Okay, this is going to be a slightly longer video. We're going to go through how to launch the fast cash play. So, strap in, get ready, and let's get going. Okay, so there are three ways that you will communicate your offer to your clients. You're going to email it to them, you're going to text them the offer, and if you have a Facebook group or another platform that you use that's a private Facebook group for just your clients, you're also going to have posts that we've already made for you. If you don't have that, just skip it. You're just going to send the emails and the texts, okay? I'm going to pause this for a second. I'm going to kind of stay on this page for a second if you want to take a screenshot or look at it. But this is essentially the schedule of communication, what it's going to look like.
So, if you look over to the left, you've got seven days out. So, the bar at the top, it goes seven days, six days, five days out, four days out, three days out, two days out, one day out. The final day your underneath is going to be the types of posts and what's going to be sent out. Okay? So, seven days out, you're going to do your first Facebook post and you're going to send your first text. If you're not doing Facebook again, just ignore the Facebook posts. You're just going to do the text and the emails. Six days out, you're going to send your first email and you're going to send texts two and three, five days out, you're going to have your third Facebook post and your second email. Four days out, you've got your fourth Facebook post and your fourth text. Three days out, you're going to have your Facebook post text and email.
Two days out, just the Facebook post one day out, all three are going out, and then final day, you've got your emails five and six and your Facebook post number eight, this is how it should look. You're going to want to save this. So take a screenshot of this right now and then you're going to save this because when you go back to schedule everything, if you are able to schedule it in your CRM or anything else, which we'll walk through, you're going to want to remember this, okay? Just save this and then you'll also have it in the documents themselves. All right, so the emails are linked. In this lesson, you'll find a document with all the emails you need to send. Okay? Now I want to talk about something very close right now. It's very important. You may find these emails, don't sound like you.
We get this all the time, and you're right, it's true. Reason is because you didn't write them, and that's okay though, because they work. If someone brings it up and be like, huh, do you write those or whatever, you can tell them, oh, I edited them, I found them, or whatever you want to use, I don't care. Or just be like, yeah, I'm working with a company that's helping me get better at writing. You can use whatever you want, but it doesn't matter because they don't care. Okay? These emails work time and time again, I can't tell you how many times we've had gym owners start this and within 24 hours they're sold out. Okay? With that said, feel free to read through. You should read through them, not feel free. You should actually read through them and make any adjustments that you feel necessary, but please just do yourself a favor. Really just adjust only the things in yellow, but just read through the whole thing and just see if there's anything that doesn't apply to your facility. But really just adjust the things in yellow. Okay? So with the emails, there are two email campaigns included. You're going to find the first one, which is the main email campaign. The second is the follow-up email campaign. So it's going to look like this. So you have your email campaign here. These are your fast cash
Email sequences, so you can see, it'll tell you when to send it out. So yes, if you're not starting on a Monday, that's fine, but six days out and it says, please update anything in yellow. So you're going to go in here and you're going to update anything in yellow. Okay? And again, read through this. Put your offer, your offer's going to be in here, everything else, so this is going to hold all of your emails. These are the main email campaigns. Your follow-up campaigns are going to look like that, but those are going to be for people that actually open the emails. If you have an email service like MailChimp active campaign or just your CRM, use these to schedule out your emails. It will make it that much easier, but for those of you that don't, if you don't have that, you can just use Gmail to schedule them out, which I'll show you how right now.
Okay? So you can go through this and if you want to test it out or come back to this, you can find this, but basically you're going to go to your Gmail for your gym and you're, or email, whatever you're using, you're going to click compose. Then you're going to copy that first email into this email section and make sure the subject is there, everything's in there, and add all of your members, excluding your current PIF members. So take them all out as blind CC'd, make sure it's blind and you're going to put your email in the two section. Okay? So from you to you with everyone else blind CC'd, please don't add them into CC'd or add them into the two. Make sure it's in the BC section. Okay? Then when you're ready to send it, you're going to click the up arrow next to send and select schedule send.
From there, this is going to pop up. You're going to select and pick a date and time. You're going to select the date that corresponds with the days out for each email, okay? So you're going to make sure that you have all of this set. An example of this, if I want to, maybe I'm sending email number one, I need to schedule it six days out from when I close my piff offer. So you're going to pick that time and date, okay? Now, on the text, which are also linked in this lesson, you'll find a document with all the texts you need to send, so it's all in there. So you're going to follow the same process you did for the emails, editing everything in yellow, which are going to be right here. So you can see these, Hey, client name would be cool if I got you, would it be cool if I got you in amazing shape and save you a ton of money?
Give me a thumbs up with a thumbs up emoji. If you agree, make sure you obviously put in a thumbs up emoji or just delete that if you aren't able to. Okay? So all of these are in here, including pictures, so you can send pictures out. All of that is set all. Now, once you have these edited, you have three options on how you can send them. You can use a mass texting service like, Hey, market Skipio, or if you have something, you can do that. If your CRM allows for texting, you can just schedule them out via texting. Or worst case scenario, you manually text, which is not a problem, okay? If you have a service or a CRM, schedule out the text so it coincides with the days out in the document and the schedule so that you have it all set. Then it's set it, forget it, you're done. Okay? If you have more than a hundred active clients,
It be a beast though to manually send all these texts. So if you have to manually send these, it's a beast. If you have over a hundred, you can definitely do it, but it's going to be a lot. So if you do, we suggest signing up for Haymarket plus account. The link is here, it's in this lesson, so once you sign up for the haymarket, you can upload your contacts, schedule your texts, and it's off to the races. Okay? Also, your coaches can help you with any of that when you go through this process, but you can sign up for a link is down below. Just follow the process of uploading your contacts, getting the schedule for your texts, and then getting going. Only issue sometimes is getting phone numbers set for that, which is why if it's going to push you off time to get going, it's still faster.
Even if you have to individually text 150 people, it's still faster than waiting three weeks for them to get a number ready for you. So find that out before you get started, and then just remember that they're paired with the emails, so you want them to be scheduled to go start at the same time. When you do this, if you have a hundred or less active clients, you can manually send the text, you can do it through your phone or maybe through Google Voice. You can just go to Google Voice and download the app and set up an account. But if you already are contacting clients through your phone, just use your phone and set it up. And the way to do it is you can set a calendar reminder or an alarm for every text that you need to send, so you have it set at the right time, and good news is it's free, but that also means that it's not automated and it requires work.
But if you send them, you are going to make a ton of money. Trust me, the average gym owner that does this makes $15,000 in seven days. So there's a lot of money on the table here. Alright? Facebook posts. You want to read all of the posts, you want to edit the items in yellow, just like you would with the text in the emails. Schedule them out in your group. Again, if you don't have a private Facebook group for your members or another group, you can just skip this part, but that one looks like this. So we've got these out. So post one, seven days out, the first one will be a video, which I'll walk through in just a second. Then it goes into the other post here. Again, edit everything in yellow. We've got a pick here, two days out, one day out, zero days out last day.
All of this stuff is there. Okay? So you can go through this, use this and just follow the process. Don't have to overthink it, just simply follow the process. Now, that first video or that first post is a video, okay? You want to keep this video very short. Should be no more than three minutes tops. Super high energy, super high energy. You want to feel like this is the coolest thing in the world for them because they will feed off your energy. You want to smile, you want to be happy, be super excited, and here are the five major points that you want to hit. You want to talk about what your offer is, and this is in the document, by the way, so you don't have to, you're good. Just download the document for the Facebook post. This is in there, what your offer is, your reason why for doing it, what the benefit is for your members, how they can take advantage of the offer, and then a call to action such as the call to action should be as simple as just drop. I'm in the comments and I will call you or drop a thumbs up emoji in the comments or drop whatever it is that you want, maybe the name of your gym or how you call your gym members. Drop that in the comments. You want it to be super simple. As soon as someone drops it in the comments, you're going to call 'em, and then you're going to confirm, and then you're going to set it up for them and you're just going to charge 'em.
Okay? You can send 'em a new contract agreement, have 'em sign it and get it done. But you want to immediately, as soon someone comments, comment back and then call them. That's it, all right? Don't waste time on this as soon as it happens. Same with text. When you send out the text and you get a text back, I'm in, call 'em. Just pick up the phone. Immediately, call 'em. That call will make you 1500, 2000, 3000, $10,000 depending on what your pricing is on this, okay? So definitely do it. It also reduces churn, which is incredible. Same with emails. If someone emails you and they're like, I'm in, I need more information, call 'em, pick up the phone, call 'em, get 'em locked in, get it set. Good news is they already know the offer, they already know the price. Everything is set. There's really nothing else that you need to do.
It's literally order taking. That's all. It's okay. Now, here's what I want you to do. I want you to pause this video and I want you to do the following right now. Do not move on to the next video until you do this. I want you to read the Facebook posts. I want you to edit them, shoot your video, and schedule them out. Next, I want you to read the text. I want you to edit them and do the following. Schedule them in your texting service or CRM. If you don't have one, sign up for Hey, market if you need to. It'll take roughly two days to get this all set up though. So just a heads up, if you think that you can just bang these out on your phone, just do that. Just set up calendar reminders and alarms for when you need to send the text out and just do that.
Either way, again, action wins, massive action. Number three, read the main campaign emails, edit them, schedule them in your email service or schedule it in Gmail. And then the last one is read the follow-up email campaigns, edit them and be ready to send them. Now the follow-up email campaigns are going to be a little bit harder if you're using Gmail, and I'm going to go ahead and say this right now, because if you're using Gmail, the follow-up campaigns are for anyone that opens it. So when they open it and maybe they don't reply, when you're using a service like Active Campaign or MailChimp or anything, you can know who opens the email and you can set up the follow up email campaigns to be able to send to people that opened it but didn't reply a little bit harder with Gmail. So you may just have to forego the follow up email campaigns for anyone that if you're using Gmail, b ecause you're just not going to be able to track who actually opened it. So that's one way around this. Alright, so pause this, do it now. The next video, we're going to talk about selling the offer and tracking it.
Selling The Offer & Tracking
All right, let's talk about selling the offer and tracking it. Okay, so this will be one of the easiest, if not the easiest sales you ever make as a gym owner because your clients will already know the price, the length of the agreement, and the bonuses included. They're also going to know what they need to do in order to take action on this. And it's a simple text, phone call, email address. Get them a new agreement. It's all set. All you have to do is take the order, have them sign a new agreement, charge their card, and track your sales. That is it. You can do this over text, phone in person, doesn't matter. It's all you have to do. Now, tracking your sales in this lesson, you'll find a sales tracker. It's a Google sheet. You'll use this sheet to set your goal and track each sale you make during this offer.
Alright? Now, when you open up the tracker, you'll go to sell AB seven. It's under the fast cash revenue goal and type in your revenue goal. To find your revenue goal, you're going to use the following formula. You're going to take the offer dollar amount, so however much it is, whether you're doing offer one, option one or option two. So you've got 20% off or buy 12, get one free. Right? You're going to take the total dollar amount for that offer if someone buys it, and you're going to multiply it by the number of PIFs that you have available, right? So example, if the year pif is $2,500 and you have 10 available, the total fast cash revenue goal is $25,000. As you collect your new Ps, you make them collect them, you're going to add the following information into the tracker. You're going to have your date paid, so the date that the person paid, the client name, the amount paid, and any notes or details that you want to add, that's totally up to you on whether or not you want to do that.
As you upload the amount paid, you will notice that the tracker is going to adjust and show you the following. So you're going to have revenue earned. It's going to show you how much you've earned so far. It's going to show your revenue to goal, right? It's going to show your percentage complete and then your average sale. So it's a really easy way to track this. So that's it. Download it, get it set. Put in your numbers immediately. Your next steps right now, I want you to, after you download the tracker and set it up and set up your goal, I want you to immediately start sending your emails, your text messages, your Facebook posts, and start selling if you haven't already. If you have already, congratulations, you're an action taker, but I need you to go ahead and get started now because the sooner you start, the sooner you start making money, you should have this launched and almost done by your third call with your coach.
So if you've already had your third call with your coach and you haven't done this, we're behind the eight ball. We need to get moving, okay? There's no such thing as like a perfect offer. Remember, one of our things, our core tenants here, Jim, launch, is speed is king, right? You will always be rewarded by taking massive action. Speed is king is so important as a business owner, right? An okay or halfway decent plan of action is executed today with purpose and with violence in a way, and speed is going to be way better than a perfect plan executed three weeks from now. Trust me, you have a chance right now to send a couple texts, send a couple emails, post a couple of Facebook posts over the next couple of days, and make tens of thousands of dollars inside of your business. Just go do it. Alright? And the next one, we'll talk about what to do with all the new cash you are about to make.
What To Do With All That New Cash
Alright, so you run the fast cash where you're about to start it now, once you collect all this cash, what are you supposed to do with all this new cash that you have? Alright, well, one of the best frameworks on how to make better decisions is called the inversion method. Inversion is a practice of thinking through problems in reverse. This was the late Charlie Mungers, one of the things that he really used to be able to make better decisions and make less mistakes through life. An example of this would be instead of thinking, how could I make this work? Think through what actions and behaviors would guarantee you don't succeed. Think of how can I guarantee this won't work? And then just simply do the opposite of those. In the spirit of inversion, here are some things that will guarantee your new cash will be wasted.
Number one, buying new gym equipment. Terrible idea. Don't do it. You don't need it. Buying anything. Personal Car furniture, new tv, paying off your own personal debt right now, it may be hanging over your head, but we need to use this money to make more money. Another one would be not leaving money for ads, so you use it on all the other stuff and not for growing your business. Another one would be not leaving money for other opportunities to grow your business, such as Prestige Labs. Another one would be not leaving money for extra cash just to run your business. Basically, anything that doesn't directly make your business more money now and in the short term, you should not spend it on that so you know what you shouldn't do. So now you know the three things you should do with this cash. Number one, use it for ad spend.
Two, use it to launch Prestige Labs to your coaches and community. It's not going to cost you a lot of money, by the way, very minimal. And we show you exact way to be able to actually make a profit on this investment right away. And then save it for general business needs. You have cash on hand, do this and your new cash will be put to good use. You want this money to make you more money, not get wasted on things that don't immediately impact your business. Next section, we're going to go into literally how to get ready to launch your challenge. But you should buy now, have already started your fast cash challenge or about to do it. You should go ahead and do it. It's very fast, short, very easy to do. So go ahead, launch it, make sure you get it launched so that you're ready for your next call with your coach and you can go ahead and start going through the next section in the portal.
Overview
What's going on guys? My name is Brent. I'm the director of research and development here at Gym Launch, and I'm super excited to take you guys through the scholarship play. Alright? Now, what is the scholarship play? This is an organic play where you'll give away a transportation scholarship, okay? It's organic, meaning that you're going to be reaching out to leads that you already own, so it doesn't cost any money, and it's external, meaning it's outside of your gym, okay? So you're going to be giving away a transformation scholarship, and the deal here is you're going to add additional bonuses to drive up the value of this scholarship, of this giveaway. The higher the perceived value is, the more interest there's going to be in trying to get this giveaway. Okay? So how do you drive more value? Think specialty classes, weekly texts, gym swag, additional support, anything else that's not operationally complex, that's not going to bog down the business or increase your expenses at all.
It needs to be easy to track, easy to actually give, but also pretty high value to the person receiving it, okay? So get creative. Try to think of any way you can to drive up that perceived value. Here's the deal. So you're going to be marketing this since it's organic. You're going to be marketing this on your social media channel, alright? So you're going to be announcing it to everybody that you already own as leads, right? Your audience for social media. And so you're not going to have to pay for these leads, and you're not going to do it for any more than four days, okay? You could see the calendar down here. Here's an example. On a Wednesday, you're going to have a teaser post campaign starts on the seventh. You're going to run that campaign and that announcement and drive traffic and interest and get applications all the way through until Sunday and then offer ends and you're going to announce the winner on Monday.
So best days are exactly that. Thursday to Sunday, we've tested this into quite a few different ways. Longer, shorter. We're finding that a four day period works the best for the maximum amount of interest, and that the weekdays of Thursday through Sunday are the best. Okay? Now what you're going to do is you're going to pick the scholarship winner and announce them everywhere on that. Monday is you're going to go back on social media and you're going to tell the world, you're going to tell your community that this is the winner that won the grand prize. But then here's the whole point, okay? So you're giving away all this value, you're picking a winner and doing a grand prize. What does that actually do for the gym? Here's the whole deal. So you're going to have one winner, but you're going to have 10, 20, 30, 50, a hundred other applicants that said they wanted this thing and they didn't win.
So what do you do with those people? Those are leads, right? So what you're going to be doing is you're going to be offering a partial scholarship to everybody else that applied to win, okay? So you will truly pick one winner and you'll do what you said you did. However, you're going to capitalize on the rest of the applications and there's a certain way to do this to make sure that it's a maximum amount of money for you, but it's also truly giving away things to the community. So we'll go through that in a future video, but that's the whole deal here is you're basically promoting with an anchor of a giveaway to generate the maximum amount of leads so you can take those leads and sell them. So here's an example. You're going to pick your winner and you're going to announce that on Monday and then to everybody else, if you have a hundred applicants, you pick that one winner and then you have 99 other leads to send this text to.
An example is, hey name, just wanted to let you know that after reviewing all the scholarship applications, the team and I have decided to award you a partial scholarship. Congrats, right? Very positive text, celebratory text, not much detail. It's not going into all the reasons why they didn't win the full scholarship. It says specifically partial scholarship and it celebrates them. Okay? So this text does a phenomenal job driving interest. You're going to get texts like, oh my gosh, I'm so excited. I can't believe I actually won. I never win things like this. People are going to be so positive and excited about this text. And then the whole deal is you're going to take that person, schedule 'em in the next 24 to 48 hours and get them in and then sell them. Okay? So you're going to book in everybody. So it could take, depending on how many applications you have, could take literally two weeks to go through all the appointments that you might have.
Okay? Fair warning here. If you are running ads, if you do have other streams of leads coming in, here's a screenshot from one of the gym owners that ran this play and they actually had to turn off ads. They had 47 meetings this week and they still weren't done. They had to turn off ads, so their sales schedule was just too overwhelmed. So that's exactly what we want. So now what is a partial scholarship? What does this actually mean? So it's the same program they opted in to win, but instead of paying the valued or even the full price, they receive a discount. So saying partial scholarship, it's not a lie. You actually are going to discount this. Here's how it works. So your grand prize, say for example, it's a $5,000 value and that was the grand prize and that's what they opted in to win.
They didn't win that, but they won a partial scholarship. So how do you do this? Your partial scholarship should be 30 to 50% discount on the valued price of the program. So if the grand prize was valued at $5,000 after all of your bonuses and your extras and everything to drive up that valued cost, you landed at 5,000 and say your normal program that you normally sell that for without all of the bonuses is actually 3000, right? What you've been selling it for a while, they can get it for 2,500. Okay? So it's 50% off the value of the program that anchored price, it's 50% off that, and it's also a smaller discount on your actual normal price. So either way, the lead wins. So you should be perfectly fine saying you want a partial scholarship and congratulating them because they are getting a huge discount compared to the valued price, but still a discount for the normal price.
So in order for this to work, it means that when you market this and you say this grand prize is worth X amount, you need to drive up that valued cost. Okay? You're not promoting your normal price, you're promoting that valued price and the value should be 50% to a hundred percent more than what you actually charge. So as you saw in this example back here, normal price was 3000 and we were able to work that price up to 5,000. So that's almost double, that's almost probably 80% higher than their average price. That's what we need to do. Now, what if they say no to a partial scholarship? They come in and they say, I just don't have that much money to, I thought this was free or whatever. They were going to say, I don't have enough money to do this. So then you go to a downsell, have downsells ready to go to apply that discount.
Alright? So they didn't win the full price or they didn't win the full price, but they got a say 50% discount on that option. They don't have enough money for that. Okay, well, you can carry over that 50% discount to a lower option. So for example, scholarship is 12 weeks, 5K normally priced at three k with a partial scholarship. They get it for 2,500. So they have 50% discount. Say, okay, I'll give you a 50% discount on a lower program, but make sure again, it's the valued price of the program, not the actual price you normally sell it for. Okay? So the absolute number, if they don't have $2,500 to spend, maybe you have a program worth normally 500, okay? Add in bonuses, add in value to drive that price up to maybe a thousand or 900, and then give that 50% discount to then drop it down to maybe 400.
Okay? So it's that same choreography price anchored that's going to be 50 to a hundred percent higher than your normal price. You give them a 50% discount and they should land slightly under your normal price. So either way, they're getting a discount, but they're going to feel like it's a lot greater compared to that valued price. Okay? I'm going to go into more detail on this in the future video, but that is a heads up on how all of this works. Okay? So here's your next steps. Understanding Your Setup Options
All right guys, so this is a quick video on explaining your setup options. There's a couple of different options here, and I want to make sure that nobody gets confused. Alright? So at this point, you should have your checklist in front of you, okay? If you don't, and you moved on to this video without downloading it or printing it out, stop this, go below this video. It's below this video. It's below the last video, the link to this document, okay? This document's everything. It's going to be referenced all the way through all of these videos, okay? So once you have that, you're going to see here at the top, these first couple points is what we went through in the last video of designing what your giveaway is.
Next, you want to decide on your setup, okay? So there's three different scenarios depending on what situation you're in. If you are absolutely brand new to gym launch, a new gym, Lord, you might not have even fully gone through onboarding yet. Maybe you don't have high level, a high level account, or maybe you don't even know what that is. Totally fine. If time is of the essence to get started with this play and start making some money and you don't have a week to wait for high level, we don't want to let that stop you, okay? So option one is for you, if you don't have high level, you don't have a phone number that's provided by gym launch and you really have no tools, you just need a method to make money. This orange option option number one is going to take you through how to do this play without any fancy tools.
Okay? So then be a future video explaining exactly what that means. Option two is if you maybe have high level, you know what it is, you set it up, you got in there, you have a login, but maybe you don't have an active phone number yet, so you could be maybe two to three weeks in. If you're having any issues with phone numbers, it's not working yet, we couldn't get it approved for whatever reason, but you do have access to high level, then this option two is for you, okay? There's going to be some features that you can use in high level to make it a little bit easier, but you still need to manually send texts. There's no fancy automations, okay? So if that's you, then do option two. Okay? And then lastly, if you are over two to three weeks in, you know, have access to high level, you know, have an L working phone number and you've used it to call or send texts through, then you can really get fancy.
Your life could be super easy and you can go through this option three, a lot more steps in option three, but it's a lot more effective and going to make your life a lot easier after all the setups done. Okay? So it'd be perfectly clear if you're going to do option one. You only have to watch the videos in section one, okay? Don't go into anything in two or three, okay? Same thing for option two and option three. Only watch the videos in that section. You might even see some repeat videos in each of these sections. That's on purpose. So choose your scenario, go through option one, option two or option three, and then once you're done with that folder, then move right on to the sales section, social media promo, and so on, right? It's just the setup option that's going to be separate.
The Scholarship Application (Google Form)
All right, guys. This is a quick training for those of you that want to run the scholarship, play that right now in this moment, don't have access to high level. If you're a brand new client or you're having some kind of issues getting a high level account, we want to make sure that does not stop you and you can still run with this play, okay? I know times of the essence for some of you guys. So instead of using high level at all, using the landing pages to collect applications or using the pipeline, we can go down to the basics and we can just do away with all of that and make this super simple for you. So in a future video, we're going to go over to the text messages and all of that, but to collect applications, we're going to use Google Forms, okay?
Completely free. It's not going to cost you anything, and we're going to make it super easy for you. Okay? So below this video, there's going to be two links. One link is to create a copy of what you see in front of me right here, a Google form application, and then the second link is to Canva. Now, if this is the first time you're hearing of Canva, it's a free, basically designing website that you can create images, flyers, headers, anything you'd like to, it's completely free. So back to Google Forms. This application that you're going to see is basically an exact replica of what you saw in high level in the last video, okay? So when you click on that link, it's going to create your own copy that you own, nobody else. So you can absolutely make changes to this form as much as you'd like.
Okay? Everything is editable. You can remove the template, you can change the subheader information, and then you can read through all the questions. You can see the red asterisk here means that it's required. So we're going to require first name, last name, phone number, what are your goals and why should you be chosen to win? Okay? And then you have the nominate questions. Who would you like to nominate? What's the phone number? Y? And then acknowledging that we're going to reach out to that person. Okay? So you can absolutely remove any of these or edit any of these or add any more questions. It's pretty easy to use. But a couple of things to point out here. One, this header, so you can't edit this header, so click on that Canva link below. And what it's going to do is open up a page that looks like this.
You'll be able to use template, and you're going to open up inside of your own Canva. If you haven't ever used Canva, no worries. It's going to just prompt you to create a login completely free, and then it's going to load that template it for you. Okay? It's going to look like this. It's going to have all the tools, and then this is where you're going to be able to edit the text. So you could switch out the gym name with your gym if you want to get fancy and add any other images or colors or your logo or anything, totally can. And then once you are happy with how it looks, then you could just simply export it. And so click on share, and then down here, download. You, hit download, and it'll save it as a file
To your, okay, so once you have a file on your computer that looks like this, then you can simply upload it to this form to make it customized to you. Alright? Easiest way to do that is right here, customized theme. And then you can change the font. You can change the colors. So right now it's yellow. You can change it to any of the colors. And then this header image, this is where you can remove the header and then upload the file that you just created, and you'll see it here. Okay? So that's going through and customizing it. Now, the most important thing is you have a direct link to share when you're promoting it and when you're getting it out there. So the easiest thing to do there is hit send and then hit this little link tab. And then instead of having this really long, ugly link, you can just hit this checkbox and it's going to shorten the link for you.
And then this, you want to save this somewhere that you're going to remember to access it. That's going to be the link that you want to include in all your promotions to get the word out there. And here's what it's going to look like. So if I'm a lead and I want to apply to the scholarship, and I click on the link, it's going to look like this basically exactly the same, but I'm not going to be able to edit anything, right? I'm going to go through and I'm going to put in my first name, my last name, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Hit submit. And then you're going to get a response in your access here, since you're the owner, you're going to be able to see responses right here. You're going to see who responded and all the different information from each question.
Alright? It's going to be entry by entry. You're going to have nice reports that you can look at if you want to get really fancy. If you're used to using Google products like a Google Sheets, then you can absolutely click link to sheets and create a spreadsheet if that's just easier for you, you can totally do that. There's the spreadsheet. You can see all of the questions are auto populated here. And then each entry is going to have a timestamp. And these text boxes are going to be filled out in real time as the entries come in. Okay? So here's a really easy free for you to gather nominations and applications and have things relatively custom and easy to use.
SMS Overview (No HighLevel)
All right, guys. In this video, we're going to go over the SMS overview. So we're going to take the scholarship play and we're going to go over the text script and make sure that you have a way to send text messages since we can't use high level. So below this video, again, there should be a link to a couple different things. First of all is your checklist. So first up here, we want to identify a text method, okay? You're going to have to send text messages to these applicants in various times throughout this play. We want to make sure that you have a tried and true way to send text messages. Okay? Easiest and simplest, use your cell phone, right? If you just want to manually send text on your cell phone or have your team use your phone, or maybe you have a cell phone that's dedicated to the business, cool.
Just use that, right? If you have another CRM that you're already familiar with, you know how to upload contacts into that and send one-to-one. Text messages. You can use that as well. Okay? If you are against using your cell phone, or maybe you don't even have a cell phone and you do not have a way to send text messages to leads, there's two different recommendations. You can use Google Voice and it looks like this. Alright? There's going to be a link below this video for you to click on and then sign up for Google Voice Number. Both these options that all be going over are extremely cheap, depending on the volume of text messages that you send. It could be 10, 20, $30 a month. Okay? So Google Voice is option number one. If you're familiar with Google products, very, very easy to use and set up.
You should be set up within a day or so, okay? It'll just be as simple as adding a contact and sending a message to the phone number and then typing up your message. Both of these options also have apps on your phone. So if you don't have a computer and you need to use your cell phone to send messages, but you don't want to do it through your personal cell, you can absolutely download these apps and send texts, and they're going to be very, very similar to sending a personal text, but it'll be a new number. Okay? So you have Google Voice to use, or if you're against that for whatever reason, you can use Haymarket. Haymarket is a pretty similar price, maybe slightly more expensive, but still in the grand scheme of things cheap. You could see here a standard plan is 19 bucks a month. So it's really just that plus some SMS credits. So you can start with a free trial if you're looking for an option. Either of these are fantastic choices, super reliable. So once you do find a text method, whatever it may be, then you want to familiarize yourself with what is the scripts we're going to be using. So in this document, there's going to be a link to the SMS script. You're going to go ahead and make a copy, and then just a quick overview of what to expect with the text messages.
It's a couple different points. So first of all, as soon as the lead applies for the scholarship and you gather information, you didn't choose a winner yet, or you're just gathering applications, you want to reinforce that decision and make sure they didn't just opt in as some kind of bogus business.
So this is framed as an automatic text, right? You can send it manually, but it comes across as an automatic text. Just thank you for applying to win hour. Customize it for whatever the title is that you're choosing someone from. The team will be reaching out shortly if you're picked, right? So it reinforces they could be a winner, it's real, they should get excited about it. Reply y, this is the best number to reach you. And then you sign it with a professional signature. The reply why is important, because then you'll get some positive reinforcement. You'll reply why? You'll know that number's legit. You know that person's very likely to respond if you reach out, if they actually win, or if you reach out to them for that partial scholarship. So that's important. That's done immediately. Then if you get a nomination from somebody, if somebody submits a referral or a nomination in that form, then you want to reach out to that nomination immediately as well.
Okay? So you say, Hey, contact first name, you've been nominated by the person that submitted the info for a chance to win hour. And then put in that custom title apply wise. So it's the same call to action, and then same signature. Alright? So you're going to get wise too, but then this one's a little bit different. You're going to send that first message to a nomination, and then you're going to send immediately a second separate text that says, fill out this application for a stronger chance to win. And then you're going to put that link there for them to fill out an application themselves, and then they could possibly submit a nomination as well. So really just spiderwebs your referrals, and then as soon as you announce the grand prize winner on that Monday, immediately after announcement, then you want to reach out to everybody else saying they want a partial scholarship.
So here's that text of, Hey, after reviewing the applications team and I have decided to award you a partial scholarship. Now, when you're sending out this text and you're nurturing them, we're going to go into this a little bit more detail, but there's some tips here on how you go about the conversation, keeping it brief, make sure they have a time limit and they need to come in to get the details. And then we're going to go through the appointment reminders in a future video. Okay? So keep this document handy. You'll be able to access it, but make sure that you have a way to send texts and that you prepare. And once you launch this play and you're gathering applications, there's going to be a couple texts that you're need to keep top of mind to nurture these. Keep them hot so that when you, on that Monday, send out that text for all of the partial scholarships, you're going to get a really hot reply rate.
HighLevel: The Scholarship Application
What's going on guys? In this video, we're going to go over high level and how to make edits to the landing page that you're going to use to gather applications for the scholarship play. Alright, so sharing my screen here. Here is high level. It's going to be similar to what you see inside of your high level. What you want to do is you want to follow along with this video and make the edits where I point out, okay, you want to make sure that the landing page is on brand to you. You're putting your logo in there, you're putting your gym name in there. If you have a specific name of the scholarship play, if you have a specific value, length of time, you want to make sure that you customize that inside of the landing page because everybody that is applying for this giveaway is going to go to that landing page.
So this is going to be your main tool that you're leveraging to make this place successful. So you want to make sure you put a little bit of time into it to customize it to your brand. So follow these steps. You want to make sure that you open up high level and then go to sites on the left side menu here. Make sure that you're in funnels. And then you're going to see here, it's going to be a trophy. Everything in high level that has to do with the scholarship play is going to have a trophy here to make it easy for you guys to see it. If you have a bunch of funnels in here, you can also search in the search bar, scholarship play, and it should come up if you click on that and open it up. You're going to have three pages here. Alright? The structure of this lending page is one, the simple application. Hey, let us know who you are and why you're applying for the scholarship, why you think you deserve it, why you think it should be picked. Once they submit that form, boom, they're going to get added to a second landing page, which is, Hey, two x, your chances to win by nominating a friend. So this really gets referrals top of mind for every single applicant.
And then lastly, once they nominate somebody, then they're going to get a general thank you page saying, Hey, you're registered for a chance to win and we'll be reaching out to you on this day, this time, right? So here's what you want to do. First, you want to go into the landing page here and you want to hit this little edit button, and then it's going to take you into the landing page builder. This is relatively simple to use. You could really just click anywhere. You can see here how it says Glass and berry kickboxing. You can click that and change your name, A, B, c, fitness. So change it to your name. If you have a different value other than 5K, by all means, change the value to whatever you'd like. If you want to change the title, change the title on the right hand side here. You have the spacing if you want to change the alignment, if you want to change the font size, change the color. It's all pretty straightforward for you guys. We also have a timer here that you guys can use, and if you click on this, then you'll know the time that this should end.
So you can make it the real date at midnight on Sunday night or Monday night, whatever you guys want. So the timer is true, and it will count down until you will not take any more applications right now. You can add logos here as well. If you get this little plus icon here to add elements, then you can go down to images here and you can drag an image wherever you'd like. And then you can put your logo right here by clicking on the box. And then here's the image. You just hit this little file button and it'll open up the files. Okay, and then the last thing to point out here, if you scroll all the way down, here's a whole section of testimonials with another button on it, and then gym name at the bottom here. So you have another timer, another button.
And then if you want to switch out any of these testimonials or if you want to delete them, by all means, delete them or switch 'em out with your custom before and after pictures or testimonials. By all means, add all of that there. Once that's all done and you're happy with how it looks, you can hit this little button and preview how to look publicly. Don't worry about this. If that pops up, you could just cancel it and then open it up again. And then this is what the page will actually look like to the public. If you're happy with how this looks, then you can go back here and hit publish and save, and that will save all your results.
Now, one other thing to point out here, if you want to make any edits to this form, I would not suggest it because there are some automations, there's some things that we're capturing here for a reason that we're working into the campaigns and the automations inside of high level to make sure that everything's organized for you guys specifically tracking the nominations, who's nominated, who applied and working all of that into a pipeline for you guys. But I will show you, if you do want to maybe change the questions that are being asked or maybe the way that we're asking them, you can do that by again, make sure you save this.
You can do that by going to, again, sites right here, going up to forms and going to form builder. And then from here you're going to have two forms. One is going to be the application form that is on that first page for every person to apply. And then the second one is scholarship play nomination. That's on the second page asking people to nominate who they want to win. So just going through here really quickly, just so you understand what's happening is I'm an applicant. I want to apply to win the grand prize. I'm going to put in my first name, last name, email, and phone so that you can contact me. I'm going to explain what my goals are so that you have that information to be able to
Pick a, why should you be chosen to win the scholarship. Again, same thing, just to know more about this person and then were you nominated by someone to apply? And then I would put in the name of the person that nominated me. This one's pretty straightforward. Now, the second nomination form right here is if you could nominate one other person to win, who would that be? If they're selected, you'll both win the grand prize. So I am the person that applied, but then I need to think of somebody else that I want to nominate. So I'm going to put in their first name, their last name, their phone number, so I'm putting their phone number in on behalf of them. And then what is my reason for nominating that person? And then what is my name? So we can capture here in two different forms.
The person that is doing the referring and the person that referred, and then this statement down here makes it all very clean that, okay, I acknowledge that this person that I'm putting in this form will be aware that I nominated 'em, so it's not going to be a secret, and that they will be reached out to by the gym to confirm their phone number. So this just ties everything together very nicely that I'm nominating this person. I'm aware that the person that I'm nominating is going to know that I'm nominated them, and then I'm also giving permission for the gym to reach out to that person and basically name drop the person that did the referring so that it doesn't catch them off guard. We found that's a really good way so that nobody's caught off guard. We get a pretty good reply rate. People understand what's going on. I will further explain the text that we are going to get sent out when we go through the campaigns inside of high level in a future video. Alright, so last thing I want to show you guys is just how to edit the form. If you're on the scholarship play application and you want to edit the form, all you need to do is click inside the text box. If you want to change this to something else, you click on the text box. Then right here is the way that you edit the form.
Same thing here. If you want to change what are your goals to something else, what are your fitness goals? Then you can change it right here in the text box and then it'll change it there. But again, I would recommend really keeping all of these fields in place, but if you want to change the way they're being asked, by all means, you can do that. Again, just hit save and everything will save. Alright, I'm not going to save this, and that is everything You need to update the forms and update the landing page. One other thing, the domain. So the domain is the link that you're going to want to capture to use for all your social media posting. So what you want to do is, again, go back to sites and funnels, find that scholarship play application, and then you want to go into settings, depending if most of you should have a domain
Already linked to your high level, almost all of you should. So when you go to this part, there should be a domain that you can pick from if it's not already selected. So go ahead and select that domain that you're using and then this path here, you want to edit that to be something that makes sense. It might have just some random numbers and letters after it by default, but you can definitely change it to something like scholarship play application or scholarship application. And then once that's done and that's saved, which you can save by this button right here, then you can go back and grab that link. You can do that by clicking on this gear actually right here. Once that domain is live and your landing page is published, hit this little button here that says view page. It'll open up it. You should have your custom domain right here that you can copy and paste, and then use inside of high level in the custom field that we'll go over in the future video as well as your social media posts. Alright, so this is the most critical part, right? To wrap all that up, make sure this landing page looks good, all three pages, make sure it's all exactly as you want it to be. And then once that's done, link the domain and then find that domain right here, copy it, and just don't lose that. Distribute that to your team. Put it in as many places as possible because you're going to want to reference that throughout the entirety of your four day campaign.
