intermediate workouts, those workouts are set up for anybody who has dumbbells or bands. And then you have the advanced and those advanced workouts are set up for anybody who has barbells and anybody who can work from those sides. Now the workouts are scalable, so you can use them essentially for anybody. You can use them essentially for anybody no matter what their skill level is, is that it makes it super simple for you guys to be able to work that. Next is that you want to understand the
Challenge food list. Now in looking at the challenge food list, the reason why we use this food list was because we wanted to be able for you guys to build a great foundation with the people that are doing the program because at the end of the day, the point is to ascend them into a high level of service once this gets over. The way that you do that is that you get them wins, right? Is that this process or this program is made to do two things. One is that you can get them a win or two is there to expose something that maybe they need in the process that maybe they didn't know. This challenge food list is scalable, it's flexible, and it's the easiest thing that we have for them to follow because they just pick foods off of the list, they make sure they fit, that it fits the parameters at which is the meal that they need to have, and then they just eat it.
So it makes it super simple for you and then they just take the pictures of it and then they send it directly to you. So then that way you can hold them accountable during the process. Alright, the last piece is the party. Alright? And understanding this party is just make sure that you are following the guidelines that are set up by the CDC, but then most importantly, these things are made for community. Alright? So what I mean by that is that you're going to have the ability to be able to set up these parties directly for them. You can have a barbecue where you guys get together maybe at a park and you barbecue, set up some grills and then you barbecue. You can do a charity car wash where you guys give all the proceeds to the charity of your choice, but you do it as a gym.
So your gym family is donating the money. You can do a potluck whether people bring in their favorite healthy dish or they bring in their favorite cheat meal. You can do Frisbee golf or something that gets them outside and active. You can also take a hike. That's something where you can safely, socially, distance to make it easier for you guys. You can also do a paint and wine. There are plenty of places that will allow you to paint from a distance so they can paint at home. They may be able to paint in a limited supply like at a paint and wine place, or you can just have a virtual party. I know there are plenty of places now that are offering, they're having virtual parties and so people get dressed and then they sit in front. They maybe have some champagne, they just have a good time and hang out. But these virtual parties are just set up to celebrate those individuals. I hope this all makes sense and I'm rock roll.

Checklist

All right guys. Welcome officially to the challenge checklist. With this checklist, you're going to use this to be able to get your plate off of the ground. This checklist is essentially made for you guys to make sure that you've got everything ironed out before you get rocking and rolling with this. So with our checklist, what you essentially have is that you have the checklist marks over here, the C check boxes that you can check off so you know exactly where it's at. So this is great if there are multiple people that are facilitating or how the process is working directly for your team, but it makes it even easier because now you can see where everybody's at. You just check when a task is completed, and then you go from there. It's set up in the same five functions that a typical play would be run as you've got your plea sale, you've got your legion, you've got your lead nurture, and you have your sales, and then you have fulfillment.

So this allows you to make sure that the basises are set up to be able to get it rocking and rolling. If you have other steps to the process that maybe you want to add, not a problem, you can add 'em into directly to the sheet. This portion over here is the video mentioned. So this allows you to be able to put in the links to the videos to make it as to where you can go in. And then if you're sharing a sheet with somebody on your team, then you can highlight and then you can put the link to the video so that individual will know directly where to go so they can see the video of how they're able to help you in the process.

Pre-Sale Communication

Hey guys, what's up? Let's talk about the presale or the nurture sequencing prior to people signing up for your challenge. Now, prior to people signing up for your challenge, we are giving you guys the Facebook posts, the text messaging and the emails for you to be able to just edit and deploy and send them out to be able to get people's interests going and to be able to get people signed up for your challenge. Now, with the emails, alright, or with the text messaging, everything starts 14 days out. Now we strongly suggest for you to use 10 to 14 days out as proper time to be able to get a challenge or introduce that challenge to your community to make it even easier for you guys to sign up more people. What you're going to notice across the board is that any place that's in yellow, you'll go in and then you'll make the adjustments.

Any place that's not in yellow, it's just copy. You just copy and paste it and then you work it from there. But these yellow places are super important just in case you want to run the challenge a little differently or you have some different specifics that you want to put in. Then that way it makes it easier for you guys to be able to have that with the emails. There's not a ton of information that needs to be edited, but you just want to put in a specific number of people, and as you're going through the emails, you'll see this, all right? And then this will make it easier for you. Just copy and paste it and deploy it once you have it all, once you have it all sent in. Now, on the other side of this thing, you have your Facebook posts. There are a couple pieces for the Facebook post just to be mindful of.

Number one is that any place that you see this or you see use this gif is we've actually provided you with the gif directly for you to post there. So you copy the gif first, you put it into the Facebook thing, into the Facebook comment section, and then from that, then you can make this post and you copy and paste the post. The other side to this is that if you look here on this image that's here, we actually share with you the download link. So you click here, and then once you click on that, what you want to do is that you're actually going to come over here to Canva. Once you click on that, we want to put it in, alright, you click, use this template. Now, once you click use this template, then it'll bring you directly to the image that we've created, alright?

And then after that you can download it where you see fit. But what's awesome about this is that you can take it, you can edit it, you can put your own logo there, you can do whatever you need to make it even easier for you. Alright? And then the last part are just the text messages. With the text messaging. It works in a lot of the same way that the other two factors work. It's just with the text messaging. You just want to make sure that if you plan on having people schedule the link, then put the scheduling that's there for them. If your server allows them to be able to have a placeholder here for the name, great. If it doesn't, then you take it and you just make it generalized to make it even easier on yourself. Alright? Now the best way to do this is to go ahead and get them into your services, get them into the right spots, and then deploy this thing. And if you look, just use the days that are there to be able to make it simple. If you cut it down to 10 days and just make sure that you make the adjustments in regards to the days that they go out. Alright? And that is how the presale system works.

Nutrition Overview

Welcome to your challenge food list. On this food list is that we're going to use this essentially as the basis for all of your nutrition protocol, but what's great is whether they send this or not, it still allows them to be able to have and get the results that we're warning. Not to mention that it lays the foundation for your other nutrition programs for once this is over, because if you're upselling them directly into some higher level of nutrition service, this would be where they would start anyway, is they would start with a detox for the first couple of weeks, and then after that you get into directed macros. Then that's just using the hybrid method at which that we've put out directly for you now, but for this challenge, just remember that because the way this food list is, the food list is created, it makes it super simple for you guys to be able to just check to make sure they're eating the right foods, and we'll get to that in a moment.

If you look at the food list, there are a couple of bases that are here for each food item that you see. There's also in parentheses, the serving size that is suggested for that. Now, some people may eat a little more, some people may eat a little less, and so you'll be able to see what their results are and what their food looks like for you to be able to give them great suggestions and coach them on, and then it makes it better whenever they're talking about after the challenge and you're directly talking about how that you can help them by giving them directed macros for them to be able to get to their goals. Alright, so the first part is with your protein. They can have anything on the protein list with the fats, they can have anything that's there on the fat list with your carbohydrates.

They can have anything that's on that carbohydrate list. And then on the veggies. Now the veggies can be a little tricky, so I want to explain those to you is that they can have any vegetable except peas, carrots, corn, any type of squash, eggplant, pumpkin, or beets, they can have any vegetable except for those. Alright, now if you look at the bottom right below that, it says stick with green and leafy vegetables. And so that's where it kind of gets complicated because just the way that the list is nurtured, but just explain it to 'em is that they can have anything except for those ones that are listed above it. They're better off just sticking with greens and leafy vegetables. Alright, down here, if you look at the circles, these circles are essentially the nutrition that should be had or the macros that should be had during each meal.

And the way it looks is for breakfast, they're going to have a carbohydrate, one serving of a protein, and then one serving of one, those leafy green vegetables. Alright? Now, as their snack, what's great is they get half a serving of protein. What's beautiful about that is that with each purchase of their supplements, they're actually getting a free tub of protein, and so they can use that to substitute it. Our next is that for lunch, it's going to be very similar to breakfast, and then they have that protein in the middle. And then for dinner is that they're going to have an association of fat, a carbohydrate, I'm sorry, fat or protein in a vegetable. Now, I know you're probably wondering, and you may get asked, well, how come I don't have fat at the other meals? Truth of the matter is, is that they're going to have to use, and more than likely they're going to use fat to cook with, whether it's olive oil, whether it's coconut, whatever

That looks like is that they're going to use it to cook with, and so that's going to be on their plate, so they kind of do have that serving of fat. Alright, next is you're going to look down here and it shows you the stacks. So these stacks are associated with the supplements that they should be taking at those times. So you have your multi time, you have your burn am your testone, that should be taken in the morning. And then they have their PM stack, which is just a sleep multiplier burn, pm and an EFA. These are all inside of that supplement pack, so it makes it super simple because now they're going to see it in multiple places. It also gives them the pre intra and then post-workout snacks or post-workout drinks, so then they know exactly when to take their drinks and when to take those supplements so they can really, really get involved in a supplement portion, but more importantly, so they can get some amazing results by following a regimen. Because remember, this whole thing is about being able to teach them how to be consistent. And so this is the best way to build that foundation with them before we add any complexity onto their nutrition or onto just what they're doing on a daily basis.

Sales - Creating a Product (Trainerize)

Hey guys, what's up? Let's go over creating a product. So creating a product is Train RISE's way to allow you to be able to make sales. Now, in order to sell using Train Rise or using Train Rise Pay option, you want to make sure that your Stripe account is already connected to your train rise account. And those are subsequent videos. There are other parts of the portal. Now, on the other side to this is that as we're in here, and then as we're creating this product, we want to be sure of a couple things. One is that we want to come to where it says add product. So once you come on Add Product, we want to name our product, so we're going to call it our 2021 Takeover Challenge. All right, now, so now that our product is named, what we want to do is that we want to ensure that we come over and then that we are giving it a photo.

So I'm just going to give it a blanket photo for right now. So we're going to give it the Prestige Labs one, and then we'll upload that. So now once we go here, we want to make sure that we give it a description. So whatever description it is that you like, you just type it directly in there. We also want to make sure that it's a core product. The reason why it's a core product is because when you add this product or when you sell this product, this 28 day play will replace any of the previous programs or products that the person has had. So we want to click a one-time payment because they're only going to pay you once. Now, just because I'd already mentioned it, I want to put that it's $99 and then we want to switch the duration days. Now, once you switch that duration today, what you want to do is that you want to ensure that you don't want sell on Day of Purchase.

You don't want it to start the next Monday is that you always want to start it on a fixed date. The reason for this is, is that anytime you sell this product, this will make it easier because now you're only using one link to sell this product to everybody, which makes it a ton easier for you when you're going. So I'm going to select January the fourth. I'm also going to turn this off on Trainer Rise Me. Trainer Rise Me is just a front facing site, and so that would allow you to be able to sell it to anybody and everybody. We don't want to do that because this is an internal play. And so with that being said, the next part that we want to do and what I think is pretty great is that we want to go to set up automation. Now, when you come to set up automation, you have a couple different options that are already there for you.

Some of these things are automatic. It automatically is going to set them up to message you duly, and that's fine. So it's automatically going to have two-Way messaging. It's automatically going to give 'em sign in message. You can select who you want them to get to sign to the deliver content. We don't want to deliver content because we want to make sure and put them on the right program. So we want to make sure that based on their equipment is the program that we're going to put them on. And so because of that, we need to wait until they turn their form in for us to be able to directly do that. And then the next thing that we want to do is that we want to want to attach the meal plan. Now, attaching the meal plan is great. The reason why that I love this is because everybody's going to have the same nutrition plan for this program, and so you can go ahead and attach that nutrition

Plan to them, and then this way it makes it, as soon as somebody signs up, it automatically goes inside their Trend Rise account. Be mindful of the fact that if they are a current member, it's going to replace whatever nutrition plan that they have. The other side to this is that you can have them join a group. So I would create a group that would be the 2021 Takeover challenge and then create a group inside of Trainer Rise directly for that, and then add them to that group. Adding in group allows you to be able to create the community, allows you to be able to create all the benefits that you're looking for explicitly in the program and what they're looking for. Because no matter what's happening in the outside world, the biggest thing that they want that people want right now is they want to have a sense of belonging and a sense of community.

So that gives them the ability to do so. Now you just hit save. So I'm going to take it out of this group because I don't have one, but now you hit save. Now, once you hit save, it'll bring you back to this screen, and then we just want to hit add. Now, once you hit add, it'll take it a second, and then once it takes it a second, then what'll happen is that it'll automatically go directly into your account. Now, once it goes directly into your account, it's right here. Now, anytime that you go to sell this thing, or if you want to sell it directly off the page, it doesn't matter is that you just click on, we want to create that checkout link, and then from that checkout link, we'll go and then we'll paste it, and then you can send it to whoever you want to. So what makes this even easier is that this will allow them to create that payment. So let's say that you're selling somebody over the phone. Then this will allow you to be able to sell them directly over the phone because now you can send them the link. If a person comes into the gym and they're signing up for it, not a problem. You can just go directly to that link and sign them up. It's just that simple.

Post Challenge Sales

To the takeover challenge and let's talk right now about ascension. Alright? Now, Ascension is one of the best things that you can do in your business because it gives you the opportunity to improve the lifetime value of the individuals that are coming directly through your doors, right? We also understand that the people that are the most happy in your business are the ones that are spending the most money. If you think about it, the people who you think about as your main avatars, I guarantee you they buy supplements, they buy T-shirts, they do everything. They do the challenges, they refer people to them. And so let's talk about being able to build more of those people by being able to have opportunities for Ascension. One of the things that I would obviously say too is as you guys are thinking about this, is that typically speaking, people don't know what they don't know and that you may have already had these processes and procedures in place, however, you just didn't offer them as a solution to a person's problem when they were going through it.

Alright? Now let's talk a little bit about the agenda. So the whole point behind this is that we want to understand what Ascension is. We want to find the right program for individuals. We want to make sure that we're signing our members up or show you how to sign them up. And then we're going to talk briefly about the fulfillment side on the back. Alright? Now with Ascension, there are four factors, alright? Essentially speaking, Ascension does this, is that ascension improves the member experience, right? And so what I mean by that is that just like I said in the beginning is that when you ascend a member or when you offer a member a higher level of service, it actually improves their experience because they're actually getting to go directly to their goals. You've helped them at the end of this challenge or you've helped them win this challenge.

And what happens is, is that now you have to serve them to their new goal. And so this gives you an ability to grow directly with them. But then more importantly, you also understand, like I said in the beginning as well, is that if people are spending more money with you than they're typically speaking, they're happier with you. So they believe in you, they want to buy more service from you, and so this is your way to do that. The next thing is that it creates a win-win situation. And so what I mean by that is that, like I just said, is that so at the end of this challenge, you've helped somebody lose some weight and so because you've helped them lose weight or because you've helped them stay consistent or because you've helped them be able to find that dynamic, they're ecstatic. And so this just allows you to be able to carry on with that.

Or let's go on the opposite side of that. And let's say that you didn't help them lose weight. Let's say that they weren't so consistent during the challenge, then it gives you the opportunity to be able to help that individual service them exactly where they need it, right? Because maybe you poked out a glaring hole and so this is that glaring hole and gives you the ability to coach them to success. Alright? The next thing is that it improves your bottom line because like we talked about beforehand is that these are just enhancements for service. And so this allows you to be able to charge more and charge exactly what you're worth in the process to be able to give an individual exactly what they want. So this allows you to be able to improve that bottom line by offering more services that are super scalable and that allow you to be able to profit a lot more money than what you were in the beginning.

The other side to this, and the last one is that it allows you to be able to service your at a higher level. Now this is an awesome thing to do because when you join this thing or when you started training, this was a part of the reason as to why you started training was because you really wanted to help people and you really wanted to help them at a higher level. Or to be honest with you, we all have those ideal clients and what if we had a ton of those ideal clients that we were able to service and that we were able to help? Being able to ascend allows you to be able to service those high level clients that you're looking for. Those ones that don't complain, those ones that are super happy, those ones that follow nutrition plan and that deal with the coaching, all those people that you're looking for, they're right there for you with the ascension piece.

Now, there are, typically speaking, we're going to talk about the two basic types of ascension. You have your Bolton program, so a Bolton program is a program that's created to be able to give an individual more accountability to be able to give an individual more, a more stable nutrition environment. And then with that, you also going to do biweekly check-ins. Those biweekly check-ins can be either Zoom, they can be inside the app, they can be quick phone calls, they can be group zooms for everybody that's in your BOTONE process, it doesn't really matter. They can be a once a week Friday huddle, however it is that you guys see that you want to do it, but it needs to be like that. So every two weeks you have your check-in with an individual and that makes the process even easier for you. The next thing is is that when you have your Bolton process, you want to charge 39 to $79 in addition to what the membership cost is per week.

You want to be able to charge enough that because they're getting that higher level of service that they'll pay for it and then they'll be able to administer and work with it. The other type of ascension that you have right now is that we're going to talk about our high ticket program or our semi-private training. Now with the high ticket or with the semi-private, what you're able to do is that this allows you to be able to give that same great level of accountability because remember, you're going to have messaging inside the apps, you're going to have those pieces. There are emails that are provided. You're going to have all those pieces that are there. You can also do personalized nutrition. If you go directly inside the hybrid portion of the portal, you can find Dr. Katy's breakdown of how to be able to do that hybridized nutrition.

And so this is a great way for you to be able to do so. The next thing that you're going to do is that you're going to provide them custom workouts. Now these custom workouts can still be templated workouts and then you can create on those templates, you can even edit them to be able to set the progress up. So then there's a progression that's already there, but you want to be able to make maybe a couple different program sets based on a person that if they want to do a shred, if a person is interested in getting stronger, think about as you're talking to individuals, but build out a couple programs that you can administer or use the ones that we've already laid out directly for you. Alright? Now, HTP, even though it's in app and even though it's administered via the app, can still be done on a one to five basis.

So that's one coach to five individuals that are going to be in that session. As long as your state provides that, as long as the CDC says that's okay. The next part is that you want to offer unlimited support and these are like 15 minute zoom calls. Now I know what you're thinking. Why would I offer unlimited calls? Like that just sounds like a recipe for disaster. But the truth of the matter is, is that if you offer unlimited calls, right, because it's such a great value and because people buy into it so much is that what you're probably going to see is, and what we've seen in the past is that only about 20% of the individuals will actually take you up on that unlimited offer because most of the people, to be honest with you, they just want to do the workouts, they want the nutrition and they don't need to talk to you.

Yes, you will have some people who need to talk to you. Those are in that small 20%, but most of the people won't need to talk to you. They're just going to want to do their work, get their results, and then have a good time. The next is essentially speaking, you want to charge between 99 and $149 per week. Now, yes, that's an addition to the membership cost, but remember, look at all those bullet points that I just said and look at those things that you're able to offer a one on five environment, customized workouts, personalized nutrition with the check-ins, you're going to offer all those pieces. So then yes, you are worth that. And yes, that level of service is worth that. Alright, let's talk about signing up your members. Now, the first thing that you want to do is, and it's even prompted inside of the app for this challenge, is the fact that you want be able to sit down directly with them when you sit down directly with them.

What you want to do is that you want to acknowledge their success. So you want to tell them how great it is and you want to talk about what their overall success was and what they felt like the best parts was. You even want to ask them what they felt like was the most challenging portion of it. And then what happens is next is that you want to be able to future pace that and you want to be able to talk directly to their new self and those new goals because now that they've been through the challenge and now that they've been able to lay some groundwork, what's happening is that now their eyes are kind of open and they're seeing it. Even if a person not was not super successful in the process, they've also, they may have seen the error of their ways or there's something that you can directly talk to because why weren't they successful in the process?

Ask them directly, ask them real questions about it. Now when you go through that part and you're future pacing them directly to their goals and you're talking about who they're going to be in the future, who they will be 12 weeks from now or who they're going to be 24, 24 weeks from now is that you want to make sure that you're filling in the blanks with the solution. The solution is one of the programs that we just talked about. The reason why those are solutions is because those are high levels of service and even if a person was not super successful, they weren't successful because they needed that accountability and because they truly needed a that one-on-one environment that one-on-one space that was really going to let them be successful. And if you think about it, it's no different than the way you look at it.

And what you told them when they first came in is the fact that they need coaching and they need that piece. It's just the fact that when they joined the program is that instead of maybe being in the group setting is that they really should have been in a singular environment using that Bolton program or they could have been in a 1 0 5 in your HTP program because maybe they have a specific goal that they're looking for. And then the last part is that once you get them signed up, now we just need to fulfill the fulfillment part is an ex part and it's the most important part in regard in regards to the program is that there are four simple rules for fulfillment. Rule number one is that everybody stays in the app. The name of the game. When you have this and when you're working these ascension pieces, like I talked to you before about how great it is to be able to have these upsells and these ascension pieces are because they're great for your margins.

The way they make it great for your margin is everybody stays in app. The reason why everybody stays in app is because this will allow you to be able to make the process scalable so any of your coaches can do this and work the fulfillment side of it. And then what's also great behind it too is that it makes it as to where you can reach and that you can talk to more people and help more people in the process. So not only do you not have to do it all, you can actually have more people that are involved in that service to be able to again, increase your bottom line. Alright? The next thing is that you want to make sure that you create a clear communication cycle. Individuals that are in your programs should understand and know when and how directly we talk to you.

So let's say that you have that unlimited schedule up. Then they should have your scheduling link or let's say that you're doing it as to where you meet every, you're meeting with them biweekly. Then they should be able to set up the appointment reminder in the app and then set their appointments and then stick to that appointment and then meet you on Zoom for that. Or if you have a Facebook Live or whatever, however you see fit to be able to do so is that they should understand how to communicate directly with you what that communication looks like. Keep in mind as well as you're going through the fulfillment pieces that you're going to have those messages that are there that are also internal and inside of the app is that you want to make sure that you just lay the ground foundation too, so they understand that you reply once in the morning and then once in the afternoon.

That way it sets the expectation in a real manner for them, and so then that's what they're looking for. The next part is that you just want to define the program perks. I know I talked about 'em earlier, but you want to make sure that for each program is that the perks and essentially speaking, the value stacks are aligned with the program. Now your hybrid program as great as it is, is still a next level up, but then on top of that, you're going to have the next level up, which is essentially speaking is your semi-private? That semi-private should have a different value stack or a little better value stack because the price is a little heavier than what you did for your Bolton, which would be no different than if you had for your personal training, which would be your highest level of service.

But for these two, you got your bolt on, your Bolton gives you those pieces like we talked about, and then the next up level to that or the next upgrade. Besides that, it's going to be your semi-private that offers those other pieces that are there. The last part is, is that you want to make sure that you systemize your program. Now you want to make sure that your program is systemized and ready to rock and roll for you. Now, there are a couple pieces and a couple ways to be able to do so and then you have access to them all that make it easier for you to be able to not just get people involved, but to get them rocking and rolling and continuing on with the service. Alright? Way number one is that as they're going is the fact that they have those internal messages.

So the system is there, they have the internal messages, so it makes it easier for you to be able to communicate directly with them. Way number two is that you want to ensure that as they're doing it is that you make multiple different types or multiple different programming options for them when it comes to fulfillment. Now, what I mean by that is that if you have somebody that wants to do a shred program is that you have a shred program that's built out. You have somebody that wants to do a bulking program. You have that bulking program that's built out. The name of the game is to get these programs and then administer them, and then you can make adjustments on the fly inside of the system to make it even easier for you. But build out a couple staple programs or use our programs and then manipulate those to be able to have a couple staple programs. The next part is, is that because you have it at your fingertips, use the automated fulfillment system. Everyone in your program should be getting cards. They should be getting those next pieces and you should be checking in with them because it is vital and super important for the lifetime value of your client that you're doing those check-ins that you're staying on top of 'em. But more importantly is that you're sending little things to just remind them how much you care and how much you appreciate them.
