Add a meal plan

Okay, let's begin attaching a meal plan to a client. So we're going to go here to the side, click clients. We'll bring up the lovely Tina Turner who's in the six week Challenge. As we can see, we're going to open her account. Everything's great here. Then we'll click over here to meal plan. Very simple. You see, there's no meal plan. We can attach a meal plan. Let's start. Let's go into the downloads. Let's grab a meal plan open, and if you want to change the name of that Tina's plan, life is good. Now, Tina knows it's hers specific to her, and very easily we have Tina's plan uploaded into her trainer eyes and she'll be able to see it just like this, right in the app.

Creating and adding people to groups

Okay, now let's look at creating and adding people to a group. So you'll notice here on the side it has groups. We're going to create a new group, likely be the name of your gym, six week challenge,

And any icon that you want to use. Life is good. Who can post in this scenario, you want everybody posting so they can all help to create the best group inside where everybody is communicating and a lot of hype happening. So once we add, we have our group here. Then you can click on the three dots. You'll see right here, this opens up the settings. We want to check out what's going on. If you want to be notified for all things here, or if you only want to be notified on the mentions and reactions. Be mindful of that and then you have it. See that it's set to all these things. You may want some, all none is all for you to utilize. If you are doing the workouts in person, then this would not be here because there's no workouts to be done. But maybe they do an additional cardio activity outside, or maybe they hit their daily nutritional goal or their fitness goal, or they're on a habit streak.

Whatever you want to utilize. These will when an individual completes a cardio activity in this case, it will put a notification in here that that happened. We could all cheer that person on. Again, we want everyone to be able to post, save that. From there, this is where you're going to host and put all your individuals in. You can see, you can post emojis, you can post photos, you can attach files, different workouts for things that you want to put in forth, all to be done here. If you want to add a member to this, you can click over here to the members tab and I add a member. So we'll say, let's find Tina Turner. We'll put Tina in here and post a welcome message. Now this is going to tell anybody that was in the group, so as you're bringing in more challengers to help welcome that person so they feel welcomed as well add.

Beautiful. This comes in. We can see that Tina's in here. If Tina had any workouts, anything that was done, you could see that happening here on the summary. And then you can see how a conversation has happened on this side. As I continue to have conversation, you notice that at everyone tab, if I want to address everyone in the group, it's already set up to be there. I just want to talk individually, post different things. I can do that as well, but this is exactly what that's utilized for. So ensure that you're posting regularly in there to keep the hype in the group, keep people moving and enjoying the process. And you'll find over time that if you keep people that are still a member that have been through the challenge in this group, they will help you address questions as they come up. Someone might ask a question and before you can get to it, somebody that's sitting at work wishing they had something to do is going to answer those questions. I loved having my ladies in my group all the time that would answer the questions exactly how I would answer it before I got to it. So it definitely helps quite a bit.

Messaging Clients (1:1 and 1:many)

Now onto messaging clients. I'm going to click on the messaging tab. As you can see, this is going to bring up all the different messages that are happening. I'm going to add a new message in. I could click on the individual if I want to message one specific individual, or if I wanted to put a bunch of people in here, maybe I want to do Tony the Tiger, and Ari and Tina all at the same time. Very easy, very simple. It's going to send them all to their first name. It looks like it's specific just to them. How was your workout today with an emoji, because everybody loves emojis. There we go. Then we send that out. That's going to go real time out to each individual, but once I click enter, and then you'll notice it's being sent out so they won't see the word first name. They will see it if I click on individually. Looks like it was sent just to me. How is your workout, which is very great, very easy to see and how we want to make use of this. So if you're doing it for individually, I could go in here and speak to one person, Timmy, great workout today.

Today. Or if I wanted to go to manual and then send out to a bunch of people at the same time, this would be the way that I would do that. You just type in the person's name and they'll begin to come up from here, and then you can send your messages. Hopefully this helps. Talk to you soon.

Default Pre Set Messages

Okay, let's look at the messaging feature that comes auto default. If we go to settings and then auto messages and events. You'll notice it sends a invitation email. If you want to add a parq or a waiver to a custom welcome email, you can go ahead and set that up. Well, by default it is off. It's going to set up the password and fill out the profile. If you're utilizing an e consultation form, this one's set by default to on. You can see what that looks like in the next page here, where it's just going to ask a bunch of questions. What are your goals? What do you exercise regularly? All the things that you need in there. If you don't like that or if you want to adjust it, you can adjust any of those aspects by going into the customized section. It's going to send them a message when they first sign in.

If you customize that, you'll notice what it's saying. Welcome to the family. If you want to adjust this to say what you want, right? This is saying away in every Monday. Maybe you want them to say Every day. Be sure to grab and follow your meal plan. Grab family and friends mid challengers each week, right? Great way to bond. So great things to put in there. If you want to adjust that to make it sound a little bit more like you have the ability when they fill out their first cardio activity, it's going to have messages. Maybe you want to put all of these on client birthday. We look at that. Maybe I don't want it to say, happy birthday. Hope you enjoy your birthday today. First name, beautiful, save, change, adjust. Everything is set up here to allow you to do those things though. This is what happens by default. So go ahead and look at these. See if there's any that you want to adjust or edit or put your own waiver in, or these different aspects you can utilize right from here. So settings, autom, messages and events.

Altering the Default Program

Okay, let's discuss altering the default program. So as you know, if I go into master libraries programs and then scroll down to the in-person, six week challenge, that's what most individuals are using. Maybe I want to adjust and edit something in here. The way to do so is click the three buttons and duplicate the program. For this scenario, we're going to duplicate the program to say Gym name. Gym name. Now this is your program. You can make edits and alter as you see fit. So now that I have that gym name, six week challenge, I'm going to go into the calendar and maybe there was a message I didn't like the way it said, let's go to one great thing this week. I wish it was said differently.

Control edit. And now you'll notice that I just copied that and then I'm going to paste it in here and then get rid of it. And really, I wanted to say, what is one when that happened this week? And add that with a smiley face because everybody loves emojis. Now I'm going to add that in and change it to win one win this week. Very easy, very simple save. And now I've edited and altered the program maybe in this same idea, same concept. I wanted on Saturdays them to walk for 10 minutes. So I'm going to say 10 minutes of walking is always going to happen on my challenge with 10 minutes of walking, and I want that to happen every Saturday for the next six weeks. Now, very simply, I can alter and add a walking program that happens on Saturdays in my six weeks. So you see it's very easy to adjust and shift once you've duplicated it and created it to be your own. So have fun with it. Keep playing.

Adding a Coach

Okay, here's where we look at adding a coach. If you go into the team section, you'll have the summary, client compliance and client engagement. If I'm going to go new, I'm going to create a new one, billy@mygym.com. Billy is his first name. Blanks is his last name heard. He was pretty good. The different roles that you can assign them. Admin would be very much like you as the owner can do all the things from the client side and the payment side. Maybe they just need to be a manager where they can access the payment activities at their specific location and remove trainers at will. Or maybe they're just a shared trainer where they can access client information and client activity from the payment side, or only a regular trainer where they cannot see anything but their personal payment stuff that's happening on their side. So roles will be specific to the individual, what you need them to be.

In this scenario, we'll just call this one a manager. And in this scenario there's only one location, so we're good. Let's add and send the invite. Now we have Billy Blanks as our new trainer. He is a manager, as you can see, unlike Tommy who is only a regular trainer and Billy has no clients yet. We can assign Billy the clients. Maybe there's an issue with Tommy Tiger and we need to do something from that nature. We can click on Tommy Tiger and we can say reassign all clients to another team member. So I'm not really happy, but I want to assign all those clients to Billy Blanks. I can go ahead and reassign them right here from that scenario, since Tommy Tiger is selected. If Tommy had additional workouts that we wanted to utilize as well, we could move those master workouts programs to another team member as well. So a lot of great usage for in here. If Tommy had forgot his password, I can send Tommy a reset link or a new invitation. If I needed to message all my coaches, I can message them straight in here. Same idea. I'm looking for Billy, and I'm going to send Billy a message about welcome to the team, so on and so forth from there. So you have a lot of great ability to handle your coach roster and check what's going on on that side.

Coaching Metrics

Okay, talking about coaching metrics, you can see I'm in looking at the client section, looking at one of the trainers to see what's going on with that individual. Here we can see Abby has her program that just recently ended. We need to get her back in a new program as she's completed a hundred percent of it. The tags that are placed on there, Abby just completed a program. So the things that we're looking at, I can go into the exercise side. I can look just this week that Abby had a great week last week and this week she's still coming through to complete things out. So she has two remaining. She's done two so far, so great compliance on that side. I could shoot her a message to Abby, you're doing a great job. Very easily coming right here and I want to shoot a message to Abby, so proud of you, which is great to see this happen and come through.

If I'm looking at the nutrition, I can see that we're looking at the macro stats and where she's at and what she's trying to do and how she's moving the game forward. So this is great for you to be able to see what's happening if people are hitting their metrics or not on the weight side as well. This is great when they're tracking their stats. So we can see Abby here, who started at 1 63 is now down to 1 56. Good job, Abby. Again, I might shoot her a message just on that if I'm doing anything with payments or activity and engagement. So here we see again Abby sign-ins this week. She is using this thing all day long. She's crushing it. This is somebody that's going to be around for a long time. We like all the abbeys of the world, so it's a beautiful way to get things figured out. Who's doing what? Do I need to have conversation with them or not? Have they flatlined? Do we need to see how to move them forward within their progressions and re-engage them to keep them moving? Hopefully this is helpful. Talk to you soon.

Selling Products

Let's discuss selling products. If you are utilizing this to collect revenue, most people will do it through their current CMS system, but some will utilize train ride for that aspect. You'll go into payments and then to products. As you can see, if you want to add products, remove products, anything that you want to utilize from this scenario, we just set up this year of change program for you to review. So as you can see, it's for the year of change. This is somebody that you've had the conversation at the midway point. They've agreed this is the great idea for them to move forward. You can set this up for this to happen at that point so that they move into the next program. If you are going to have this set up on a fixed date or in a certain aspect, you can change this around as need be.

You'll see in this scenario, this is a $49 a week billed every four weeks. Maybe somebody wanted to have a different price point. Maybe you're two 16 or 2 56 every four weeks, or maybe your $49 every week. Instead. There's many different ways that you can go about setting and adjusting this as you need to take care of your pricing point and set it up from here. If you want to also bring in automations, you can see that there's the ability to put in automations where they get their access assigned to a specific trainer assigned to the program that you have for them. So this would push them right into that main program. And then if you have an additional group, maybe you have a new group for your year of change individuals, you could push 'em into that group as well. So all those things can come into on a beginning procedure, how you want to utilize this and bring this forward. Hopefully this is helpful for you. You are set up and good to go at this point. Beautiful.

When you are selling this, you can do a few things. You can copy the product link and send that to them or send them the checkout link, or you can just go to sell if they're already in here as a client. As you can see, this will push them a email invitation to confirm the purchase, which is great. If you're sitting there with them, check your email, great. Go through, hit the buttons, do all the things. Everything is set up. If their card is not already on file, it will prompt them to put their card on file and put that activity in so that you can start billing that on a regular basis. Hopefully you found this helpful. We'll see you again soon.

Applying the Discount code

Okay, let's discuss setting up a discount code for any need be. Again, we're in the payment section and now we move down into discount codes. So you can see here's a free one, a hundred percent off on all products. Let's build a new one. So I click new, let's say free six week. We are going to make that a amount of $599, and this is going to be valid for the duration of the product, and we're going to limit this to one specific product, and we're going to push it to the free six week challenge. As you can see now, we have this set up limit to one redemption per client. That's fine and redeemed by, if you wanted to have this only on a specific set of dates that you're going to be doing those programs for, then you are set up to have that set.

So here we hit click add. Now we've built that and you have yourself ready to move forward. If I look at this program and product, nobody's redeemed it obviously, but I can utilize this if I am playing with my products. I'll go back to my six week program, which is set for 5 99, and then I'm going to create a discount link, which is going to utilize the checkout link with the free six week, which now generates this as a free program for an individual ways to utilize this in an area to adjust. If you're running free and you want to be able to push somebody to a free program that doesn't require any fulfillment, this would be a great aspect and utilization of that. Then you can just have this code sent to their phone. They fill it out, they get the free program, and you are running and gunning and continuing to work on with your paying clients.

Creating a Master Program

Let's discuss building a Master program. So I'm going to click New program, build New. You could build new, or you could just grab one straight out of the Trainer Eyes Library, or if you had somebody that already built one of your other trainers and you could bring it into your main as well. But I'm going to build it straight from new, let's call it Semi-Private 12 Week. We're going to make that a phase training program. We're going to make that one phase that is 12 weeks long. You could also do two phases that are six weeks long. Same idea, same concept. Ways to play with this. If you want to put progress photos at the start and end of each phase, this is easy to do. In this case, we're saving it to the personal, not the shared. If you need to share it with other people, then it would get shared into the shared one. I'm going to save it from here. Life is good. We have our program ready to start adding in workouts. I'll talk about that in the next recording.

Creating a Master Workout

Okay, now let's discuss building a workout into your program to help make use of this for other individuals. So again, master libraries. We're going to go into programs now and we're going to build a workout in that program. You could build them straight out here. I like to build them in the program, and then I can move them from there. So if I do this, I'm going to go to that program. Now we're set up here. I'm going to go find that one, that semi-private 12 week that I just built. I can see that nobody's in it. That's okay, and I have my training phases down here. You want to add in and put your workout in here. Oftentimes what I'll see individuals do is go to the calendar and put a workout in here, and that can be a pain because it won't allow you to adjust and movement.

It's basically creating one on the fly. You want to do it in the training phase, so I will build a new workout from here. We're going to call it workout one and regular means you're doing a regular style workout. Just simple sets and reps, super sets time, rest, all those things. If I want to build it into more of a circuit where I'm really looking at a cardio circuit, I can go through it that way as well. Or if I'm looking for a pure interval, like a hit or a Tabata where I want it to do a countdown and take them through a guided second by second aspect, then I can go about it that way. For this case in point, we're just going to build a regular workout and make life very easy. I'm going to just toy around here for a minute and showcase how this would work.

In this scenario, I see quite a few things. I really wanted to put ab wheel rollouts in there. This is great, and I want to put that in with some ankle alphabet, so they're getting some work put in between their rest for getting their ab wheel rollouts. Everything looks great from there. Maybe I'm looking for one specific thing, like a deadlift. I can type in the word dead and amazing. Some things start to come up. I'm going to grab this barbell deadlift right here. It's going to do exactly what I want it to do. Now I have a couple things in here. I'm going to go with three sets of 10, and I'm not going to put a rest period in here for this one, but what I am going to do is super set that with the ankle alphabets and he's going to do 30 seconds each side, which will give him a minute rest before he goes back into his ab wheel rollouts. For the barbell deadlift, I want him to do five rounds of 10 to 12 reps, and he's

To rest 90 seconds in between each lift. This is great. If I wanted to add a full rest after this, maybe I really want him to take a two minute rest before he starts the next thing maybe on that next thing we're going to do banded mini leg deadlifts and let's say some kettlebell figure eights. Just for fun here right now I have a circuit that's happening here. We're going to put this together in a little circuit, and we're going to do four rounds of 10 each leg and each leg and 10 each way, and a 32nd rest after each round, so four rounds of that, everything moves together. Now I can save this workout. If I wanted to put any additional stuff warm up, run four, five minutes, I can do that. If I really wanted, I could even put that in the beginning running and say, you know what?

I really just wanted them to get some running in as their warmup first, so we're going to put that five minutes of running in here. There we go. Now I've saved the workouts. We're good to go. If I wanted to place that on the calendar now into workout one, I can say workouts and I want to find workout one and add that to the calendar. Wonderful. As you can see, it's right here, ready to go. The first workout is in, and the start of the schedule will be good to go. Hopefully, this was helpful. Talk to you soon.

Supplement Sales Objection Overcomes

Okay, let's go through some objection overcomes For supplement sales, there are four primary objections that you're going to hit and that are going to come up and they're all really easy to overcome. We're going to walk through each of them and how you can do it. And down link below is the actual document with these scripted out. So you have this, utilize these, train your team on them. It's very easy to do this very easy. So the four are, do I need everything? The second one is price objections. Third one is I want to do it naturally or just stick to foods. The fourth one is, I'm not sure I need to think about it. So the overcome number one for do I need, do I need everything? So the first overcome for this is client says, do I need all of this? The very first one should just be, yes, what flavor do you want?

And the reason for that is you would be shocked at how often pure conviction and confidence overcomes a silly question because it kind of is a silly, they're just asking, do I need all of this? And it's like, absolutely. What flavor do you want? That's overcome? Number one, overcome. Number two is like, but yeah, but do I really need all of this? And it's like, absolutely. I mean, why would I be going over all of this if it wasn't part of the program? And you can use a playful tone here and make sure it's a playful tone. Don't ever be like, absolutely. Why would I be going over all of this if it wasn't part of the program? Notice a difference between that and absolutely. I mean, why would I be going over all this if it just wasn't part of the program? Right? Just do that and then it's immediately, but honestly, you deserve the results you told me about when we change the variables of the program, we change the results.

All you got to do, okay, then you change to a serious tone. So playful tone to serious tone, and then it's finalize it with this. So notice how tone goes up. So let's not change the variables and get you the results you deserve. Fair enough. Done on the budget issue side, price, objections, all this stuff overcome. Number one, client's like, I can't afford this budget is too tight. You're going to say, totally get that. Is budget the only concern? And it's like, yeah, things are really tight. I hear you. So if you had all the money in the world, you would grab everything, right? And they'd be like, yes. And they'd be like, got it. In that case, let's just get you what you absolutely need. Just the essentials. So protein and recovery are non-negotiables, keyword here are non-negotiables. We have to fuel our body and the energy is fundamental to getting the most out of your workouts.

So let's just start with those. You can always get more later. Fair enough. Super important to say, you can always get more later. Cool. Overcome number two, I can't afford this. Budget is too tight. Okay, totally get that. Well, we both want you to get the results you deserve, and if we change the variables of the program, we change the results, right? So if you do half now and half later, can we make this work? Clients like I can do half. Yes. Cool. Perfect. Based on your goals, let's start with energy, protein, and recovery. Next week on payday, we can grab the other two. Fair enough. Cool. Use the card on file, go through it. Okay, next one is, I just want to do this naturally. Okay, so overcome number one, client's like I'd rather just do this naturally

Without all this. Coach is like, oh, a hundred percent my fault. I sometimes talk too fast, right? I get to talk in way too fast sometimes. Totally understand. These are just food products without the calories. For example, prestige heat is turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper condensed into a capsule so that we can metabolize stubborn fat without eating three pounds of ginger. That would just literally be way too unreasonable, right? Okay, and does that make sense? Cool. So which option did you want to start with so we can get the best results? That's it. Overcome number two. I'm not really a subs person. Oh, I totally get it. I used to be the exact same way. Then I learned that high quality subs are just food products without the calories. For example, prestige heat is turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper condensed into a capsule. So we can metabolize stubborn fat without having to eat three pounds of ginger.

That would just be terrible, right? Does that make sense? Cool. So which option do you want to start with? So we get the best results, right back to it, right? Number four. I'm not sure I need to think about it first. Overcome. Super simple. I'm not sure I need to think about it, coach. Yeah, totally get it. What's your main concern and have a genuinely curious tone here. If someone's like, I already have X brand, here's the overcome. Well, I already have X brand of protein, then you're like, totally get it. I still have a closet full of things I've never used either. I think we all do, right? But just to be a hundred percent clear, you're still a hundred percent serious about the goals that we just talked about, right? Client's like yes. Okay, cool. Then we a hundred percent should do this program as it was a hundred percent designed.

Because if we change the variables of the program, we change the results, right? Okay, cool. So let's not change the variables and get the results that you deserve. Good. Okay. Another one would be delayed payments or stalls, right? So I can't do this until Friday and it's like totally get it. Is budget the only concern client's like, yes. Got it. I hear you. So if you had all the money in the world, you would grab everything, right? You, yes. Notice how we're going back and we're hitting them with, they still believe in the products and they would actually grab everything. So we're trying to isolate it to it's actually the budget. Because if they came back and were like, no, not everything, then it goes back to the variables of the program. Then it goes back to understanding and trying to get the best results.

So then you say, got it. In that case, let's just get you what you absolutely need. Just the essentials. So protein and recovery are non-negotiables. We have to fuel our body and the energy is fundamental to getting the most out of your workouts. So let's just start with those. You can always get more later. Fair enough, right? Super easy. There's no other really objections overcomes besides these. This is it. And so you can use these. Have your team trained on these, whoever's doing nutrition orientations, make sure you have these ready to go. Use a document down below with these overcomes. You'll notice they're extremely simple, they're very easy to do. Most of the time it's smokescreens and it's very easy to overcome these because the client has already paid you a lot of money and they trust you. And by your conviction in both the overall program, which includes this will number one, make this really easy to overcome. And these are most of the time, like I mentioned before, smokescreens. So you can just overcome them using these scripts right here.

Intro to the 60-Day LTV System

What's going on guys? My name's Brent and welcome to the 60 day LTV system. Let's start with the introduction. So this system was in development for 15 plus months and it was proven to cut, turn in almost half, double the lifetime value of the customer, increase referrals, get better in team engagement, increase positive reviews, and turn chaos into order. This is a simple, repeatable system to solve the ongoing abstract problem of creating community and culture in your gym permanently. It balances familiarity and freshness, disguising repetition so that your members are always engaged while the team is always under control. Most of you have already or will soon install what we call the six horsemen of retention into your gym. Things like weekly attendance, reach outs, handwritten cards, internal challenges, social events, and exit interviews. This 60 day A LTV system is an entirely new dimension.

The six square minute of retention is tasks for each client during their individual journeys. 60 LTV system is for tasks for the community as a whole. Two sides of the same retention coin. Now let's look at the calendar. Let's look at this system. So you have a calendar from January to December, 2024. What we do is we're going to break up cycles. So one cycle consists of two months. So cycle one is January and February cycle two is March and April and so on and so on and so on. So there's six cycles across the entire year, two months per cycle. So let's dive into one of the cycles You have, January and February. January is going to be an on challenge month. February is going to be an off challenge month. Okay, we're going to call this month A for January and month B for February, month A is on challenge month B is off challenge.

Alright, now let's look at month A framework. Each challenge each month a should be four weeks long. You should choose between either a free offer or a free with supplements offer. Each of these challenges should have a certain theme or wrapper, the season, the holiday. You should have alternating individual and team structures and have multiple ways to get points and win. So weekly challenges, pop-up challenges. Throughout this challenge you should include challenge prizes and giveaways. And at the end of it, you should have a challenge party. Alright? Now you should do this six times a year, which with each challenge being slightly different, you can see red carpet challenge in January, March madness in March, bingo in May. Some are slam in July and so on and so on.

Then every month a following that framework, simply switch out the specifics and run it again in 30 days. Alright? Now what about the B months? These are the off challenge months. B month framework looks like this. You have social posting contests, you have theme weeks, you have paid specialty classes, social events, 14 day hype leading up to the next internal challenge and a seven day referral blitz leading up to the next internal challenge. Alright, now that might sound like a lot month A, all of those list of things, month B, all of those list of things and to level with you, it absolutely is a lot. But the good news is that we've already paved the way for you with this 60 LTP system. Lemme show you what it looks like. So here's the calendar. This is the calendar for June, 2024. What we do is we lay it out for you already, right?

So social media contests should always be the first week of the month, the first full week because following the last internal play, okay? So we're going to call it selfie sweaty sweepstakes. The next one, week two, you have a theme week. So we're going to call this summer theme week, and we're going to already lay out all the individual days. You have musical Monday, tie dye, Tuesday, wacky Wednesday, throw back Thursday, Hawaiian Friday, and Sparkle Saturday. Alright, we're going to throw in the chaos class. So that paid specialty class, we're going to put it on the 15th. We're going to plan out the July internal play hype week where you can get promo out to your members and then also schedule out the referral blitz the last week of June leading up to July. Alright? And then we're going to throw in a meetup event is strategically placed on the 22nd, which is right in between the hype week and that referral blitz so that when you get plus ones to the event, you can sell them in the referral blitz and get them signed up for the next challenge.

Now, there's also promo that goes with all of these, so we've scheduled all that out for you as well. So those are all the events in promo leading up to the chaos class, we have all the posts leading up to the sweaty selfie sweepstakes. We have everything for the theme week, everything leading up to the meetup at the social event, and then all the hype and the referral bls, as well as everything else that you need to get promo out there right now. This looks like a lot as well, right? This is how in the world am I going to get all this done? Here's the secret in this calendar, this is built in a spreadsheet. Every single one of these posts, texts, emails, announcements, you simply click on it and it opens up an entire template document of that specific category. So for example, that green is free cash.

Fridays, you run that every Friday. You don't need to think about what the post is. We have it all built out for you. So every announcement, text post are already written and they're completely ready to be copy and pasted and customized. So we have free cash Fridays, we have chaos class, we have theme week, we have sweaty selfie sweepstakes, social events, in class announcements, and Sunday morning newspaper. Alright? We're going to go into depth into all of these different categories, but I want to put this together, this training for you to understand that we already built the calendar, scheduled everything out, and also wrote every post and every

Announcement. It's all done for you. And here's what to look forward to, depending on when you're watching this video. 6, 5, 24. We're going to release cycle four for June and July, July and August. Okay? The next month we're going to release cycle five, which is September and October. The next two months we're going to release the next two months and so on and so on and so on. Okay? So depending on when you're watching this video, we might have already released some of these or all of these, or maybe you just caught us in the beginning. Either way, know that you'll have an entire year laid out for you so you don't have to worry about it. You could rest assured doing the things in your gym that you have an army behind you that is already tackling the next 60 days. So here's the next steps.

Watch the training. Watch the sections called Communication Channels and understanding the elements. Then you need to skip to the training on whatever specific month you're preparing for. If you're watching this in June, then look at the July and August training. If it's January, look at the February and March training and so on. Alright? Just dive into that specific calendar so that you're ready and prepped for when that comes up. Alright? Follow the system consistently and watch as your members stay for longer and longer, creating social media content for you. Testimonials and tour afterpics and driving referrals.

Set up ( Communication Channel)

All right guys, let's go over the communication channels that are necessary for the 60 day lifetime value system. Alright, this system's going to have two main communication channels, a k, a ways to get word out to your members about what's happening. You have one, a private Facebook group, two in gym communication. Alright? First, if you don't have a private Facebook group set up yet, don't worry. In the next video, we're going to go over that in depth. It's going to be absolutely critical to get that set up. Second, you're going to need to set up your system for in gym communication. This isn't tech heavy at all. It's not going to use high level, it's not going to use automations. It's not even rarely going to use text message or email. It's old school, but it's extremely effective. You're going to need six things for this.

First, you're going to need two calendar dry erase boards, $27 each on Amazon. The links below this, or you can go to your local store and buy it for cheaper. Okay? Here's the key thing. We're going to get two calendar dry erase boards. One is going to be used for this month, one's going to be used for next month. So as you schedule out all of these different events and weeks and competitions and challenges, you're going to have a physical whiteboard somewhere that's very high traffic area, right in your lobby, right in your main workout area, somewhere where most of the eyeballs of your members are going to see these. Okay? If it's not there every day, it's not going to be real to them. Alright? The main person you want to communicate this to are the people that are actually coming to class. Okay?

Those are your cheerleaders. So I know it's old school. I know it might not be enticing to people. Maybe you have bad handwriting, maybe you're not super creative, but this is absolutely critical to get two of these whiteboards and then have yourself or have somebody else at the beginning of the month. Write all of it out. Use fancy colors, be fun, get creative, and make it look crazy so that anytime a member is walking into your gym, they see man, they have a bunch of stuff going on this month and oh look, even next month they have a bunch of stuff going on so that when one month is over, you can simply take that calendar off the wall, you can erase it, and then you can write all the stuff down for the next month. So at any given time, there's always this month and next month up on the wall full of events.

Second thing is a dry erase easel. This should be standing, this should be some kind of easel, so it's on the floor that you can move around. You want this to be, again, in a high traffic area in the lobby, and this is going to be updated weekly. So you have your calendar system where it's going to have the next 60 days laid out for somebody, but you also want to have a little bit more of a snippet of what's up and coming for the next seven days. What's right around the corner. They need to keep top of mind. You want to have that for that specific purpose. Alright? So you can grab that on Amazon for 50 bucks or again, I'm sure you can get it for cheaper at your local store. Alright? And the last thing you need are three clipboards. Alright? There's an Amazon link below for a six pack. For 11 bucks

I, there's three different purposes you need these clipboards for. And again, we're going old school, we're going physical, it's going to be in the gym. Alright? Super easy to use. Clipboard one is going to be for in-class announcements. Alright? So we're going to go into more depth in a future video, but you're going to have a physical clipboard in your workout space that you or your coaches, whoever's teaching class is going to get in the habit of looking at that clipboard before and after every single class that they do and physically say to the class the different announcements that are going on. Okay? That's going to be absolutely critical. Second thing is have a clipboard in the lobby for member referrals. This is going to be a critical step in the free class. Friday plays free cash, Friday plays. Again, we're going to go into more depth in a future video about that, but that's going to be critical to have on the wall somewhere in the lobby that if I'm a member and I want to refer, the easiest way for me to do that is to go on that clipboard, write their name down in the phone number, alright?

Super easy. It's not intuitive, it's just there in your face that nobody has to be tech savvy to do. And then third, have a clipboard at the front desk for members to sign up. There's going to be different events, different classes, different challenges that people are going to have to sign up for. And again, you want to make extremely easy and frictionless for them to sign up. No better way to do that than a pen and paper at the front desk where they go over there and they write their name down. Alright? So click on the Amazon links below, go to your local store to pick them up asap. All the events in the system won't matter if none of your members know about them.

Set up a fb group

All right, let's dive into the Facebook group setup. So before we get into the challenge itself, one thing that we're going to want to make sure that you have is a Facebook group because it makes it easier for you to be able to contact your clients, get their attention as well as your prospects. So here's what we're going to cover as we go through this. We're going to talk about why you need a Facebook group and then how to create one in this video. So everyone is fighting for your clients and prospect's attention. And the company that is able to capture more of it will win now and forever, as long as you're in business. And Facebook groups are a free and easy way to capture and maintain your client and prospect's attention. In a very busy world, we have, I know for myself and my gym, we use this.

I know countless gyms in our million dollar gyms and our most successful ones have groups where they manage the attention of their clients and they cultivate a better community within that group. So here's a couple stats that should make this decision very easy for you. If you don't have one already, there are 2.9, 2.09 billion daily active users on Facebook across this is worldwide, 2.09 billion. Most social platforms are trying to get to a billion total users, and Facebook has doubled that in daily active users. And here's a crazy stat for those of you in America, 70% of the total population of America is on Facebook. That's huge. That is massive. So you walk into a room, there's 10 people in the room, seven of 'em on average will be on Facebook. And the other thing is it's free. It's a part of everyone's everyday life. That is why having one group for both your clients and prospects is an incredibly effective way to build a stronger community and get free leads and referrals.

So I highly suggest it. Now, it takes work to maintain it, but I guarantee you it will not only help your business grow, but it will help your business, your clients, be able to have better access to more information, stay on top of stuff and help you capture their attention. So how do we create a Facebook group? Well, if you have no idea how to do this, let's walk through this real quick. You're going to log into your Facebook account and you're going to click the button with the nine dots, like the keypad looking thing. You're going to click on that. Then you're going to click the group under create. So you're going to go there, click group, and then you're going to pick your group name. You can choose your gym name. You can choose what you call your clients like. In the past, we've had a Facebook group called Gym Lords.

You can use that whatever identity you have, or you can go with something more broad, like whatever your city's name is, like our city here. Where I'm at currently is St. Augustine. It could be St. Augustine's Best Gym FitFam. It could be St. Augustine's Best Fitness Tips. It could be St. Augustine's Best Fitness Transformations. It could be like Mike Ferrera on our team, his is Glastonbury Kickboxing. FitFam. You can do a whole bunch of different things, but the biggest thing here is just choose a name that's going to attract number one, it's going to be easy to find and it's going to be easy for people to be able to understand what it's alright. Next, you're going to pick your privacy setting. Either option works, you can do public or private. It's really up to you. I prefer private personally because you want to get people

To join the group. So it's not a public group. So I personally prefer private like this one here. This is Glastonbury Kickboxing. FitFam. This is a private group. They have 2,500 members in here. That's a ton of members. They allow prospects and clients to be in this. So on the next step, you're going to create a group banner Pick. You can use Canva for this. So just go into Canva. They have templates already. You can just create one. You can use text, you can use pictures, you can use testimonials. I'm a big fan of using your logo and testimonials, but honestly, at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter because you don't want it to be crazy, salesy or anything like that. It's a group. It's for your group, so it doesn't have to be anything crazy. Then you're going to write your description.

Here's an example of a description that is on the Glastonbury Kickboxing FitFam page. So welcome to Glastonbury Kickboxing FitFam. Dig in our gym and want to say thank you. Add your local friends to this group. Again, asking for referrals. We believe strongly in building and uplifting, positive and inspiring community. We pride ourselves in our welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels like family. This is a place to get after your goals. Surround yourself with positive, inspiring people. Get support in a judgment-free environment. Receive motivational tips and tools. Hear from coaches, posts and live videos and so much more. Know somebody who wants to join the fam and rock out in class with us. Send them here to get a free class on us. So now you're automatically, again, you're giving them a free option. They can go to glass and bury kickboxing.com. You put your website in and they're asking for referrals as well as more referrals.

They get a free class, okay? So have that in your description. And now that you have a Facebook group and you've invited a couple people, you're set. If you didn't have one before, you'll use a red carpet challenge to get your clients into the group. So you'll look at the emails, you can adjust the emails if you need to, but you'll add your Facebook link into the emails, your Facebook group, link into the emails, and now you're going to use this to get all of your clients in there. And then from there, every new client and prospect should be added to this group. So if you're working them or doing anything, they get added to this group. And then encourage them to add their friends and family and all this stuff. And to get the most out of this group, just make sure you're consistently posting in the group and making sure that your members and prospects are kept up to date with what's happening in your facility.

If you've gone through our other trainings in the past and you looked at the additional resources in Mighty Networks and you've looked at things like the free, I think it's free Cash or Free Sweat Mondays or something like that, or Friday, sorry, the Free Cash Fridays, this is something that Mike Ferre and his team do. They do it inside their Facebook group every Friday. They go live and they give cash away to members who referred someone. So that's another reason why you can do it, and you can keep 'em up to date on exactly what's happening, what your challenges are going on, and it's just another channel that you can communicate with your clients on. So make sure you get this set up. It's a huge value add for you and your business and will help you grow. And the next one we'll talk about what is the red Carpet Ready six week challenge?

In-Class Announcements

All right guys. Let's talk about the in-class announcements for the 60 day LTV system. Below this video, there's going to be a link to a document that looks like this. Go ahead and click that link. It's going to prompt you to create your own copy. Go ahead and do that, and you're going to have this document in front of you. Alright, in-class announcements is probably the most important thing that you can do in this entire system. If your coaches are not clearly communicating to the members that are physically in your class about what's coming up tomorrow, the next day and the weekend, nobody's going to have any idea what's going on and nobody's going to sign up. Okay? You need to make sure whether it's yourself or another coach, every day, every class before class, and at the end of class is reviewing this document and saying the words they need to say to the members. It needs to be part of your culture. It needs to be absolutely checked on, spot checked and expected from every single one of your coaches.

The rule is to announce all the items on this two minutes before the start of class, and two minutes before the end of class. They're doing it twice because you know you're going to have some people that are trailing in late that missed the first announcements, and there's going to be a call to action. A lot of the times, oh, go sign up for this thing. Oh, put your name down on the clipboard for this. Oh, drop a referral here. You need to give that call to action at the end of class, right? Because their class is over. They're walking out, going past the lobby and going out the door. So if you have something at the lobby right before they exit of that thing to do, it's going to make it that much more effective. The coach says it, they take a couple steps and then they do the thing versus trying to remember 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes after class to do the thing.

They're not going to, okay? So you got to preface it before class, and you have to have the call to action after class. Do it every class, every day, okay? Now, this document is going to have every single day, depending on when you're watching this video, every day, listed out for you of what the class announcement should be, and these are going to be tandem with the calendar that we're going to be going over. Okay? So for example, on a Friday, it's going to have new highlighted here. If it's a brand new announcement, we're close enough to the thing happening in the future that it's time to announce it, right? So it says new here when it's for the first time on this in class announcement sheet. For example, you have sweaty yourself, you sweepstakes here, and then you have the dates, you have chaos class, and then you have the date.

You have a call to action of sign up at the front desk. Free Clash Fridays. This is every Friday, had referrals on the clipboard. This is a very boiled down version you can absolutely add to this. I would encourage you to put in the specifics, put in anything that makes it unique, makes it special, that's specific to your gym, locations, times, anything else that you want the coach to announce. This is a great communication channel for you to add things into, okay? And it should be absolutely expected. The coach does this every single time. Now, if there is, for example, free cash Fridays, you're going to first announce it here, and then you're going to see

It probably for the next seven days or so on this schedule to announce, to get members to remember it's happening, it's happening, it's happening. Then it fades out a little bit, and then it's really sprinkled in there from this point forward. Alright? So I encourage you, you could either print this out and put it on the clipboard, or you can have this be your wire frame, and you can physically write it on the paper, on the clipboard for your coaches to seep it. Either way, this information in some capacity needs to be there every single day without fail. So the coaches get in the habit of saying the words.

Sunday Morning Newspaper

All right guys, let's get into the Sunday morning newspaper. Alright, this is a really good concept and this is supplementary to the in-class announcements. So again, absolutely imperative that your members hear from the coaches about what's going on tomorrow, the next day, that week and the weekend. Every day, every class without fail. Sometimes members get sick, they get in a rut, they don't come to class, but maybe they need a little kick to get back into class. You have all these events, all these challenges, all this fun and exciting new stuff, but if they never get word that it's actually happening, then they're not going to be motivated to come in. Okay? So that's what this solves. So below this video, there's going to be a link to this document. It's going to be our full master template for the Sunday morning newspaper. This is a concept using SMS, and this is really besides prep for an internal challenge.

This is the only time that we'll send texts to our members on a regular basis. This basically replicates the old school. You sit down on a Sunday morning and you read the newspaper just learning about what's happening in the world, what's happening for this next week, just to kind of prep and schedule out your week. This replicates that. So what this does is it's a very simple framework, and you're going to use two things in tandem. You're going to use texts and you're going to use posts on your private Facebook group, okay? First, on a Sunday morning, you're going to post a long bolded list about everything that's happening for that coming week, maybe even the next two weeks, depending on what you have going on. So here is a template that we have for you guys, and you're going to post this pretty much every Sunday without fail.

You can make it slightly different, you can change it up a little bit, but for the most part, it's going to be a list of all the events that are happening for the next seven to 14 days. Alright? Then what you do is after that is posted, then you're going to send a text and it's going to be a text blast to all of your active members. You're going to do this on a Sunday morning, 8, 9, 10, 11 o'clock in the morning, and you're going to send 'em a text, one of two texts, and you're going to go back and forth so it doesn't feel repetitive. One Sunday you're going to send template one. This is going to be a short, brief text with a gold push members to check out the details in the Facebook group. The Facebook group post is going to be extremely long.

The texts are going to be short, okay? Nobody's going to read a super long text. So something like, Hey, member name, it's gym owner name, just, we just released our stacked schedule for June, and I want to make sure you didn't miss it. It's full of brand new events, classes, raffles, all included for you as a member so they don't feel sold that we're giving them something. You can check out the details in the Facebook group here, and then add the link to the post driving people that if they're not part of that group, they get access to that group and then they can see all the other posts that you're going to be posting all week long. Okay? So that's one super short generic text to push the group. The second one is keeping them in text. So happy Sunday, one sheet, quick text, keep this top of mind going into the week. We have a lot going on, and then it is really a simple and short bolded list about all the upcoming events that you have for the next

Seven to 14 days. Okay? This toggle back and forth is going to break up the monotony so you're not sending the same text on the same time, same day, where they end up ignoring it. It's going to be slightly different to keep them interested, okay? So that's going to be imperative to get people that just haven't come to class recently. Maybe they aren't on social media, maybe they aren't part of your Facebook group, and they're still going to be at least once a week included in what's going on. That's going to be enough to get them in the gym.

Summary

All right guys, this video is going to start the A month section. Alright, so in this video we're going to go over the summary, the overview of what a month A looks like. Alright? Now, month A is going to be January, March, may, July, September, and November. Alright, it's every other month. And a month means that you're going to be running an internal challenge, which there's going to be a lot involved in the internal challenge part, and it's also going to be marketing and promo internally to your members two weeks prior to that month. Okay? So this video, we're going to go over what a summary looks like. Every a month is going to come with its own summary. So make sure that you have the summary and you have the checklist that's associated with the month that you're looking to run. Alright, now I'm going to show you guys an example.

So this might not be the exact summary that you're using right now. I'm going to show you the July summary. Alright? So every challenge, every month a should have this document. It's going to have a summary of the overview of the challenge, and then it's going to have a pre-launch checklist of everything that you need to double check all the promo, all the resources, all the scripts, any resources that you need to run the challenge. It's all going to be here in one document for you because you don't have to worry about saving a list of all these digital assets. Everything's right here for you. Okay? So going into your a month, you need to be familiar with what is the name. So this example is Summer Slam, this is the July internal challenge. So you can totally change and customize any of this, but we did it for you to make things easier.

Okay, so this is summer slam, what month? This is going to be for July. Alright, so like I said, you're going to do it every other month throughout the year, and then the month in between are going to be B months, and that's the separate training structure. So each of these a months are going to flip between either being individual challenges or team challenges. Okay? Individual challenges means that the members, the clients individually are going to compete for a challenge. You're only responsible for your own points. With the team challenge, the dynamics a little bit different, a little bit more fun. There's pros and cons to each. But for July specifically, this is going to be a team challenge, meaning that we're going to break up the entire gym community into specific teams with specific rosters, and then that team is going to work together to try to come out on top and earn the most points.

Okay? So make sure you understand the difference there. Entry. So we recommend two different options. You could either do completely free, no strings attached, no fine print, you just participate for free since you're already a paying member. Or you could do free with supplements. Again, this is going to toggle back and forth depending on the challenge. But free with supplements means that, again, entry is free, but we do heavily recommend or almost require you to purchase supplements. One to give you guys a little bit more stream of income, additional income with supplements. Two challenge successes for weight loss especially. And adherence is usually higher when members pay for supplements.

So you don't want to do it every time because you don't want to nickel and dime your members making them pay for something else when they already pay for a membership. But you do want to get the benefits of having your community taking supplements regularly. So this specific example is going to be a free challenge without supplements. Theme week. So we're going to pick summer, since we're in the middle of the summer in July, we're going to do summer theme. So all of the challenges, all the events, all the promo is all summer based. Alright? And then important dates that you guys need to make sure that you lock in before you start a challenge is hype week, which is the third week of a B month. Okay? A B month means a not challenge month. So it's going to be two weeks before the a month starts.

Referral week is going to be that next week. So it's going to be the last week of OB month, one week before the A month starts. So for example, starts in July. So the third week of June is going to be hype week. And then the fourth week of June is going to be referral week and then summer slam. So this challenge is going to be 27 days long from the first to the 27th. And it works out nice because for July the first is a Monday. We recommend everybody start out on Monday since the gym's attendance is usually the highest on Monday and everybody wants to start the week off strong. And then we want a month every challenge to end with some kind of end of challenge party since it's in the middle of summer. Heavily recommend a picnic, but that is up to you guys and you want to log in a date, typically a Saturday or Sunday. This one specifically is a Sunday. Alright, so that is the summary to make sure you guys understand the direction of the specific challenge that you're going with. Make sure that you customize and edit things. If you want to pivot, you guys can do that and make sure it's done early enough. And then in the next video we're going to break down this pre-launch checklist example of what exactly is typically included in a month and what you need to prep.
