Semi-Private Launch Overview

Welcome to the Semi-Private Launch overview. Let's get rocking and rolling. If you're watching this, then you have achieved at least all of the following, you have 150 EFT members. You have 80% gross margins on your sessions, meaning that you have enough people in each of your sessions to make this worth it. You have a dialed in challenge acquisition system or acquisition system, period. You've pulled the price increase, billing frequency, and any other applicable profit levers inside of your business already, and this is really, really important here. You have the space and resources to provide both large group and semi-private training at the same time. You have to be able to do them at the same time. Otherwise this isn't going to work. So you have to have the space to be able to do that. Now in this section, we're going to go over how to launch a semi-private program in your gym, the choreography, marketing and sales process, how to fulfill at scale and how to continue to scale up this program.

Before we get into it, let's cover the basics of this launch. You're going to launch to a select group of current members first. So we're not going to go public with this. This will just be private and only exclusively for a few members. The launch will happen in three stages. Each new stage will increase in price. Once you have launched all stages successfully, you can start using it as an upsell for clients at any point. So you can sell people directly into it if you want to. You can sell them at the three week mark on the challenge, six week, 10 week, 12 week, anytime. It doesn't matter. The point of doing this is to increase both your top line and your bottom line. So the margins around semi-private, when you do it correctly, are way better than large group, and the churn is typically much lower.

So you get a higher LTV. Now, the three stages of the launch will take place over eight weeks. However, the overall fulfillment for each one of the stages will take 12 weeks. So it'll look similar to kind of like this right stage. One week one, four weeks later, you got stage two, four weeks later, you got stage three kicking off. Now, the reason it'll take 12 weeks to fulfill each stage is because you'll be upselling your current clients to a 12 week semi-private program. You're starting with 12 weeks because you want to introduce a brand new program. You want to also charge the right amount. You can do eight weeks if you want to, but my suggestion is do 12 weeks. Now, each stage, your goal will be to sell either eight or 12 people into it with the price for the 12 week program, increasing each stage that your final stage is at close to full price or basically full price.

Okay? So the reason why you want to do eight to 12 is simply because of the number of people that you're going to have in each session. Now, when you think through the pricing for this, we need to design it like a 12 week challenge, not EFT, which means that we need to price higher for the first 12 weeks. So we give ourselves an upsell downsell opportunity. What we found that works best is anchoring this program at basically $5,000, 49 99 for the 12 weeks. And stage one, we'll get it for 50% off stage two, we will get it for 40% off. And stage three we'll get it for 30% off. And stage three, that could be just the full price that you charge. If you want to go higher, if you don't have anybody pushing back,

You can just keep going higher. Okay? Now, if you want to anchor higher, you can, by all means, please do. Don't anchor lower though, but stick to the 50% off for the first group. So make sure it's an unbelievable deal for them. And one point on this, again, is that this is a high ticket 12 week challenge, meaning that you will price accordingly, fulfill accordingly, and convert them to a long-term, semi-private EFT, accordingly. So you're going to follow the same process as a challenge. We're going to meet with them at the halfway point. You're going to convert them into a 12 month agreement, and you're going to be able to bring their price point down. Okay? So when you go to convert them, now you have the ability to do the upsell downsell where you upsell length of agreement from 12 weeks to 52 weeks, and downsell weekly price from anywhere between 2 0 8 to 2 91, all the way down to either one 19 to 1 49. Because the goal of this is not just to sell people into a 12 week program. You want to build a true semi-private EFT program that runs alongside your large group. So when you do this, you'll absolutely smash, okay? With this, not only will you see an increase in revenue, you'll see an increase in profit and an increase in retention when you do this correctly. Cool. So on the next video, we're going to go through the internal launch choreography.

Semi-Private Launch Choreography

All right, let's talk about the launch choreography of your semi-private program. So it's really simple. Each stage will follow the same process. So remember, we're doing three stages of this, and each one will follow the same process. You're going to do two weeks of prep and nurture and sales time. Then you're going to have your nutrition and training onboarding for them just like you would do for a challenge. So you sell them, then you schedule an onboarding. Then you're going to have 12 weeks of fulfillment. You're going to do the conversion meeting at week six, and you're going to do their final way outs at week 12. By doing it at week six, it allows you to have tons of time to convert them into EFT later on. Now, here's what your clients are going to receive. They're going to get 12 weeks of semi-private training.

It's either going to be one on four or one on six. Your choice, it's easier if it's one on four or one on six rather than one on five because you have odd numbers. So you want to try to keep it one on four or one on six. They're going to come in three times per week. They're going to get custom nutrition. This should be truly like custom macros, and I'm going to take you through a very simple way that you can do this. But if you're already doing this for clients and you're well versed in this, you can do it any way you want. But I'll show you a really simple way that you can do this. They're going to have weekly weigh-ins. They're going to weigh in, actually, I mean for you, they're technically going to do daily. If you follow the nutrition that we have set up, they're going to do daily.

But for you, if you want to do custom macros and do it differently, they need to at least do weekly. You're going to have at least one weekly reach out outside of sessions. And then you're going to have three meetings minimums. So you have your nutrition onboarding, your week six check-in, and your week 12 final way out. I highly suggest doing more, but those are the minimums that you're going to need to make sure that this works. Okay? Now, pre-launch work, this should begin four to six weeks out from the first group start date, alright? Depending on how much time you have and what you have going on. But you're going to go through all of the training first. So all of this training first, make sure you understand it. Next, you're going to identify your top a K best 10 to 15 clients and make a list of them.

You're going to print out 10 to 15 golden tickets, and you'll see those golden tickets that we have right here in the lesson, and you're going to get envelopes for each of them, and you're going to put their names on those. So you'll put the golden tickets in there, and you'll put their names on the envelopes. So next thing you're going to do is you're going to print out 10 to 15 NDAs. This is later on in the training, but you can print those out. Number five is you're going to meet with your team and go over what you're releasing, how you're releasing it, how the program works, who will be doing the training, nutrition programming, et cetera. So you want to make sure the entire team understands and that the people that are going to do this understand how this works. You're going to want to make sure your entire team understands, so that if you have classes going on at the same time that they know the organization of it, the structure, who's going where, et cetera. And number six is be ready to start your lead generation strategy two weeks prior to the first group start date. So you're going to give yourself two weeks to be able to go out, market this and nurture this to your current clients right now to do this, when you start two weeks out, what's going to happen? First, you're going to use your coaches or you, if you're

Coaching sessions, hopefully you're not by this point, you should be off the floor, but your coaches will make announcements before and after each session, what's going to say they're going to be heads up. We've been working on a super secret brand new program that is going to change the game here, and we are really excited about it. Here's the thing though. Here's an invite only program for now, and we're only going to be taking eight to 12, however you want. I just put 10 there to start. So if we pull you aside, you've been selected for the program, and we'll get you an invite to meet with you, the owner, okay? Highly suggest meeting with you, the owner or the gm, whoever is the primary person with the positioning and the authority for this meeting. You want to have that person be the person doing the sales, okay?

So you're going to meet with the owner to discuss why we think you're a great fit and how to get started. Nothing else. Keep it super vague. Once they make the announcement, they will then pull people aside that are on that list. So on that 10 to 15 client list, they're going to pull them aside in the class. So make it well known. You want this to be seen as like, Hey, this is a big scene. They're hand selected, pulled aside. Give them their golden ticket in the envelope, and a very vague overview of what the program is. Something like this, right? You can switch this up however you want, but it's like, Hey, Susie, real quick. Joe wanted me to pull you aside and personally invite you to sit down with him or her, whatever, to talk about a new program we're releasing. They've hand selected you as one of the couple people that he wants to do this with.

Now, I can't give you specifics because he or she wants to go over everything with you, but I can tell you it's a new training format. More attention, more personalized nutrition with a ton of awesome perks. Do you want to learn more? So you just let them know, okay, exclusivity. Pull 'em aside in public with everyone. Make sure everyone sees this happen. Okay? Now, once they say yes, okay, then all you do is you're going to make sure that you schedule them. So when they say yes, you're going to give them the golden ticket, right? In the time, date, and place for their meeting. The coach or admin will then schedule them in your appointment scheduling software so they get reminders for the meeting, okay? Try to make sure that we don't schedule them no any more than 36 hours out. We want to try to do it next day, or at worst the day after. And then you just repeat this until you've approached the clients on your list. Now you're announcing it in every session, regardless of if you know that your best client is coming to that session because you want everyone to understand. So this should be done across the board. In the next video, we'll talk about how to prepare your space and what type of space you're going to need.

Semi-Private Space Overview

All right. Let's talk about the space that you're going to need for your semi-private program. So your semi-private program should include barbells and dumbbells at minimum. So you're going to need at least a hundred square feet or nine square meters per person in the session. That doesn't take into account equipment though. So a good rule of thumb is to add another 25 to 50 square feet, roughly two to five square meters per client. So when you're thinking about this, if you have equipment like racks or leg presses or other machinery, you got to take that into account when you think of the space. Now, what does this mean if you have four clients? Well, if you have four clients per session, you would need at minimum, 500 square feet or 46 square meters. Optimal though is going to be 600 to a thousand square feet or 55 to 92 square meters.

The reason why you're probably going to want additional space with this is overlapping sessions in the future so you don't get cramped. But it also is nice where it's not cramped. So if they're paying higher prices and if they don't have to squeeze between stuff, it's better. So you want to try to have optimally anywhere between 600 to a thousand, preferably as much as you possibly can without running into problems with your large group. For six clients per session, you would need 750 square feet at minimum, so that's 70 square meters. Optimal would be 900 to 1200 square feet, or 83 to 111 square meters. Best case scenario is you have a room available for this in your facility, so it's separate, it's blocked off. You can make sure no one goes in. If not, you're going to want to create a specific area in your gym for this.

But it's important that this area is set up so that it's zoned off from the main training area, meaning people can't access this unless they're in the program. So you really want to set the precedent that this is exclusive and only available for the people in the program. You can do this a couple of different ways. One is you can go and get retractable belt stanchions or however you pronounce it. You can get these things. You see it in airport, and you can even get them with different colors. You can get custom ones made, so there's a link down below to Amazon to grab these. You can use these and set this up to rope off your area and have one just little walkway that goes in and out and have it roped off. Highly suggest this, by the way, especially the brighter the color, or if you have your own custom ones with your logos on it, even better.

Okay? Another thing that you can use, I'm not really a big fan of this because it's easy to break, it looks tacky, but if you wanted to, it's better than nothing. You can use barricade tape or caution tape to basically create an area around though if you do go this route, I highly suggest getting custom colors and wording so it's not just bright yellow and saying caution all over it, because then it looks like a crime scene. So don't do that. Another thing that you can do is you can set up your equipment in a way where it blocks off the area for everyone else. So you could just set it up. Maybe you have jerk blocks or equipment, and you back it up into an area where it just kind of creates this space. So you could do that as well. But my favorite is going to be this one right here. If you just do this, you're good. Obviously, best case scenario is you have a room available that is by far the best, but worst case, I would use these and go ahead and block this off. And people are going to

Wonder, what is that? What's that for? They're going to ask questions. It's going to create curiosity and intrigue. So highly suggest doing this. We talked about this, but basically you want to create that VIP experience. One thing that's very, very important with this, if you're going to roll this out, this section is only available for semi-private training, nothing else. So if you're going to start this, you're going all in on this because you don't want to waste space. So you want to make sure that when you set this up, this is built specifically for semi-private. No one else can use it when it's not being used. Okay, completely blocked off. In the next one, we'll talk about equipment and we'll give an overview of the basics that you need for equipment for this.

Semi-Private Equipment Overview

All right, let's talk about equipment. Now. If you already have most of or all of the equipment that you're going to need, great. Don't go out and buy more. Please don't do that. Save your money. Just stack cash. But if you do need equipment, here's what you're going to need, and I will break this down by at least, basically, I'll break it down by worst to best case. So the minimum thing that you should use all the way to best case, now you're going to need lease case. So the minimum thing is you're going to need one squat rack for every two clients. You're going to need one bench for every two clients. You're going to need one barbell for every two clients. You're going to need bumper or metal plates. You're going to need two of each per rack. So you're going to need two 40 fives per rack, two 20 fives per rack, two fifteens per rack, two tens per rack, two fives per rack.

You're going to need dumbbells with a storage rack so they can actually put them on, and you're going to want those from five to 50 pounds. You're going to need rings, TRX or something similar for rows and other things that you want, one for each rack, or you can put 'em on the wall if you want. And then you're going to need resistance bands. So you're going to want two of each resistance needed. You can go to rogue fitness.com. You can go there, you can go on Amazon. But the resistance bands that we're talking about are monster bands like the thicker ones, or you can also use the lighter ones. So you can do a whole bunch of different exercises with them, but I highly suggest getting those. Those are great for pull-ups. Those are great for training kettlebell stuff. Those are great for pulls.

Those are great for shoulder mobility and strength. Highly suggest those. Okay, now optimal, if I was going to start this is I'm looking for one squat rack for every two clients. And I'm also, when I'm thinking about this, depending on my space, I prefer to have an actual cage rather than on the wall. But if you need to put it on the wall, by all means, just put it to where it's a wall-mounted rack. I'm going to want one bench for every two clients. I'm going to want one barbell for every client, every single client, not every two clients. And I'm probably going to want to have two to 3 45 pound barbells and two to 3 35 pound barbells or lighter, depending on the gender split. In this program, I'm going to want the bumper or metal plates. I'm going to want four per rack, so I'm going to want four 40 fives, four 20 fives, four fifteens, four tens, four fives.

And potentially if you want to add more, get two and a halfs. Okay? I'm going to want dumbbells all the way from five to 75 pounds. I'm going to want kettlebells, two of each, two six kilograms, two 10 kilograms, 2 16, 2 22 24. Okay, I'm going to want rings, two for each rack, and I'm going to want resistance bands. Same thing. Okay? Now, medicine balls, you can get medicine balls, you can get a whole bunch of different stuff. If you have other equipment like leg presses and all that other stuff, that's great. That's fantastic. If you have the space to do it, to do it, I highly suggest it will just make the training even more fun and better across the board. One of my favorite things to do with a leg press is banded leg press. So you get the resistance bands banded leg press, it's awesome, but don't go out and buy those things if you don't have the space, don't have the money and it's not a priority. And maybe it's not a priority in your programming. Our suggestion is to always start with minimal equipment and then expand as the program grows. So going and outfitting your semi-private area with the newest and most expensive equipment

Before reached product market fit in your community is a horrible idea. Do not go out and buy super nice stuff or a bunch of stuff until you've actually proven this. And one of the ways you can do this is if you have enough equipment to get started with a couple people like that first group, great. Just sell them first and then you can use the profit from that to then go and buy more equipment that you need. But if you have enough to just get started, great. Sell people first and then use that money to then purchase the equipment. Okay? So please do not go out and treat this as like, Hey, you should go out and buy $50,000 worth of equipment. Please don't do that. As always, you want nice equipment, but if you can find a cheaper, do that. In the next one, we'll talk about the sales choreography.

Semi-Private Sales Choreography

All right, let's talk about the sales choreography of this. It's really simple, right? The biggest thing about this is the positioning. So everything comes down to the positioning of how you position this offer. And good news is it's very, very simple. So during the sales process, remember they are getting handed a golden ticket. They are scheduling an appointment with you. When they show up to the appointment, all you're going to do is you're just going to welcome them into the room or the sales area that you have. And before you get started on anything, you're going to say, okay, Susie, I'm really excited to talk to you about our secret project that we've been working on. It's so secret though, that I actually need you to sign an NDA before we get started because it's something that I don't want to get out to the rest of the community yet.

Cool. Because created this just for you, right? So I don't want anyone to know about this. We good with that? Great. So I need you to sign an NDA. This shouldn't get out. I don't want to hear about this getting leaked to anybody. This is just a program that's designed just for you and a handful of other people. Cool. Okay, great. Have them sign an NDA. Then what you'll do is you'll hop right into the script and begin the sales process. And we have a script. We'll go over the script, but the NDA helps position the program as a top secret, top secret, exclusive and special just to them. And it works extremely well. So use this when you're going through the beta sales process and for each one of the phases. So do it for each one of the phases as you go. And the reason why is it positions it as exclusive top secret. This special thing just for me, can't talk about it. Everyone wants to be in the incl and the in crowd. So it's a VIP experience. Make it that way. Alright, I'll talk about the NDA setup on the next video. Okay.

NDA Setup

Okay, let's talk about the NDA setup. This one's super easy. This will be a two second video. You want to talk to a lawyer as always, just in case you don't have to, but feel free to. However, I just want to let you know that for this type of program, your NDA is for positioning purposes only, and if people decide to talk about it, it's fine. It's totally fine. You're just using it for positioning. So if it's not, like if you have a lawyer that is a client and comes in and is like, this isn't a real NDA, it'd be like, I understand. My goal here is I just want to make sure that we're not talking about it. Okay? Now, there's two ways to get one made. You get one using chat GBT. Just prompt it with this. Create a generic unilateral NDA for whatever state you have, and then just take that, copy it, put it into a document, and you can use that.

Another thing that you can do is also Google unilateral NDA templates. There are a ton of free templates available, and you can just use those. All right? So make sure you get that done. Make sure you're printing out 10 to 15 so you have enough ready to go. When you talk to people, it's also really good, if you remember with the positioning of the NDA. You might talk to 12 to 15 people, but you only need eight, but you don't want them talking about it. So again, it positions it as like, listen, everything that's in this room stays in this room. Okay? Again, positioning is huge on this.

Semi-Private Sales Script

Okay, let's go over the script. Now. It's really important with the script is you've already used the six week challenge by now. You already understand that script. This is a little bit different, but it's pretty much same process as you go through. Just like anything else, you always want to make sure that you find paint. Don't assume just because you gave someone a golden ticket that they're just going to sign up. So when you go through this, you'll notice that we're still asking what are their goals? We're still asking, we're trying to dig for some pain. Why would it be important if they did this? Even though we have the positioning and the authority of the golden ticket, the invitation, the NDA, everything else, we still want to make sure that we always our i's and cross our T's when it comes to the sales process.

Okay? So let's go through this. Hey Susie, so excited to see you. Did you bring your golden ticket with you? Awesome. Okay, let's go ahead and sign that NDA. So you get the NDA set up, you do that whole thing. Alright, so obviously there is a ton of awesome things going on right now here in the facility, and we're super excited about the release of our new personalized transformation program. Now I want to talk to you about that. Okay? Now no one else can know about this. That's why we signed the NDA. This is specifically just for you and a handful of other clients and I think you're going to absolutely love it, right? So what I want to do with this meeting is first check in to see how things are going, establish some goals moving forward, and then we can talk about getting you enrolled into your personalized transformation program.

Sound good? Awesome. Okay, so share with me how have you been? How's your training nutrition been? Walk me through this. Great. If you have, I'm going to stop right here real quick. If you have their previous goals, like why they actually started with the gym, great. If not, cool. Remind me again, what was your goal when you first started with us? Great. And you've been with us for X amount of time, right? Man, time flies. It's amazing. Enjoying it. It's crazy what happens? Cool. So in regards to setting, in regards to getting to your goal, where are you at on that journey? So if you already know, now we can talk about something different. It's like, cool, so we got to this goal now where do we want to go? And then what you want to do is you want to find out some things that have worked really well for them and then you want to figure out what are some things that you'd wish were different.

Okay? So you can find these out and then you just say, got it. So what you're saying is you set your goal, we're halfway there. You found out that eating, figuring out and eating kind of a more free diet helps you a little bit. One of the things that you wish was different is that you had a little bit more attention. Totally understand. Okay, so real quick question on your goal. Is your goal the same or has it changed? Right? If it's changed, what is it now? Why is it important to you? Would you consider it a priority? Why is it a priority? Dig here, find more. Why is a priority? Got it? Now we recap and repeat. So then when you say it's like, does that sound about right? Okay, cool. Lemme be a coach here for a second. What happens if you don't solve whatever problem it is, whatever pain it is, whatever gets to their goal.

How would that affect your family, your kids, your professional career, whatever is relevant to them. You don't have to give them all these options. It's really what's relevant to them. So if I'm talking to a busy professional guy who's a dad, I'll be like, cool. So how's this going to affect if you don't get to this point, you've already seen the progress of what you've made already. If we don't get to end, how is this going to affect you as a dad? How is this going to affect your relationship with your kids, with your spouse, and how is this going to help you in your professional career move forward? Because what you've already seen is you've already seen that you show up better at work and as a leader for your teams and since the transformations you've already had, but now you want to go further and you want to continue to push this because you're a high performer.

You're someone who wants more out of life. So walk me through, how's it going to be if you just stay where you're at? That doesn't seem like something that you want to do. So you're just leading them on to basically follow along with this and then make sure that they're hitting the pain or that you are hitting the pain. Make sense? It sounds to me like you're ready to solve it all. Solve it once and all then good. Great. So what are you going to do? Quick question. What are you going to do when we're able to finally help you get your goal? How are you going to celebrate? Because celebrating is really, really important. Okay, so I want to talk about when you get to that, we need to recognize that we need to celebrate. So what going to do, let them tell you.

This is super important. You'll find this more with women as well. I'm not trying to stereotype here, but it's really good for people to do this. Some guys will do this as well, but I found that if you're working with people that are super kind of driven and this on both sides, so male, female, doesn't matter, you're going to find that the celebration part is not something that they think about. They love the process, but it is good to bring this up. Okay, love it. So if you again, overcome that pain, okay, you'd celebrate doing this, wouldn't that be awesome? Agreed. Cool. Because what you want to do is you're kind of painting the picture of they're already there and it's like, great. Can you imagine this is going to be amazing. You're going to go on this trip, blah, blah, blah, whatever. Okay, so then the next thing is, so what's stopping you from getting that?

Okay, why not continue down the path you're on? What would have to change for you to feel confident in this? Right? Got it. So would it be fair to say that placing you in a program that would provide you a specific to you game plan, personalized nutrition and your own accountability coach who would guide you in and guide you out, make the difference and put you on the fast track to achieving this? Awesome. Okay, cool. I agree a hundred percent and that's why based on everything you just shared with me, you're an absolute perfect fit for our brand new, whatever you want to call it, our brand new top secret transformation program. Honestly, I'm looking for straight up bad asses to take part in this program and that is why I handpicked you. And with that I know about you and how serious you are about reaching your goals and knowing this, this is a no-brainer for you.

Do you want to hear how it works? Again, always asking permission. Want to hear how it works? Great. Cool. So our semi-private program, put the name here by the way. So it's like, name your program. So I just put this here, but so our semi-private program is going to be 12 week customized programs, specifically based upon your needs and your goals. Unlike the group fitness programs that we have here where it's a one workout for everyone type of program and everyone is doing the same thing at the same time. The semi-private program will give you the step-by-step guidance. So you need specifically to get what you need to hit your goals. Make sense so far? Awesome. So what I think you're really going to is the fact that the semi-private groups are only four people. You can adjust this if you're doing six. So I'm actually going to highlight this real quick. So if you need to adjust this, you

Cans only four people working on the same time. So it's one coach to four members, which means that you'll get constant individual attention and customization the entire time. Do you like the sound of working in a shared personal training session like that? Notice how it's like personal training. Perfect. I knew you would. Awesome, because another thing you can hit on too, if people really like the group atmosphere, you can be like, do you want to be in a shared personal training session where you get the benefits of personal training but you never lose, but you also get the benefits of being with a group. So you get kind of both of those, which is impossible with when you look at our sessions and you're in with 16, 20 other people. But when you're with four, we can customize your movements, your workouts, your exercises, your nutrition, everything, but you're still getting the benefits of being with the group.

Cool. Perfect. I knew you would. So let's get into the specifics, right? So there are three customized pillars to make this work, right? Pillar number one we know is nutrition. Super important, but flexible dieting. Okay, so inside the semi-private program, we'll walk you through the simplified process of discovering how to eat whatever you want without sabotaging your results. Essentially, you need to learn how to eat your sweetss pizzas or whatever your thing is and still be able to reach your goals. Okay? Make sense? Do you like the sound of that? Perfect. Now, honestly, we both know that 90% of your results are going to be based on what you eat, right? Exactly. So we'll walk you through the strategy and execution on how to essentially have your cake and eat it too. Sound good? Awesome. Okay. Now for pillar number two, exercise and lifestyle fit.

Now what happens most times is that you're told, Hey, do a thousand sit ups, a hundred burpees and run five miles a day to look like your favorite movie star. We all hear that it's it's not reasonable, is it? No, of course not. Some people get great results by lifting weights, others from running a ton, some by doing a combination of the two. So what we're going to do is we're going to tailor a program to you based on where you're at and where you want to go. Now, it will be a mixture of some weights, core work, some good healthy conditioning, but it'll vary per person and where you're at in your journey. Like I said, it's tailored to you. So yes, you might come in and let's say you're with your group of four people, and let's say we're working lower body that day, but you might be doing split squats while someone else is doing back squats.

You might be doing back squats while someone else is doing lunges or r DLS or something. And while the movements are going to be different and they're going to be personalized to you, you know that when you're coming in, you're going to still be working with people that are in line with you and moving in the same direction. Sound good? Great. Okay. Now pillar number three is accountability, motivation and consistency. So one of the biggest reasons that people aren't successful isn't because they don't know what to do. It's because they lack consistency and accountability. Fair to say, that's why we talk about fitness, nutrition and accountability here. So think of it this way, strategy versus execution. There's all these strategies online in magazines and on tv, everywhere you see it, but most people don't see results, don't see the results. These strategies promise because the execution stinks, which is exactly why we assign to you your accountability coach who is specifically going to tailor your workout programs to you, enhance and advance your flexible dieting plan, and most importantly, make sure you stay on track.

Now, we'll be doing some mental exercises as well help you strategize, execute on your motivations, your desires, and how you can ultimately establish long-term healthy habits, which is why I'm overly confident will not only get you to reach your goal, but you're going to thoroughly enjoy the entire process. Do you like the sound of that? Love it. Awesome. Fantastic. Now you transition to the close. Cool. So the way I see it, having been in this field for some time, you can either hire a personal trainer at a hundred dollars per session or whatever your price point might be there, drop $300 per week to see them three times a week, which is about 1200 per month and still only get 10% of what you need. Or you could just pay for the strategy that may or may not work for you, which is a pre-designed program online for $97.

Problem is it's not tailored to you in any way, and most people fall off in a couple of weeks because the food gets boring and the workouts get too repetitive, right? I mean, you wouldn't drive a moped in a NASCAR race, would you? No, of course not. You can also, if you want to position against your large group, you can be like, listen, I also understand you're the type of person that wants more attention. You've already said this and you've mentioned this before and this is why I hand picked you for this because right now, based on your goals and where you want to go, I don't think that the large group is just the large group. You can say just the large group is the best option for you. I think that in order to get you to your goals faster and with more confidence, this program right here is going to be perfect for you.

Okay? So why this offer to join the semi-private program is such a no-brainer is because we'll teach you and guide you through all the things you need to know and do to be successful. Again, a hundred percent tailored to you at a fraction of what it would cost to get one-on-one personal trainer. Sound fair? Okay, so here's what we're going to do. Let's get you into this semi-private program. Let's get you rocking and rolling with your own accountability coach guiding you every step of the way, personalized nutrition custom to where you'll learn the ins and outs of tracking your macro, something that once you learn it, you'll be able to manage your own nutrition forever. Your own workout plan guided in our shared personal training session, which are one on four. Again, you can adjust this, I'll highlight this just in case if you want to do six, so you get the attention of a personal training session without losing the fun that comes from group accountability and community.

At the end of the 12 weeks, we'll make sure you get your after pick so you can show off your newfound you. Here's one thing I will add to this. If you want to do a photo shoot for them and include this in there, you can definitely do that. So you can use this as a professional photo shoot, and if you wanted to add this here, highly suggest doing it. Depending on if you have someone that you know that can do a professional photo shoot, it will smash. I didn't include this in the training or anything as an added benefit. The reason why is because you don't have to do it, but it's a great added thing that you can add in as an extra benefit. Okay? So you do before and after, so you have a professional come in, do the before pictures and then professional after.

And if you have to, if just need to get over, lemme scratch that actually because most people are not going to have access to a professional photographer to do the befores. So what you can do is just simply take the befores and then do a professional after and you get really cool pictures. Okay? Next one is you'll still have access to group training sessions. This is really important. They will still have access to group training sessions and my suggestion is just tell them you have unlimited access to group training sessions. So on your off days, if you want to come in, you can still do them too, so they don't lose that. And you'll have access to our own semi-private group in, you can do in train, rise in whatever. Okay? All right. Now this is for beta only. Don't do this past this, okay?

What you're going to say is, and at the end of the 12 weeks as an added bonus, I'm going to take you out to dinner at whatever your local restaurant is, a good one, like a good one, a hundred percent on me so we can celebrate your hard work and success as a thank you for being part of the first wave. Cool with that. Awesome. Right? Huge. I highly suggest for beta only, take 'em out to dinner. Okay? You can also do this with everyone if you wanted to when you do these 12 week waves basically, or phases. But you're going to want to make sure that when you do this, it's not just one person. You'd want to start a wave together and you can do this, but I really like this for beta only, so it's something as a thank you and something big for them.

Okay? Now here's another bonus you can add here if you want to. You can also say, cool. And you're also going to get one month complimentary prestige labs bundle of four supplements that we'll choose based on your goals at the nutrition orientation. And that is included in the program. Now, if they choose this, feel free to increase your price by 250 bucks to cover the cost and just put them on subscription. If you want to do that. You don't have to because at nutrition you should be selling them supplements anyway, so it doesn't really matter. And we have a different supplement protocol for you as you go through nutrition. It's a totally different thing than a six week, and it's actually a diagnostic supplement sale that absolutely smashes and it's way more customized. So you can do this and just add this in so it's guaranteed that they're going to use it, but just make sure you increase your costs to cover your margin and you're like, cool, what do you think?

Again? And then you can obviously go back and forth on objections and go through that and it's like, cool. So here's how it works to get you enrolled. We'll just have you autograph an agreement and then schedule a nutrition orientation for next day or two or Saturday, however you want. I suggest for this Saturday, again, one-on-one to get started with the semi-private program. We've priced it at $5,000. So 49 99 for the 12 weeks. So now you're dropping the hammer to get started with the semi-private program. We've priced it at $4,999 for the 12 weeks. Now that price is designed for people straight in without being part of our group program. So that's people that are not a part of our community. Okay? So what we're going to do today is to get you started as a beta participant, as the first person to do this for only 24 99, which is 50% off the regular price and $2,500 off.

We're going to release 2,500. Sorry guys, struggling reading this right now. Geez. And $2,500 off what we're going to release to everyone else after the beta is complete. This is the first and last time that you'll see this program at this price range, and that's only because we want to get your feedback on the program and make sure you absolutely love it before we make it available for everyone else. Once we release it to everyone else, it's going to be a lot more expensive than this. Cool. Sound good, ready to get started? We can do payments as well. We can break it up into payments as well. Cool. Great. Okay. Super simple again, with your best clients. These should be lay downs. It's stupid easy when you do this. You can break it up into installments. My suggestion if you break it up into installments is that you want the whole thing paid off by halfway through or at worst, eight weeks in. So my suggestion is try to take at least a thousand dollars down on this and then break it up into payments. Okay? That's about it. On the next one, we'll start getting into the rest of the stuff.

Semi-Private Post Close Process

Okay. Let's talk about the post-close process. Super simple. Just signed up with a new semi-private client. What happens next? Well, number one, make sure they sign their agreement. That's super important. Make sure you charge them, okay? Schedule their nutrition orientation using any sheet that you want. You can use the sheet that you have normally for your nutrition orientations. Schedule them. If you have a welcome gift, give it to them. Now, one thing that's really nice about semi-private is if you let them know if you have either new swag, water bottles, or anything else that you want to give them, give it to them right? Then as part of it. You could also get shirts made specifically for the program, which is really cool, and then processor payment by end of day or right. Then write them a handwritten card and mail it by end of day.

Do that, please. Just do that. They just spent a ton of money with you. Write them a handwritten card. Welcome them to the program. Tell 'em thank you, how excited you are, and if they're not in trainer eyes, make sure you add them by end of day, they should be in trainer eyes. You should be using trainer eyes or some sort of system that you're using if it's not trainer eyes. So make sure that you have them set up so that you can start working with them, and that you can add them to the groups and get ready to go. Okay? In the next one, we'll talk about the nutrition plan.

Semi-Private Nutrition Overview

All right, let's do a nutrition plan overview. Before we go into the nutrition plans. I want you to know that you can use any nutrition system you want for your semi-private clients. That is all you. The goal is that they get more attention and reach their goals. If that means following the challenge meal plans, so be it. If that means doing custom macros from the start, do it. If you're an expert or believe in a specific way to do it, go for it. There is a ton of freedom here for you to be able to do this. And what's cool is not everyone has to follow the exact same system. It helps if they do, but they don't have to. So if you have someone that's a little bit more advanced, you can do more advanced stuff with them. But just never overlook that. Always make sure you're doing the basics.

And if you're just rolling this out for the first time, my suggestion is follow the plan that I go through. Okay, so with all that said, let's go over the nutrition plan that we suggest using. This system was designed by Dr. Trevor Cashy. The same person who designed the supplements also runs Cashy Nutrition. Okay? TK N Nutrition. It's a full program that teaches people how to change their behavior, be able to lose weight, and be able to eat whatever they want while they do it. And he's a genius when it comes to this, okay? And it's designed this, what we're about to go through is designed to teach someone over the course of 10 to 12 weeks to be able to regulate their own calories, change their eating behaviors for good, and teach them how to track their macros. Alright? It's broken up into six phases.

Phase one are weeks one and two. So each phase is two weeks, phase one, weeks one and two. The focus here is building habits by eating off the food list only and daily weight tracking. That's all they're doing. Okay? So their nutrition that they're following is just the food list. Phase number two is weeks three and four. They're going to be following meal templates and using basic food measurements using their hand. So they're going to be following something. Now you're moving from just eating off a food list and just eating whatever they want to. Now it's a hand method. The next one, next phase is going to be advanced food measurements with a scale. So now they're using a food scale and they're tracking all their stuff. Okay? The next one is eating to a calorie target. So you're going to give them a calorie target and they can choose from the food list whatever they want.

So it's almost a regression, but you're going to tell them they have to still weigh their food, they got to track it, and they're going to have to put it into trainer eyes or MyFitness Pal or whatever. But you're giving them a calorie target Now, no macros, just a calorie target. Then weeks nine and 10, you're going to set a daily protein target while sticking to a daily calorie target. So they have a protein target they have to hit every day, and then they can fit the rest of their calories in however they want. They can have whatever fat and carbs however they want on that one. And then the last one is full macro tracking. So protein, fats, and carbs. So in each phase they'll incorporate something new. However, there will be a few constants across the board. They will track their weight daily. This is really important. The point of this is you want them to remove themselves from looking at the number on the scale and identifying is that. So first thing in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom every day, they're going to track it. They're going to put it into trainer eyes. They'll take their supplements daily. Every single person should be taking their supplements. Alright?

They're you a ton of money. They're going to be taking their supplements. They want to get the best results. The point of this is to get the best results. Take their supplements. They'll take progress picks every week and submit them to you. Now, they can do this at the gym or they can do this at home, I suggest at home, and they will come to three semi-private workouts per week and any other group sessions if they want. Alright? But then the things that will change are what we'll work through as we go through this. Okay? So we'll talk about phase one on the next video.

Semi-Private Nutrition: Phase 1

All right. Let's talk about phase one, just the food list. So we already know this. They're going to incorporate something new. These are the constraints or the constants that they're going to have. Okay, so we know that they're going to be doing this. I'm going back over this track their way daily, first thing in the morning, naked after going to the bathroom. They'll take their supplements daily. They'll take their progress picks every week and submit them to you, and they'll be doing three semi-private workouts per week and any other group sessions that they want in this phase. Super simple, super simple. Your clients will eat from the food list, which is here in this as well as in the nutrition overview. Okay? They're going to eat from the food list, and here's what's going to happen. The client will dictate the meal, timing and structure.

You're just going to tell them, don't stuff yourself and don't starve. Eat like an adult, right? So be smart about this. Don't be a child and eat as many balanced meals as you need. So all you're going to tell them is like, here's the food list. You'll notice there's nothing here in regards to measurements or anything. You are just going to shop and eat off of this food list. You can eat as much as you want or as little as you want, but you are only eating off this food list. And then make sure that they're tracking their weight and they're weighing themselves every morning, naked, post use of the restroom after they use the bathroom. These are the two things that they have to do from a nutrition standpoint for two weeks. That's it. They don't even have to track how much they're eating. They don't have to do anything. All it is is keep it simple. You're giving them kind of a sandbox to play in, and they have a ton of autonomy within that sandbox to eat whatever they want. So it's like, this is your list of foods. You can eat as much or as little as you want. Just try to make them as balanced as possible and track your weight every single day. That's it. Okay, we'll talk about phase two in the next video.

Semi-Private Nutrition: Phase 2

All right. Let's talk about phase number two, the hand template. So by now, your clients have been working out three times per week, weighing themselves daily, taking their supplements daily, following the food list, and submitted weekly progress picks. So you're getting this stuff and they're following all this stuff, okay? Which is great. Now, for the next phase two weeks, we'll now be moving the client from eating off just the food list with nothing to a templated meal plan with a set amount of meals per day, and amount of food per meal. Now, how they measure those portions will be the simplest form possible, the hand method, okay? Super simple. So they'll eat balanced meals throughout the day, and their measurement system for each meal will be the protein, will be the palm, right? Vegetables will be like a fist, fat will be their thumb, and then kind of just a scooped amount of carbs.

So this is how they're going to measure this out. So they just use their hand method, and now we're doing basic. Now, if you have people already that have already been tracking and measuring, you can just skip to the next one or even move past the next phase to just go ahead and get them started on a calorie amount. But for a lot of people, if they haven't been doing this or they haven't been tracking their meals in a while, this is why this is built. This is designed for people that have not been doing this or maybe stopped and haven't done this in a while. So you want to go back to the basics and let them know, listen, this is for two weeks, then we're going to move on to more advanced stuff. Okay? Highly suggest doing this. Now, the meal template itself with the hands and stuff is included in this. It's also in the nutrition overview. So all of your assets are there, but you can give them this super simple and they just have to measure it out. Okay? The next video, we'll talk about advanced food measurement.

Semi-Private Nutrition: Phase 3

All right, let's talk about advanced food measurement. Now you're on phase three. This is weeks three and four, or I'm sorry, five and six. And by now they've been working out three times per week. They've been weighing themselves daily, they've been taking their supplements daily. They went from the food list to measured amounts via the hand method by now, and they've been submitting weekly progress picks. So the goal of this phase is to teach your clients how to increase the amount of accuracy of their tracking by integrating mass tracking. And this simply means that they're going to move from the hand method, eyeballing it to weighing their food on a food scale, and they want to be as very, as accurate as they possibly can. There's a lot of progress in this phase because most people underestimate how much they actually eat. Notice now, when they go into it, they're weighing everything.

They'll begin to notice how little an actual portion is, and it will help them maintain their goal of losing weight or accurately tracking their intake in order to gain weight, whichever their goal is right. During this phase, they'll be tracking what they eat and logging it into a calorie tracker like they have in trainer eyes or MyFitnessPal. Super important. We need to get them, this is a big step for them to start tracking what they're eating. So they're going to be logging everything every single day in trainer eyes or MyFitnessPal. And then the big thing with this is let them know that this is the first step towards increasing their food choice, freedom. Because we need to get this set. We need to get the habit in place. We need them to understand this, and then we can move to more advanced stuff, which allows 'em to eat pretty much whatever they want.

And the next one, we'll talk about the food list and calorie targets. Oh, by the way, on this, with the advanced food measurements, you're literally just using the plans from the challenge. So you can give them the challenge. They already have it with the measurements. Go back to this guys for two weeks. We're doing this. Just track what you have here and make sure you're following this when you're eating. Okay? So when you're doing this, it's very easy. So when we go off this on the next phase, we'll talk about a calorie target because you're going to take them off of that, and then you're giving 'em a calorie target to be able to work with.

Semi-Private Nutrition: Phase 4

All right, phase four, food list and calorie target. So by now, your clients have been working out three times per week, weighing themselves daily, taking their supplements daily. By now, they should have already reordered supplements well before this, okay? They went from food list to measured amounts via the hand method to now weighing their food with a scale. They're tracking their calorie intake and a calorie tracker. This is a big step for them. Huge step. So if you can get them to do this huge win. So make sure you're tracking this and make sure that you're rewarding them and letting them know if they're tracking it in trainer eyes or sending it to you. In MyFitnessPal, you should be looking at these numbers and giving them huge amounts of positivity and reinforcement around this. So if they post it, you should be tracking it and giving them every day you should be reaching out to 'em and be like, this is great.

This is awesome. Keep doing this. Okay, so this is where when you talk about fulfillment, this is where in accountability you should be looking at this. You don't have to in the beginning, you need to look at it more, and over time you can look at it less. So definitely make sure you're positively reinforcing them, and then obviously they're submitting weekly progress picks. Alright? Now, by now, your clients should understand how to weigh and measure their food. They should understand how to track their food from a template. They should understand the calories they're consuming on a daily basis. They've been tracking it in trainer MyFitnessPal, and they understand the macronutrient distribution of those calories because it'll show that in trainer eyes or MyFitnessPal. Okay? So by now they understand that and you can spend time talking about this and we'll talk about how this works when we get to the training aspect, like the actual fitness side and how you can use this in your sessions.

To go over this, we're now going to move back though. We're going to kind of regress in a step, basically back to the food list. So we're just going back to the food list with no measurements or anything. And for this phase, they're going to stick to the food list, but you're going to give them a calorie target to hit each day. Now, the cool part about this phase is they can get to that calorie target any way that they want. There are no macro targets during this phase, only calorie targets. And as a bonus for them, they can stray from the food list if they want to. You can let them know. You can be like, listen, it's preferred if you stay on it, but you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your daily caloric goals. Now, how do we figure out their calorie target?

Well, you have a couple options. You can use their average daily caloric intake from the previous phase if their weight is moving in the right direction. You can use a calorie calculator. You can Google Harris Benedict equation to establish their calorie target. Or you can use what's basically on some of the meal plans. Okay? Any of those will work, but you want to set a calorie goal for them and you want to make sure that it's moving them in the right direction. There's tons of different things. You can Google these. You can use a whole bunch of different stuff for this. I'm not going to go too deep into this. You guys are fitness professionals and you know how to use this. So set a calorie intake goal for them and let them know they can eat pretty much whatever they want, but you prefer that they stay on the food list and they just need to track it so they're consistently tracking it. Alright, now next one, we'll talk about protein and calories.

Semi-Private Nutrition: Phase 5

All right, phase five protein and calories. By now, they're working out three times per week, weighing themselves daily, taking their supplements daily. They went from a food list to measured amounts via the hand method to weighing their food with scale, to now following a daily caloric target, right calorie target. Now, they also know they've been tracking their calorie intake in a calorie tracker like Trainer Eyes or MyFitnessPal, and they've submitted weekly progress picks. They're absolutely smashing it in this phase. And the following, the food list is now completely optional, but still highly encouraged. So now you can remove this from it and be like, sky's the limit, whatever you want. But here's what you're going to do. You're going to assign the client the following for this phase a calorie goal, and that should match what you've been on or whatever they've been on, or what you can adjust this to if the scale is moving in the wrong direction.

So if they're trying to lose weight and you've noticed that they've been creeping up, just lower it and you can adjust it. And then you're going to set a protein goal for them. And the way that you're going to do it is just based off of 0.8 grams per pound of body weight. Example, if you have a 200 pound client, they should hit 160 grams of protein per day. Now 160 grams of protein times four calories per gram, because protein has four calories per gram, that's 640 calories. So what you're going to do is you're just going to fill, so you have a calorie target, and then you have their protein target, and you just fill the difference with whatever they want. So the delta between the protein, calories and the total calories, they can fill that with whatever they want. You're not going to do a specific macronutrient distribution yet.

As long as they hit their daily calorie goal, you're happy, you're set. Doesn't matter. They just need to focus now on hitting their protein goal every single day. So you just really want them focused on this one thing. By now, they've already practiced tracking, so they should be tracking this every day. Now it's just a matter of just hit your protein goal every day. Cool. If you want to, I'm a big fan of 0.8. I also, for some guys, I like to increase it to one gram, but it's totally up to you on how you want to do it. And the next one, we'll talk about full macro tracking.
